On today's episode, we are doing two interviews at once! Wicked Dolphin has, in the past, made special collaboration series with breweries around the state of Florida. Their current partnership is with Ft. Myers Brewing, who is currently aging a beer in a Wicked Dolphin barrel. But that's not really where the partnership ends, as they both have had similar starts, hiccups, and factors in play in their southwest Florida homes of Ft. Myers and (for Wicked Dolphin) Cape Coral. In this spirit (no pun intended), we sat down with Jen Whyte and TJ Jewell from Ft. Myers Brewing and Joseph Termini from Wicked Dolphin about opening and crafting a following in Lee County, marketing and creating a destination for locals and visitors to come to, and being a trailblazer for the growing craft beer and spirits scene in the area.
