Tazz Gault, Founder of stateZero Labs joined us on the Girls in Movement podcast this week and this is an episode full of advice from someone who has truly hustled and found a niche that she thoroughly enjoys.

Tazz has spent the majority of her career in brand, strategy and marketing across multiple verticals for corporates, SMEs and accelerators. Previously establishing her own publishing business, she’s since been on the founding team of 3 startups, primarily focused on market entry strategy.

I love the story of StateZero Labs and what it’s trying to achieve when it comes to achieving everyday world problems through technology. StateZero Labs is a blockchain lab which sets out to find, fund and further the potential of outstanding founders. To encourage them to attack the world’s most challenging problems and exciting opportunities through advanced technology for practical use cases.

Tazz talks about her challenges of moving to the tech world from the publishing and marketing world to then build a team at StateZero Labs & work with some very exciting start-ups.

“What I would say to my younger self is to not fret about not knowing the next step…and it’s taken me until now to look at the skills I have learnt on the way”
