Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's up everybody.
It's your favorite show'sfavorite show Get a Bucket.
I'm your host, trey, and, asusual, I hope you're all having
a wonderful, wonderful day.
Today we're going to talk aboutthe WNBA's 2025 season update,
but before we do that, pleasemake sure to hit that like and
subscribe button, comment, tellanyone who's anyone about the
show.
I'm trying to get the ratingsup a little bit, you know, just
a little bit.
But, like I said, we're goingto talk about today the WNBA's

(00:21):
2025 season update, becausewe're at the 20% market.
That's right, ladies andgentlemen, we got about 40 games
played, or two played.
We got about eight games played.
So, with that, who's beeninteresting thus far in the
season?
Well, we do have a couple teams, because I did tell y'all we
have some expectations on who'sgoing to make the playoffs and

(00:41):
who not.
We got some automatics, we gotsome questions, so let's go
ahead and bring them up on thelist, right?
So, as y'all can see on thescreen, ladies and gentlemen, we
got the WNBA standings thus farand, in order from top down, we
got the Liberty, the Lynx, theDream, the Mercury, the Aces,
the Storm, the Mystics, theFever, the Valkyries, the Sky,

(01:07):
the Sparks, the Wings and theSun Damn Sun at the bottom.
That is tough Now for those ofy'all who aren't really hip.
Well, my automatic teams were,in fact, the Liberty, the Aces,
the Dream, the Fever and theLynx.
My questionable teams, theStorm, the Mercury, the Sparks,
the Sky and the Wings Threeteams I did not mention Mystics,
suns and Valkyries.
They weren't going to make theplayoffs.

(01:28):
So who do I want to talk aboutfirst?
Well, I got to talk about theMystics first, because, again,
ladies and gentlemen, I did nothave them this high initially,
because, again, I do expect themto trade Brittany Sykes,
stephanie Dolson, players likethat to try to look to build for
the future.
Now, keep in mind, we'll talkmore about them, but, again, I
just wanted to give a littlecontext because, yeah, they were

(01:50):
surprising this year, at leastthis fall.
It's early Now.
The Valkyries I'm curious wherethey actually end up landing,
because they're a little higherthan what I thought they were
going to be.
I thought they'd be at thebottom.
They not, though.
So I'm very surprised wherethey'll land.
Where they will land, they havea chip on their shoulder
because they have a new team onthe block.
I am curious how they finishthe season.

(02:12):
But let's go ahead and talkabout some other teams.
Right, like my Sparks, theKelsey Plum trade request I got
to see where the results landNow.
I thought we were going to be alittle higher.
It's early, but we low, we low, low, low, low.
And I'm saying no, no, no,because of my expectations early

(02:32):
on.
So, again, wasn't seeing thembeing this low, wasn't seeing us
being that low?
How about the Mercury?
Are they a dark horse team towinning the championship?
Ladies and gentlemen, they'repretty high and they don't have
all of their big three.
That's scary to think about.
That's extremely scary to thinkabout A high seeding and

(02:52):
missing 130-0 big three.
I love to see how they go forthe end of the season.
And then a team that's beenpretty, pretty big for a lot of
people, for a lot of reasons theIndiana Fever.
Now they've been, they've beenlower than expected.
Right, they've been dealingwith some injuries early on.
Plus, you got to remember, theyformed together early.

(03:13):
So I'm wondering, is itcohesion issues or is their
roster just that bad?
Like?
We got to figure it out?
But again, they have beenhaving some injuries to their
roster.
So I understand why they are alittle low.
I just do expect them to be alittle higher and remember the
expectations we had coming intothe season.
Yeah, injuries are part of thegame, so if y'all mess up, I'm

(03:37):
going to be looking at y'all theFever as a whole.
By the way, the Lynx, though.
The Lynx is another teambecause they are winning closed
games.
Ladies and gentlemen, it isquite spectacular to see the
Lynx actually winning games.
I will say that Closed gamestoo.
Got to pay attention to those.

(03:57):
But those are the teams thatI'm focusing on, or the teams
that I paid attention to,because, based on my
expectations, they differed.
Now let's go and talk about theWNBA rankings.
Right, I'm going to go from topdown real fast because, again,
I know y'all not going to try tohear all these teams, right?
But let's start it off with theSun, because I do think that
the Connecticut Sun they do.
All right, I ain't listing themup here, I'm going to keep a

(04:20):
space babe.
Tina Charles, marina Mabry theywere the valued options and I
don't see anything else reallyhappening.
I do like Olivia Nelson-Odotaon the squad Shows some good
trade value, all right, butrealistically, this team is
trying to build for the future.
Now they got Zaniya Rivers.
I'm trying to figure out.

(04:42):
Is she a point guard or a wingin the WNBA.
I do want to see her attackmore, get to the free throw line
.
That's what I'm looking to seefrom the Sun.
I'm not worrying about playoffexpectations Because, again,
they ain't got the bones for agood team.
Right now they still trying tobuild.
So with that, let's go ahead andmove on down to the next squad

(05:06):
or up, I guess, to the DallasWings.
Now they, they, they, next atnumber 12.
Now here's the thing too, ladies and gentlemen they got
Paige Beckers, arike Agumawale.
That duo is electrifying, Iwill give you that.
It's appealing, it'sentertaining to watch.
Will they be able to win withthat duo?
And I think the answer is no.
So, as a result, ladies andgentlemen, it does make me think

(05:29):
.
Will this trade of EnriqueGumbawale be looming over the
heads of the Dallas Wings?
I do think it is and, as aresult, may want to pay
attention to that either thisseason or next.
I do see that coming because,again, it's a result-driven
league.
Yeah, they're entertaining towatch, but they want to see wins
.
Also, a player like AnnalisaSmith.

(05:49):
She's playing out of positionin part to who the Wings have on
their roster.
What if we shift everybody downand now we have a roster of
Paige Beckers, dejanayCarrington, maddie Segrist,
Annalisa Smith and you get acenter like, I don't know, tina
charles we just talked abouttina earlier.
That's a good option to have onthe squad.

(06:10):
She could have played well withthis wing squad too.
Now this wings team is looking alittle bit different.
I think that's what the wingsare going to try to do get a
center, flip a rekay for thecenter, see how it works.
That's my, that's my personalthought and I hope.
I kind of don't want it tohappen.
But we got to watch goodbasketball, good entertainment,

(06:33):
and unfortunately Arike mighthave to be the one to go.
But let's see how this happensbecause again, the wings are not
winning that much, not reallyflying too much wings.
Let's go with my sparks, because we are not providing a
spark at all in the nba, in thewmba.
Listen what we're, what we'reverifying right now.
Kelsey plum, you're not a pointguard.

(06:54):
Let's just go ahead and callspace bait.
You're not a point guard at all.
Um, odyssey sims is more of apoint guard than than kelsey
plum.
Here's the thing both of themare 5 8.
So my point guard and two guardare 5'8".
Is that what we're talkingabout Now?
The rest of my team is prettystout.
It's pretty tall.
Right, kelsey has to besnapping, but we need a point

(07:17):
guard to get the bigs involved,to get the wings involved, all
that stuff.
So if Kelsey is worrying abouther scoring, that's going to be
a little tough.
Keep in mind, too, I'm a PaigeBeckers fan.
So as a Sparks fan, I wantedPaige Beckers.
We almost got Paige Beckerswith the number one pick.
As a result, we can't.
So now I'm looking at PaigeBeckers.
Hey, how would Paige have fitwith this squad?

(07:38):
Also, keep in mind I'm hearingrumblings of a Rekia Jackson
might want out.
Now, keep in mind, I have mygripes with Rekia Jackson too,
from an intangible standpoint, how she might view the game.
She has still shown to be oneof our better young players.
So the fact that we're gettingin Kelsey Plum and having to
trade Rekia potentially, I'm notreally liking that dynamic and

(08:00):
it's putting more pressure on mySparks to win.
So again, ladies and gentlemen,I'm not really feeling this
Kelsey Plum experiment.
Early on, we already at thebottom of the barrel.
I expected us to be a low seedplayoff team.
It's looking a little bad.
So, again, I'll talk more aboutthe Kelsey and Paige comparison
.
Sparks, we're looking a littleterrible and I ain't liking how

(08:21):
we moving as a whole.
As a whole, and I think theKelsey Plum fans y'all going to
irritate me this season.
I can see it, I can already seeit.
But let's move on down becauseI don't want to talk about this
too much more.
We got the Chicago Sky, ladiesand gentlemen, the Chicago Sky.
All right.
Here's the thing.
Because I got to call a spade aspade.
Courtney Vandersloot is youroldest player.

(08:43):
She cannot be leading the teamin minutes for your team to be
successful.
Now, kudos to Vandersloot forpassing her wife and former
teammate, allie Quigley on beingthe Chicago Sky's all-time
score.
Like you know what I'm sayingGood stuff, but she can't be
leading the team in minutes.

(09:04):
Played Also Angel Reese, camilaCardoza.
There are two things that y'allcan work on, since y'all are the
building blocks.
Angel, I need to see youimprove out your offensive
production to at least 48% plusfrom the field.
You're now shooting 33%.
Can't rock with that.
You got to bring that up.
Sorry, can't call.

(09:25):
Got to call you out a littlebit.
So that is the challenge to meBring that up from 33% to 48%,
because it's looking a littlebad now.
It's looking a little bad Then.
Cardoza, I need you to approveyour defensive production.
I need more than 0.8 blocks.
I hear you, it's in limitedminutes.
I hear you, in comparison toAngels, you get a little less

(09:48):
minutes.
Still, prove that you are adominant force on the block.
You have to.
You're one of the tallerplayers in the WNBA.
It's easy for you to do so.
Make that name for yourself, bethat bully, Because me, I
thought you were a bully, butnot in the sense that I'm saying
right now.
So you're kind of proving meright and I would love to see

(10:11):
the uptick in production.
But from both of those playersbeing a building block Angel and
Cardozo I need to see a littlebit more from you all.
Just be nice.
So that's my note about thisguy, and it's surprising too
that they're ahead of my Sparks.
That's really pissing me off.
Anyway, let's go to the Valkyrie, because I didn't mention the
Valkyrie at all initially.
I didn't list them and I wasnot expecting them to be this

(10:35):
high, but it's still early inthe season.
You know what I'm saying.
It's still early in the season.
Shout out to Kayla Thornton andVeronica Burton, because they
have been playing as mostimproved players this season.
So because of that, I dounderstand why the Valkyries are
this high.
My question is do the Valkyrieswant to remain this high?
Should you want to get a toppick, that's a legitimate

(10:56):
question.
So let's see if they do.
But again, for the Valkyries, Idon't want to talk too much
about them.
It's a lot of basketball to beplayed and they got to show me a
lot Because, again, it's stillearly.
They have a chip on theirshoulder, ladies and gentlemen,
so I'm expecting them to do wellearly, maybe fall off late, but
let's see.
Because let's see, becauseagain they've been whooping.
I got to call a spade a spade.

(11:17):
But now with the Valkyries, like I said, don't even talk
about them too long.
Let's go ahead and talk aboutthe Indiana Fever, because a lot
of y'all have been loving theIndiana Fever.
Now, again I mentioned theyhave had some injuries Kaitlin
Clark, sydney Colson, sophieCunningham those were some solid
injuries.
I can't hold you okay.
And that has resulted in theirrecord then being the number

(11:41):
eight seed.
Now they can still make theplayoffs.
Obviously I got a couple ofthings to note.
Kaitlyn Clark, I have a personalchallenge for you.
Can you get to a two-to-oneassist-to-turnover ratio, a
clean, a pure two-to-oneassist-to-turnover ratio?
No rounding up like you got a1.6 to 1?
No, no, clean two to one assistto turnover ratio.
And then also three-pointpercentage.

(12:03):
Can we uptick that from 31%?
Also, kelsey Mitchell, youshooting 29%.
I need you to uptick thatthree-point percentage up as
well too.
Both of y'all are your team'sbest three-point shooting squad,
or both of y'all are the team'sbest three-point shooters,
outside of Alexi Hull, maybe, orSophie Cunningham, like y'all
are the top shooters.
So we need to see you guysshoot the ball a little bit

(12:25):
better.
I'm sorry, that's a little bit.
We need that.
Aaliyah, boston AB.
You've been doing pretty well.
I appreciate you.
Let's see if you can dominatejust a smidge more.
I do believe you're the bestplayer on the team.
Stats proved it.
I test shows you might be alittle more dominant than
Kaitlyn Clark.
We do need to get you thebasketball, though.
So that's where Kaitlyn doescome into the mix a little bit

(12:48):
more so than everybody else onthe team.
But again, ab, when she's out Ido want to see you playmaking a
little bit more, because I didsee that last year.
So, again, I do like this Feversquad.
Ladies and gentlemen, I just gota couple of question marks and
then also something like DawanaBonner, her PT, being down.
Yo, this is crazy.
Like they have a championshipsquad not utilizing it properly.

(13:11):
So, stephanie White, I amlooking at you as a coach.
You may want to improve somethings that y'all been doing
Still early.
I'll give you that.
Got some question marks, so,but that's enough about the
Indiana Fever.
Let's move on down to theWashington Mystics, because I
didn't list them either, becauseI said I expect Brittany Sykes

(13:31):
and Stephanie Dolson to gettraded, and it has nothing to do
with their game, but everythingto do with their game.
There's no disrespect, and ithas nothing to do with their
game, but everything to do withtheir game is no disrespect.
I expect them to get tradedbecause they could help out a
contending squad with relativeease and the Mystics could
realistically get something back.
A huge ass haul for BrittanySykes Now.

(13:53):
The rookies are playingoutstanding right now and
pairing that with a WNBA starjust not the fandom cachet,
which is again Brittany Sykes.
The Mystics are a seventh seedand you might think, all right,
with a couple more tweaks wemight be able to move up even
higher.
Because, again, leah Edwards isstill trying.

(14:13):
What's up with Leah?
I think she's injured or comingback from something, because
she ain't been getting as muchPT as she could too.
And then you got ShakiraAwesome.
They have a bunch of tradableassets.
Ladies and gentlemen, somebodycan use some of these pieces.
So, again, I like the.
The are the mystics.
I do expect them to drop alittle bit once.
They do trade sites and theydon't trade sites.
I'd be pretty surprised thatmaybe they shouldn't, but again,

(14:36):
I do expect them to, because ofhow basketball goes.
They try to pay attention tothe future.
But when you got us, when yougot a uh, when you got sonja out
here giving 14 points on almost50, 40, 90 splits sonja citrone
is tough, and then kikierieffin 13 points and 10
rebounds.
That ain't bad.

(14:56):
But the efficiency, too, ispretty solid as well.
I think.
Like 51 or something like that.
That's what we're expecting tosee out of an angel reese.
That's what they, that that'swhat people want to see.
The efficiency on the scoringplus the double doubles.
So they got that in thewashington mystics.
I think the washington mysticsmight be on their way in a

(15:17):
couple seasons, but they'redrafting right, at least right
now.
I'm telling you that.
But Washington Mystics, do theycontinue to be at the 7th seed?
Will they be in the playoffhunt or will they drop?
I expect them to drop, butlet's see if they remain in that
playoff hunt, because they havesurprised me.
So, with that being said, though, let's move on up to the
Storm.
You know what I mean, becauseI'm done talking about the
Mystics, now the Storm.

(15:38):
I'm going to keep this onesimple, ladies and gentlemen,
because there's not as much meatto the bones on this.
Ezzie Magbogor, you need toelevate your play for them to be
a contender.
I'm sorry.
Like Gabby Williams is a goodplayer, ezzie, you probably
could be.
Third option, you probablycould.
Or if you're not going to be,then you got to improve your

(16:00):
defensive anchor play, and Iunderstand you got a good
defensive squad with you, so youmight even not need to.
I know you have it in you.
You're too good of a player tonot be averaging like two blocks
, like I could genuinely see twoblocks out of you with ease, by
the way.
So, ezzie, that's my personalchallenge.
I need you to be a little bitmore dominant, a little bit more
forceful, because, again, youactually have good value on the

(16:22):
team Need to see you do that.
Got to Because you got a topfive player in Nneka Agumake.
You got a top five point guardin Skylar Diggins-Smith or
Skylar Diggins, is it SkylarDiggins?
No, I think so.
And then, like I said, gabbyWilliams is a stud.
You saw her go up against TeamUSA and do really well last year

(16:43):
in the Olympics.
You can add a couple points andbe that defensive anchor that
they need and that's going tomake them the contenders that
they need to be.
But until that time, I will saythe Storm do look a little
sluggish for me just a smidge.
Now let's talk about the teamsthat are actually ahead of the
Storm, like the Aces again, andthis one's sad to say, ladies

(17:06):
and gentlemen.
But, jewel Lloyd, I got to talkwith you real quick because I
need you to elevate your playfor the Aces to be a contender.
Everybody else is playing well.
Jackie Young, starting offstrong Mind got to keep that.
You got to keep this strongstart and you've done this in
the past but then slipped alittle bit at the end too.
Granted, it was because theinjuries, I'll give you that.
But like I need to see you havethis strong start because I've

(17:27):
said you've been an all nbacaliber player, you can be mvp
caliber player.
Prove me right, please.
But, jewel lloyd, right now I'mwondering should you be a third
option or even a sixth woman, like kind of weird to say that.
But you do need your own squadto a degree, and this squad is
not your own and efficiency wasnever really your strong suit.

(17:50):
So because of that, sixth womancould be an ideal situation for
you.
But you still get the starterminutes, though like a Jamal
Crawford type situation.
That might not be that bad, butthat's a decent drop from where
I had you, which was apotential star.
So again, that's what we'retalking about.
Jewel Lloyd, if you can elevateyour play, this does make the
Aces squad a little bit scarierand cohesion does matter.

(18:13):
We got to give y'all some time.
But again, the aces, they needyou Because Asia playing well,
dominant Chelsea Gray playingwell, jackie Young hooping,
depth per usual, they fine.
They just need you to playstellar.
And again you'll be replacingKelsey Plum.
Essentially, you're not theshooter that she is, you can be

(18:37):
the scorer that she is, though,so I need to see that from Jewel
, but until that time, let'smove on now, because we've got a
couple other teams to talkabout, a couple other teams to
talk about, like the PhoenixMercury.
All right, ladies and gentlemen,we're this high and keep in
mind Kalia Copper has been out, okay.
Keep in mind Kalia Copper hasbeen out, okay.

(18:58):
Can they make like when shemakes a return, can she return
to form, and will that vault thePhoenix Mercury up even higher,
or will they drop just a smidge?
Because, again, you're tryingto get your cohesion.
Remember, this is their firstyear playing together Alyssa
Thomas, satu Sabali.
Now, kalia Copper is a plug andplay player, so she don't need
the ball to dominate and she canplay off ball.

(19:19):
She can be a defender, sothat's a good thing, but how
does it?
How does the team look when shecomes back?
Also, can this team be injuryfree the rest of the way?
Because they might need that, because, again, they're big
three dominant, but they've beenplaying very well with the big
two and their squad.
So, as long as kalia coppercomes in, egos are checked, put

(19:40):
to side, because thistechnically is Khalil Copper's
squad, if we can do that easypeasy lemon squeezy, but if not,
a you can see the mercury dip alittle bit, and I ain't going
to lie to y'all.
I think some of y'all might bewondering how good really is
Alyssa Thomas.
I'm going to say this Maybe ifshe had gone to the fever I

(20:02):
could hear some Draymond Greenand Steph Curry narratives over
there, because she really doesgive you like a combination of
Braun and Draymond Green beingAlyssa Thomas.
Like she is really that stylebro.
Everywhere she goes she issuccessful, and her team is too.
So you got to remember that.

(20:22):
Remember the Sun were veryclose at winning championships
multiple times.
So I want to see what theMercury do.
But, like I said, it's verysimple.
We'll see what happens whenKalia Copper comes back.
How do they look after the fact?
But let's move on up to theAtlanta Dream.
Ladies and gentlemen, theAtlanta Dream is a team that
I've been talking about sincethe start of the season.
I have high expectations forthe Atlanta Dream, and they're

(20:44):
the third team in the standingsthus far.
I love it.
I love it.
Now, brittany Griner, I do wantto see you more dominant on the
defensive end, because I havedeep expectations out of you.
Whether you win it or not, Idon't care.
I expect you to at least be inthe conversation and a leading
candidate at minimum.
So if you can't do that, toughBecause I've been saying you're

(21:09):
one of the most physical freakof nature in the game.
But if we can't dominate ondefense and you're 6'9", it's
going to be a problem, and I getyou have a solid defensive team
too.
Still, it's going to be aproblem.
I need you to stand out Now.
Also, jordan, canada, theirstarting point guard, has not
been playing.
So what's her return slashimpact when she comes back?
Does the team vault up or dropa little bit, and remember they

(21:36):
third right now?
Vault up or drop a little bitand remember they third right
now.
I expect Jordan to help them.
Help the team function a littlebit better.
Help Ryan become more of ascorer, because you don't have
to play make all the time.
But Ryan, Howard and AliciaGray have actually been play
making pretty decently too.
So because of this, because ofher being out, we might look at

(21:57):
experimenting with Ryan andAlicia Playmate, doing a little
more playmaking and maybebringing in another guard or
another wing or whatever thecase may be.
So I will be curious to see howthe Dream look going forward
when Jordan Canada returns.
I love Jordan Canada.
She comes from good tutelage, trained under Sue Bird Well when
I say trained, they wereteammates, went to my Sparks,

(22:17):
did well.
So the Atlanta Dream have agood player and I could see her
being a valued piece on thisteam, especially for this season
, but at least over the next twoor three seasons.
But let's see what happens withthis Atlanta Dream team,
because again they rolling rightnow and it's a what have you
done for me lately league, I'llgive you that.
So fingers crossed that thedream do well.

(22:40):
Um, but atlanta fans, y'allcould be dreaming too about
winning championship.
I'm just saying because we gottwo other teams talking about,
like the minnesota links.
Ladies and gentlemen, hey, fee,the feast of collier.
I said last year she needs tobe MVP and deep boy argue with
your mama.
And she won.
Deep boy was second up, wasrunner up to MVP and Asia and

(23:03):
Asia Wilson did win it.
And I'm gonna say the samething again right now she
looking like she might need tobe MVP and deep boy argue with
your mama because again her teamwas playing without Kayla
McBride for like five games.
They number two, in factthey're 7-0 and went to the
finals last year.
Now we can say that they mighthave an advantage over the other

(23:25):
teams because of the cohesionearly on.
So they might be getting teamsout of the way.
They're winning close games.
So that might be a reason theymight slip down a little later
on.
I didn't have them this high.
I will say that I did not havethe Lynx this high.
I had the Dream this high.
I had the Storm that high.
I can understand the Mercuryand the Aces, the Lynx I did

(23:45):
expect to drop.
So the fact that they're thislow, ladies and gentlemen, again
winning close games, that is asign of a good team.
But could it also mean thatthey're overachieving team?
We'll have to find out as timegoes on.
But again, the links up here, nafisa Collier, mvp and deep
point, argue with your mom.
As of right now, kayla McBridecan boogie.

(24:08):
Let's see if they get anotherall-star on the team and for the
life of me, I would love to seeDiamond Miller shine.
Diamond can shine.
Put a little pressure on her, that's all I'm saying.
She's going to blossom.
Y'all know her pressure builds.
You know what I'm saying.
Anyways, let's go ahead and talkabout the number one team,
because the Lynx like I said, they were in the finals last
year Lost a close game in five.

(24:29):
Next year, it'll be this year,it'll be seven game series, cool
.
So, seven game series, cool.
So with that, who might get tothe seven game series, to the
finals?
Number one team New YorkLiberty.
Now, keep in mind, ladies andgentlemen, the New York Liberty
don't have Benadjie LaneyHamilton.
She's out, had an injury, andthey got Natasha Cloud as her
replacement and I use air quoteswith that because I'm not

(24:52):
saying she's replacing her, butat the same time, yes, she is
kind of replacing Benadry aswell too.
But in doing so, the Libertyhave looked repeat-esque, like
depth, looks stellar.
Outside of a solid startingfive, the New York Liberty do
seem to boast a quality bench aswell.
So we got a solid starting five, a quality bench as well.

(25:18):
So we got a solid starting five, a quality bench.
Ladies and gentlemen, they justbeat the Connecticut Sun by 43
points and hit 19 threes in theprocess.
Now, again, the Connecticut Sunare the worst team point in
time 19 threes and 43 pointdifference.
I don't care if you're theworst team.
Best 43 points is still 43points.
You beat anybody like that.
That's tough.

(25:38):
So again, ladies and gentlemen,I have got to point out the New
York Liberty.
They look repeat-esque.
They have Breanna Stewart, theyhave Sabrina Ionescu, they have
Jonquil Jones, all hooping.
As long as they're injury-free,they get into the playoffs and
definitely going to add minimumthe second round.

(26:00):
Now I expect them to actuallyget back to the finals between
you and myself.
But if they don't, I do seesome teams that could possibly
beat them in the playoffs.
It just these girls look toughbro, they look tough man, they
got a good coach, they got thestars, they got the depth.

(26:21):
Now imagine if they did havebenajelaney hamilton.
Oh my god, that would just beunfair.
That's a super team and theyalready might be a super team
right now.
So again, ladies and gentlemen, new york liberty they hooping.
But overall, again, I'd like toremind y'all my playoff teams

(26:41):
automatics, and at that timethere was no order.
But here it is.
I said the Liberty, the Aces, the Dream, the Fever and the
Lynx, and I still believe thatto be true, even though the
Fever might dip a little bit.
Because, again, the cohesion.
There are some question marksnow, some questionables.
Then we got, for thequestionables, the storm, the
mercury, the sparks, the sky andthe wings.

(27:04):
Yeah, I expect the mercury tobe automatics now, so I'll move
the mercury up to automatics.
Now we got six automatics.
The storm I do expect as welltoo, so I can make that seven.
I got to figure out who goingto be that eighth team between
the Sparks, the Sky, the Wingsand the Mystics.

(27:24):
Valkyries could try to sneak inthere too.
I don't believe the Sun do atall whatsoever.
But, ladies and gentlemen, overall, like I said, y'all are
seeing the standings currentlyand y'all are hearing my
expectations.
So I'm curious what you all arethinking.
Who do y'all think will be?
Well, where do y'all think?
Okay, tell you what.

(27:44):
How do y'all like the standingsthus far?
Is there anybody that'ssurprising to you?
And then, where do you allthink the standings will be?
At the halfway mark?
That's probably going to be thenext.
Well, maybe it's 40% mark, because after that then you got
all-star.
Tell you what we might do 40%or 50%.
But either way, I'm curious tohear one how y'all think about
the standings thus far and whatdo y'all think is going to

(28:06):
happen in the future.
But again, ladies and gentlemen, like I said, we're at the 20%
marker and that is the end ofthe show.
So thank you all for listening.
I greatly appreciate it.
