This week, I interviewed Kari on the Fertile Ground podcast – a woman I’ve never personally worked with – but I admired on social media for years while she so openly navigated trying for baby #2 as an influencer online.
Something was different about her…
She seemed to give less fucks. She had immense vulnerability, but a ton of confidence. Two qualities that are hard to come by on the TTC journey (and embodying these 2 qualities is something I actively teach women inside of my program Fertility Mind-Body Mastery.)
I asked to interview her on the podcast because I thought, “MY PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW HER SECRET to giving less fucks.” EVEN when you’re approaching your 40th birthday!
She describes her journey, her thoughts, her unique perspective… very well.
Kari’s story isn’t just about fertility—it’s about life and trusting yourself through all the highs and lows.
On this week’s podcast, here’s what you’ll discover:
How to own your pace and block out “hurry up” culture.
Setting boundaries that protect your peace (this one’s huge!).
Embracing both pain and pleasure, right here and now.
Powerful no BS guidance for TTC women at 40.
Listen to this podcast – especially if you feel stuck, alone, or pressured to “figure it out” ASAP. Kari’s story is a reminder that it’s okay to move at your pace and listen to what you need.
