Moreover, if you ask me what these people ate, I can tell you what I ate and what I saw my family, people in my school and work (we were provided food both at school and at work), ate: low carbs, high animal protein and fat, and minimal processed foods.
Fruits and veggies were only seasonal. Heck, I had to wait for summer to eat ice cream! It was not made unless it was summer and only for the short duration of summer...

I'm back on track after suffering from self-induced depression for several weeks. Mom is doing well. I'm just not ready for carnivore, man I like a good salad covered in cheese and meat from time to time.
covid19 is a virus and we take a look at articles indicating that both keto and intermittent fasting might boost the immune system and other health benefits.
My heart goes out to any and all that are effected by covid19. ...
I've decided full carnivore isn't so much for me. I like a good crispy salad on occasion.
My mom had to have emergency surgery for a heart failure issue and I'm still recovering, and she is too. My mind is foggy and I can't concentrate right now. Give a couple weeks and I'll be back as strong as ever.

I had to realize that part of my stall must be from carb creep. So I downloaded carb manager to see, and yes I've been having some serious carb creep.
