On this episode I answer a couple questions that one of the FTREP podcast listeners sent in via instagram. It was a 2 part question about the business systems that we use, and an overview of the client booking cycle, from making the first appointment, to taking and delivering our photos. We also addressed contracts, and their use within a real estate photography business. If you would like to send in a question as well, I share my contact info at the end of the episode.

In the interest of keeping my gear recommendation section a bit shorter, and sharing even more information than before, I have created a link with Kit.co. You can follow this link to see the same gear that I am using, and if you follow those links to make a purchase online, I will get a commission. I recommend that you first see if you can get much of this gear used for a better deal, in which case I welcome you to use the Kit I have set up as more of a shopping list to reference. For the items that you plan on buying new online, using the affiliate links would be a great help toward supporting this podcast. You can find all gear recommendations here: https://kit.co/ftre

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
