22 april 2021. En kvinna ringer polisen i Jönköping och anmäler att hennes man är försvunnen. Hon har inte hört något från honom sedan morgonen dagen innan. Och det är verkligen inte likt honom. Dagen efter hittas han död i ett skogsområde i Dumme mosse utanför Jönköping. En av mannens kollegor blir snabbt misstänkt i utredningen. Har mordet skett med eller utan uppsåt? Är alla kapabla till att mörda?
