Mike has been busy releasing review & discussions of Star Wars: Andor Season 2, but has taken a quick break to review the 1985 movie Young Sherlock Holmes, directed by Barry Levinson and written by Chris Columbus!
In more detail, it’s the 40th Anniversary of the movie and as Mike is attending the Forbidden Worlds Film Festival, where a special showing (& cast Q&A) is happening, he wanted to give the movie a go beforehand! In this review Mike talks about the characters, special effects, the directorial-style, the connections to adaptations of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s works, the general “vibe” of the movie and so much more! Mike does spoil some aspects of the movie, but leaves some out, to encourage you to check the movie out yourself and make your own mind up!
