Benedict Macdonald is the author of Rebirding and founder and director of Restore. He is working with Charles Whitbread's Southill Estate in Bedfordshire, which combines a mix of grey partridge shooting and arable. Benedict and Southill gamekeeper Paul Dunn explain how 'restoring' nature and shooting can work together, including restoring wetlands and reintroducing beavers.
