Ahora bien, muchos estudios señalan las múltiples ventajas que los libros, los cuadernos y escribir a mano tienen para el sistema cognitivo. Los expertos señalan que se hace necesaria una regulación efectiva en el uso de las nuevas tecnologías para evitar las adicciones y el ciberacoso.
