Reflexion des Zeitgeschehens, philosophischer Impuls und Anstoß zum Nach- und Weiterdenken: "Gedanken zur Zeit" ist eine Diskursplattform jenseits der Tagesaktualität. Ohne inhaltliche oder formale Vorgaben haben die Autoren - die Schriftstellerin Andrea Sailer, die ehemalige "Steiermark heute"-Moderatorin und nunmehrige Obfrau des Vereins „WIR für UNS − Das Freiwilligenportal für eine generationenfreundliche Steiermark“, Christine Brunnsteiner, der ehemalige Direktor der steirischen Caritas und Präsident der Caritas Österreich, Franz Küberl, der Kulturjournalist und Autor Frido Hütter sowie der Integrationsexperte und Projektleiter von „Interkulturelle Bildungsarbeit in Kindergärten und Schulen“, Fred Ohenhen - die Möglichkeit, ihre persönlichen Wahrnehmungen, Erlebnisse, Notizen und Gedanken in direkter Rede ans Publikum zu richten - als Anstoß zum Nach- und Weiterdenken.
