La muerte es un fenómeno tan natural como el nacimiento, pero en las sociedades occidentales se ha convertido en un tema tabú del que normalmente incomoda hablar. Si hay algo seguro hasta el día de hoy es que todos vamos a morir y por eso muchos expertos consideran necesario reflexionar y normalizar este hecho pues podemos aprender más de nosotros mismos y de la propia vida. Y al final del camino se trata también de evitar el sufrimiento y facilitar los cuidados paliativos necesarios.
