It was mostly a case of following some simple instructions on a website or on a YouTube video. I did struggle a little bit to get it to work and continue to work though I wanted it to. After a bit of time practising and getting it right I feel quite happy about the way it is set up. I would say it probably works better than using iCloud to synchronise between your Apple devices.
