Ep 8: Omrgerd Ster Wers!

Back from the dead AND with a new mic! Happy New Year everyone. With the holidays behind us and hellish late December/Early January schedules in our rearview, we're able to get back into the swing of regular podcasting again. I'm going to go ahead and christen this as Season 2 of the Geek Dad's Podcast. This week we're playing our version of Nerd Poker with the new Star Wars RPG: Edge of the Empire! Brand new from Fantasy Flight games, and as I'm a sucker for anything Star Wars, I picked up the beginner box and started harassing Ben and Jeff to play. Word of warning: We don't discuss anything outside of the game, this is a fairly dense gameplay-only recording. We spend about an hour on character and setting building and kick off the adventure in hour two. Yes, it's two hours long. Consider yourself warned. If you're into Star Wars, tabletop games or rpg's then this is the podcast for you! Intro/Outro should be fairly obvious for the dorkage, so enjoy.
