•Doppelsuite zu eng – Paare fühlen sich eher eingeengt statt luxuriös.
•Designfehler – zu wenig Stauraum, Bettzeug landet in Business-Gepäckfächern.
•Weniger Servicepersonal – künftig ein Flugbegleiter weniger für First-Class-Gäste.
Die Personalvertretung warnt vor einem klaren Qualitätsverlust und bemängelt, dass Lufthansa bei Planung & Servicekonzept an der Realität vorbeientwickelt habe.
