FSDW Blame, Shame and Guilt

Blame, shame and guilt is inevitable in our makeup as we've all been influenced at a young age and reared for some behaviors. That guidance system of teaching and leveraging runs to date, unless we consciously become aware and attuned to it's unconscious "automation", driving belief sets and patterns of seeing ourselves, others and the world. This is like a volume control to simply peak your awareness and allow you to see where it exists for you. There is little room for these frequencies when you tapping into your healing potential.
