answered the team in front of you, they score three points,
you score a touchdown, you win, You don't score, you lose.
That's it. You got to match their score or exceed
it to win. Now though after the first overtime you
have to go for two. After you score after the
second overtime, then it's just alternating two point conversions.

Now they did this because I don't know what year was,
but I think it was LSU in Texas A and M.
They had six sixty seven overtimes that was up until
it was like seventy five to seventy four. It was
like the total score it's like three in the morning.
So I understand that they were like, we can't keep

I think I like the rule where they switched to
where you have to go for two points. But I

three points the defense, so full football. It's still a
full full time and not just like a run one
play now everybody goes to the other side of the field.

like that felt like it was dragging.

I loved it. Now I would agree that there was
probably some level of drag, but like with what was
on the line, Georgia getting into the college like confirming
their spot into the college football playoffs ivalry. I mean,
Kirby Smart for sure dragged it out where he called
time out every single time they were on defense as
they would come out, so it would. But it is

one I love the fact that it's basically penalty shots,
full team penalty shots at the end of a game.
So it kind of takes a little bit from soccer
and the fun of penalty shots. And I love that
it's three yards because ultimately, if you can dry, if
you can gain three yards on average in a football game,
you will gain first downs and you will score touchdowns.

And it literally just boils down to this simple fact
of can I gain three yards and can I keep
you from gaining three yards? And if you can do that,
you're gonna win the game. And so I think that
there is a simplicity and it's on it's start the
balls on the three yard line? Can you score a touchdown?
And I think the drama is off the charge. Like
literally I was watching it in silence with Alison and

I just am a huge fan of rivalry, specifically in
college definitely division football, just that kind of stuff because
I think it brings out, ultimately, which is so weird,
the best or worst than teams in a sense of
like we know each other. There's this real animosity there.
We don't some schools don't call the other school by name,

like you know, an a rivalry. Georgia Tech could be one,
one and seven, you can be undefeated, but somehow, somewhere
is eighteen eighteen at the end of the fourth like
how is this happening? And there's this love this for
this hatred for this other team. You know, it's it's
Pittsburgh versus Cleveland. It's like, how we seven to seven
at the halftime. It's because we despise each other. And

so there's something exciting, without question for that. The drama there,
the animosity is there, the the the legacy of this
series is there. So in general as rivals, I just
love that week. In general, I do want to say,
you just brought it up. I think that's my favorite ending.
Is penalty kicks in soccer specifically compared to this one

here as a one A because that is mono, we mono.
That is one athlete literally versus another athlete, and very
clear one is at a big disadvantage. Let me be
very clear. Okay, one is playing cornerback with skates, all right,
with a whole you said, but as far as endings
that drama, man as a sports fan can't beat it.

overtimes to run the ball? Like it's like it's three yards?

lot of strategy that goes into it. There are a

Here's good news for the Georgia Georgia Tech rivalry. Georgie's

And I can say that as a Georgia fan, fair
fair I hate how much he hates Georgia, but I

think that adds an added element to the rivalry. But
you can see the mutual respect at the end of
the game between the teams, unlike it's called clean, clean,
old fashioned hate. I think at this point in time,
it's a little bit more of like we're both good
football teams going toe to toe versus the Ohio State
and Michigan rivalry. Let's let's talk about that one because,

God, arguably in my opinion, top three college football rivalry
of all time. There's a few others in the SEC
that I think you could be in that category. But
what is what does one team called the other team
the team up north? Right?

And crips when they don't say the seat and it's
like this is a lot.

Bro they true Like I think rivalries in the South,

each other.

be fired, even though he still has a shot at
the national championship. But if I was an Ohio State fan,
I wouldn't care.

four years in a row against the biggest rival that
his university cares about and and.

So he has a similar record in the playoff. So
when it comes to the biggest, biggest game in the games,
I can't win.

Is anyone keeping him? Or if you're Ohio State athletic director,
are you keeping Ryan Day.

obviously you can't fire him. And then you have to go,

put who is the leading FBS quarterback in the country? Now, grant,
it's at Syracuse and they're playing in acc schedule, not

in general, he let the best quarterback in the country

statistically leave the university to bring in somebody who literally
could not complete a pass on Saturday against Michigan.

So all those things are true. The rivalry gets crazy
and general off top from the beginning, but when it
gets to the end of the game, bro right, So
Michigan wins in Ohio State, right, and it's already all
the emotions both on a high on one side of
the field and the lowest of lows and in the crowd.
The crowd got everybody, So just you put yourself in

Baker Mayfield, the Michigan crew, somebody like, yo, look at
this flag, which I didn't know we were still bringing flags
in general, just as people they're like, yo, go get

The team hype Ohio States was like, nah, bro, Mala's
in the palace and then it turns into Mayhem, Mayhem.
I'm I'm a think for myself and my college football
love is definitely different than y'all. So this was probably
arguably the wildest scene I had ever seen post football

college football game. Right, we're fighting, you know what I'm saying. Uh,
brawls that happened and people getting pushed down. Helme is
again thrown out here. Uh. There was a couple of
coaches who fell down. Last thing you want to do
is fall down under big boys with Cleeton. I'm gonna
tell you who are angry. I saw that. I was like,
get my man up. I don't know who, get my
man up. He gonna be hurt for real, for real.

And so it was wild. Did y'all watch that live?

still don't know how you break up these kind of fights.

if y'all didn't want us to plant a flag, there's
a lot of time to stop us. And then well
so then there's another flag planting situation in the flag

big chicken, okay, and they and I don't know how

Big Ten championship, which they are now it's Penn State, Oregon,
and it would mean they're also out of the College
Football Playoff. They're not one of the four best teams.

with an at large bid they're gonna make it in
for sure. Has the expanded playoff already started to cheapen

on the bubble as of today. You have South Carolina,

which is arguably the hottest team in college football today.
On them, Bro that quarterback, salers, that quarterback he say something.
I'm gonna say something. They will win a national championship.
If that man stays at South Carolina, that is Cam
Newton incarnate. Everyone else thinks they have Cam new and reincarnate.

I watched that man run man. I have not seen
that athleticism since watching Cam Newton play at Auburn. It
stays insane, he got rid of the spectacles and he
became a superhero. Sellers is legit. No one wants to
see South Carolina in the playoff, including this guy.

don't want to put Bama in. I think that they've
they've gotten the past too many times and that I
don't think they deserve to be in this twelve team playoff.
But the full season has to matter, and if we

thing college football has left against the NFL.

thing they have to not be compared directly to the NFL,

go in as like a twelve seed and they have
to go to five seed and and go up to

order to make.
