Runa and Asha are a DJ duo whose partnership is anchored in a friendship spanning over 10 years. Originally from Toronto, their journey into music stemmed from a shared background in and passion for dance that was reignited by Montreal’s DIY rave scene. The pair originally found their stride in Montreal through organising community nights at Barbossa for up and coming voices in the underground music scene. They have since started Ether, a night dedicated to embracing the freedom of movement, focused on community building through dancefloor spaces.
