In 2019, Nikki Won Ironman Dun Laoirghe 70.3 and Ironman Lanzarote 140.6 to see her complete her best year as a professional. Throughout the episode Nikki drops a ot of advice as well as the story of how she switched for an Olympic level rower to a top pro triathlete. Nikki is such a humble, gracious person and its easy to see why she is so popular on the triathlon scene when you listen to her speak.
