Speaker 1 (00:01):
You're listening to the Business Blueprint on Good Morning Gwenette,
where host Audrey Bell Curny shares practical business ideas for
aspiring entrepreneurs. Streaming Monday through Thursday at ten am, this
show is all about helping people start businesses. For five
hundred dollars or less, Audrey breaks down simple, affordable ways
to turn ideas into income. Because success starts with smart

(00:23):
strategic moves, get ready to take action and build something great.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Good morning, Good morning, Good morning. On my Gunisia's out
there and Gwenette Land and all of my friends around
the world. It's rainy day here and Enjoygia's sixty four
degrees is going to high have only sixty five and
he's rating and his overcast and it's just it's a
cloudy day. However, still a good day because we made it.
This morning. I'm not feeling so well. I've been six
since last week and I missed a couple of shows,

(00:52):
but I'm here with you this morning. I won't be
talking long though, because i feel horrible and I'm not
feeling myself, but I'm gonna do my best to to
share some information with you today, especially if you're thinking
about starting a business, which I think everybody should be
thinking about starting some type of side hustle this day
in time. Why one, because it's one of the greatest

(01:12):
time in histories to start a business, because there's so many,
when I say so many, so many opportunities out there
for you to get started. That's the first thing too.
We just don't know how what's gonna happen in our economy.
We just don't know. It's all over the place, is
a hot mess. And so you know, you need that,
you need you need that backup just in case. You know.
I know people go to work every day and they
feel like their job is secure. Asks the people that

(01:35):
got laid off in DC how how secure was their
government job. So you can't you can't rely one hundred
percent on the job thinking that you know, oh, this
job needs me so much. I'm an asset. You are
an asset as long as you are performing to their level,
as long as they you, as long as their bottom
line is met. But you're not irreplaceable. I'm just I
got to put that out there because some people really

(01:55):
do think they're irreplaceable, and you're not. Not to a
job because at the end of the day business, they
only care about their bottom line, So this is a
perfect time for you to start your own business. That's
why I decided to do the business Blueprint because I
felt like people needed to understand that there are so
many great opportunities out there for them, and I wanted
to just run down some things that they could do.

(02:15):
And so today I'm talking about becoming a AI content creator,
creator business owner. The content is what I'm doing right now.
This is called content and I do a lot of
it every day. I do about four or five articles
a day. I do a podcast a day, I do
a live video on Fridays. I create a lot of
content right and this is one of my favorite topics

(02:39):
because one it gives me the opportunity to be really creative.
But like I do, if you look at my when
you go to the website, because I can't do the
whole shock and I'm hot. I'm just I feel sick
right now, but I'm I'm gonna do my best to
get through it. But on the website there's a complete
article about what you need to do to start your
AI business AI content business, create content creation business. And

(03:02):
so what I'm doing right now is called content creation.
I know for some people it sounds like podcasts and
then it is. But podcasting is content. The other thing
I need you to understand too, Podcasting is also media.
Video is also media. There is a there's a media.
There's a media network called the MICUs Touch right, which

(03:23):
is pretty cool. They are a political news media outlet.
They are as big right now as an MSNBC, And
it's a bunch of guys who do video podcasting about politics.
And they are killing the game like they are killing
the game now. You may say, on I don't know
how to start. I don't know what to do. So

(03:43):
here's the thing. Here's what I want to tell you,
right what I want to tell you is that you
can start this business anyway you choose. The year before
last I decided, and I could have kept this going.
I just I just really didn't feel like dealing with clients.
It's for real, that was the real reason. But I
could have kept this going, and I could really, I

(04:06):
could really kill a game right now because when I
started doing this, the technology was just kicking off. It
wasn't what it is right now. Like my husband listened
to one of my episodes the other day. One of
the ones where I was on hiatus and I use
Notebook LM to produce the episode. And in the episode,
if you ever, if you, if you know anything about
Google Notebook LM, when you do a podcast through that platform,

(04:28):
it's two people talking to it's two there's two voices
talking to each other. They having a straight conversation. And
he listened to it. He was like, that was so
cool and us I know, right, So when I first started,
they didn't have that option. There was no two people
talking to each other. You could take some content, you
could drop it into an AI tool and it would
create audio for you, and good audio, good audio. I

(04:51):
had a client, I had a couple of clients that
I was working with. And here's the thing about that too.
Let me just say this, let me back up for
a second. Most small business owners they don't understand the
power of media and marketing. They just don't. And what
they look at as some kind of frivolous thing that
they're throwing money away on. I don't look at it
that way. I look at it as part of me

(05:13):
building a huge brand. Right. And when you go out
to sell your service as an AI content creation business,
you got you got to get people to understand and listen.
If you're trying to build a brand, this is this
is something you must have you in your brand strategy.
You must have it because people are consuming content left

(05:33):
and right, and most small businesses they just don't get it.
And I just got to the point where I just
think I personally did not feel like trying to keep
trying to make them understand that what I said. Or
you build your own build your own brand, you know,
just build your brand, just like MSNBC, just like CNN,
they build brands. Just build your brand. You know, one
day they'll come around and say, oh my god, I

(05:54):
should have listened, and so I had to. Just so
I'm saying all that to say, I'm gonna talk to
you to about what you need to do to get
started if you want to start an AI content creation
business and bring on clients. I'm also gonna talk to
you about the perspective of just doing it for yourself.
All right, So let's go with the client piece first.
The first thing I'm gonna tell you is, nine times

(06:15):
out of ten, it's gonna be a hard sell. It's
gonna be a hard sell because they really do not
understand how powerful content marketing is. They just don't. And
so you going out there trying to sell them on,
you know, becoming a content creator for their business. You're
gonna have to really sell them on why this is important.
I know why it's important. You may even know why
it's important, but you have to show them why it's important.

(06:39):
So that means that you gotta come up with some
kind of some kind of brand strategy to help you
go out there and sell it, right, and then some
people will buy it, they will get it and hit
What's interesting is I was talking about newsletters, and I
was talking because these all the things that I do
every every every day. Every week, I put out a
newsletter every Monday. I'm gonna be putting out another newsletter

(07:01):
probably every Wednesday. I am a content creator for real,
because I create a lot of content, right, And so
that that's my that's my claim. If you go to
I think I'm probably at this point, I'm probably at
twelve hundred episodes of Good Morning when they are more.
I probably got about twelve hundred, if not fifteen hundred
pages of content on my website. I am a content

(07:23):
creator for real, right, So you're gonna have to you
the first thing you're gonna have to do if you're
thinking about doing this as a business where you're trying
to get clients, you're gonna have to explain to them
and educate them and why this is important. I had
two clients that I was working with. Both of them
were they I know I needed, I know I needed,
but they could not see the value in it because
it was not bringing dollars through the doors the way

(07:45):
they want. They wanted to see the dollars walk through
the door because they were creating content. That's not how
you're supposed to look at it. You're supposed to look
at this as a part of your brand strategy, right,
And that's how I look at it. That's how I
look I was. I had someone on my show a
couple of weeks ago, and someone listened to that show,
and because they listened to the show, that God was
selling a program and they bought the program. That's I

(08:08):
was walking through the door. But I couldn't guarantee that
it's just that what they heard and what they heard
me saying, what they heard him say, They was like,
I'm gonna I'm gonna join this program and they reached
out and said, hey, I joined the program with you. Right,
But that's the power of this. So he made a
sell to someone he didn't even know because he was
on my show. Right. Had I had a referral link
linked up in and when I was talking about it,

(08:29):
I probably would have made a few dollars myself. But
I wasn't even thinking about that. I was thinking about
bringing you a great guest. So you're gonna have to
educate the people that you're trying to that you're trying
to sell his service to. That's the first thing. Now,
let me talk about doing it for yourself. Because I wanted,
I want to. I want to give you both scenarios
before I get into the meet of what it looks like.
I decided that I did not want to do that

(08:50):
because it was too fickle and it made me. It
stressed me out right, No, No, don't get it twisted.
This what I'm doing right now stresses me out some
days too, because it is the long game. That's what
I want to tell you. It is the long game. Now,
I probably can shorten I probably can shorten the time
on the game. If I went to an investor say hey, listen,
this is what I'm building. You know, would you like

(09:11):
to invest? I probably could. I probably could speed up
really fast, but I don't want to be I just
don't like aggravation, you know. And when you are taking
money from people, you are beholden to those people. So
if I go out to get an investor, you know
I'm going to be beholden to them to get their
money back. That stresses me. That stresses me out a lot.
So I did not. I did not go that route.

(09:34):
I could have, and I probably still could go that
route right now, because what I think. I think that
that Good Morning Gwenet is a fabulous platform, the podcast
and the news site. I believe. I believe it's fabulous,
and I believe that I took it to an investor and
showed them what I what I've done, and showed them
the opportunity and the possibilities that lit Lie had with us.

(09:58):
I believe I can get an investor. I don't think
I want that kind of Hey, I just don't. So
I'm just doing I'm doing the long game. Now, that
being said, you don't have to do that, but you could.
So if you know that you're not the person that's
gonna go out there and knock on doors and educate people.
You may want to think about doing it for yourself,
you know what I'm saying. So you could be a

(10:19):
content creator for others as a business, or you could
be a content creator for yourself. You have to make
that distinction, and that's gonna be really important so you
can know how to move forward. Now, let's talk about
why content creation is in high demand. It is in
high demand, and I'm gonna tell you something. A lot
of smaller businesses they're not doing it. They think that

(10:40):
they post a couple of things on social media, that's it.
That's because that's the only thing they think about. They
don't think about anything else but social media. That's it.
They don't think about putting out an article, they don't
think about putting out videos. They don't think about putting
out podcast snippets, shorts. They're not thinking about that. Most
of them. They think, I'm gonna post something on Facebook
and Instagram and TikTok and that's gonna be enough. And

(11:01):
for some of them it is enough because they do
a lot of that. But you have to if you're
building a brand, you need all of them. This show
right now is syndicated to Twitter and Facebook and what else?
I think Twitter, Facebook, and oh, I think not LinkedIn
something else. But on on Fridays it's syndicated to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram,

(11:22):
and then I had I cut the videos up into
showts and they go out every day to Instagram, Facebook,
I think, and Twitter and TikTok right, so all over
the place on mine. So I'm putting out content on
a regular basis. I can tell you that if you
decide to do this as a business, there are small businesses.
They're not doing all of that. They may be posting

(11:44):
on Instagram, they're not writing any blog posts. And just
in writing blog posts come with you know, you gotta
know how to optimize a block. It's a lot of work.
Writing a blog alone is a lot of work. I
do five four to five articles a day on my
website and I'm constantly looking at the green, like when
I did the art for this show how to how
to Start an AI Content Creation Business? Right I have

(12:05):
tools built into my website that showed me when I'm
in the green. When I tell y'all, was excited this
morning because my heading was in the green, which means
my title had was good, it was a good title. Searchabuok,
it can go viral. It's in the green. But there's
a tool built built into my website to show me
that is it optimized properly? It's eighty four out of
one hundred for optimization. It's seventy five out one hundred

(12:26):
for the title lungs. I'm in the green, I'm happy,
I'm happy. That's a science that's not easy. So if
you're gonna even if you say, okay, Audrey, I want
to be a content creator for other businesses, you need
to pick which one you want to focus on. Do
you want to focus on writing writing articles for people?
Because that is a science. It's all a science. If
you're gonna create videos for people, again, you gotta know

(12:48):
how to optimize the videos for the right keyword. So
when you when people are searching over YouTube, they can
find them.

Speaker 1 (12:53):
Right.

Speaker 2 (12:54):
Are you gonna do website content?

Speaker 1 (12:56):
You know?

Speaker 2 (12:56):
Are you gonna do social media content? Are you gonna
do email news letters? Email newsletters? Right now? Hot? Emails
newsletters are hot and mobile apps are hot. Both of
those are hot right now? Right? So what are you
gonna do? And I'm gonna tell you this. I have
a client right now that I do a newsletter for
every other week. I have a client that I produce
a podcast for every other week right there, on separate weeks.

(13:19):
So this way I know I'm not overwhelming and I
can still get to my stuff. I have two clients
that I work with on a regular basis, and I
produce content forever. Right, both of those are now that
the podcast one not so much because she does a
live stream, which is nice. All I do is go
in now, set everything up. We go live every other
week every other Monday. The newsletter one, I have to

(13:40):
figure out what I'm gonna write about. I send her
some titles for some articles. She loved them, and then
we write about the titles and we send it out.
Be a newsletter platform. Be Hove is the one that
we use and then go out every other Wednesday. Right.
I had to create a business, my content creation business
for others. I had to make now even when I
was doing podcasts of people, I can still do that,

(14:01):
like I could do that with my hands down. My
issue became it's too it's too many people don't understand it,
so they quit. You know, this is a long game
for building a brand. It's not like, hey, we're gonna
do like thirteen episodes and it's gonna be like, nah,
it's a long game. And sometimes people just don't see
the value in that. If you go google Ordery Bell Curry,

(14:24):
You're gonna find so many things about me. Why because
I'm all over the place. I'm out there, so I'm searchable.
You know, if you google good Morning with that, it
is searchable. It is searchable. So when I was creating
a podcast of people, even though I really enjoyed doing
it because it was a lot of fun, you know,
I created content that I'm based on their website and
their services, and I put out a new episode and

(14:45):
I think they both had packages that had thirteen episodes
in it, which is great. And then after the thirteen
episodes they were done, it's like, yeah, I can't do
this because they didn't understand they weren't really building a brand. Right.
Both of the people that I'm working with right now,
they're building a brand. Well, not one of them is
building a brand, and one that is doing the podcast.
She's definitely building a strong brand. And we're trying to

(15:07):
graduate her now to like an Amazon Fire TV app.
So she's building a brand, though, and she knows that's
what she's doing. The other person is just really trying
to educate people. So that's why her newsletter is important.
That's another thing. If you go to people and you
say you, what's your goal, they probably don't even know
what that is. These two people knew exactly what they
were doing. They're seasoned women, are they are God fearing women.

(15:30):
They knew exactly what they wanted to do. I just
had to put them on the right path and say, hey,
you might want to try this platform versus this platform.
If you're not technical, don't do don't do SEO stuff.
Let somebody else do that, right, So I put them
on the platform. One has the newsletter. One has a podcast.
Now the one of the news that I said, there, listen,
you can really turn this into a podcast. You really could.
That wasn't of interest to her. She loved the newsletter, right,

(15:54):
So her news that educate people about finances. And the
other person is a she's a spirit I call her
a spirit spiritual leader. She's in ministry, but she's like
a different type of spiritual minister, you know. But it's
about empowering people. But she's building a brand around her.
She's using a personal brand like her name is in
the title of her show. It's really cool, So I said,

(16:17):
I all like to say, these businesses, this information putting
out content is really really important and a lot of
people are they're missing a boat on this. So you
could be a valuable asset to a company right now.
AI content writing is expected to reach one point five
billion dollars in the next five years. One point five billion, right,

(16:38):
which means that even though they got so many tools
out that people still don't know how to use a tool,
nor do they take the time to learn. They just
won't do it. I'm telling you what I know for
a fact, there are people who just will not take
the time to learn. They said, Oh, I use chat GPT.
Do you know how powerful chat GPT is, Chat GPT, Claude, Copilot, Perplexity,

(17:00):
what else, Google Studio, Google Ai studio, Oh my god,
these tools are so powerful and people don't have a clue.
They just think, I'm gonna do chat to me. I
just I did something to chat to me T And
I'm like, and what else? Because it's so much right,
So they're gonna do a little bit. You can go
and do a lot of help to move the needle
in their business. Over eighty percent of marketers planning to

(17:21):
integrate some form of AI into their content work close
this year.

Speaker 1 (17:25):
Right.

Speaker 2 (17:25):
I use a lot of AI every day, And at
first I was like, oh man, it's like cheating. I
don't care. Like if whatever I gotta do to get ahead,
that's ethical, That's what I'm gonna do. But here's the thing.
I get to put out amazing content. I get to
tell amazing stories. I get to share amazing wisdom with people.
It has helped me so much. Now I'm a creative

(17:46):
when it comes to business. I can't draw a straight
line when it comes to like writing, like all right, right,
this these tools amplify who I really am, which I
just want to create so much content every single day.
It's probably why I'm sick because I'm not getting for rest.
The global market for AI marketing was valued in twenty
twenty one. Now, mind you, this was twenty twenty one,

(18:08):
fifteen point eight four billion dollars. This was in twenty
twenty one. It is expected to significantly grow DAYI marketing.
That's why people need to understand. If you don't want
to learn AI marketing and create this content, then let
somebody do it for you. If you're listening to the
sound of my voice, say oh my god, this sounds amazing,
but I just don't have this sound. How are you somebody,

(18:28):
especially if you're trying to build a brand, whether it's
a business brand, a person brand, how are you somebody?
Bring somebody on right, here's the thing. If you're thinking
about starting this business, you don't need to be a
professional writer. You don't need to be a professional podcast
or you need to be a person that say, Okay,
what do my client need? What problem am I going
to solve for my client by creating this content? Well?

(18:50):
Do they need an article presence out there? Okay, so
we're going to create a blog post.

Speaker 1 (18:55):
Right.

Speaker 2 (18:56):
My blogs right now that I write on my on
my websit, they range anywhere from eight hundred to two
thousand words. I think the one I did this one
for this show was twenty five hundred words, right anyway,
And the reason being you want to have them that long,
because that's that's what s CEO says. You need to
have an article that's six fifty or more. Right, So

(19:17):
you're going to start a block writing service for somebody
where you go in there and create a bunch of
written content for them. You got to remember that you
need to be between six fifty and four thousand words.
I've never written a four thousand words, not even with
AI tools anything. Twenty five hundred Yeah, and I felt
like this was a good one because I'm really passionate
about content creation. So this one, I think it's twenty
five hundred words. Did I use AI to help me? Absolutely?

(19:40):
But do I create a newsletter and a podcast and
what and articles every day? I sure do. I'm talking
to you right now. This is me talking. This is
not my AI talking. This is Audrey talking. Right. So
you want to do a block writing service, you gotta understand,
you know, you got to understand your what, your what
problem is trying to solve for your client. You also
need to understand a little bit about SEO. There are

(20:01):
so many great tools out there. There's a tool that
I use called se O Writing dot Ai. Right, se
O writing dot Ai. That tool you put in a topic,
it will write the article for you, not anything. What's
crazy about that? I paid for the tool and I
forgot that I was paying for it till I saw
it on my business account. I'm like, what is this?
Because I used chat tbt pretty much for everything. But

(20:22):
this tool will write the articles and post it for you,
Like you can go in there and write a bunch
of articles and post it like pre write a habit,
pre write the articles and then schedule the articles to
go out. It is amazing. So if you don't even
understand SEO, you go use SEO writing dot Ai. It's
gonna write the article for you. In SEO. You're doing
this for your client. Now, it looks when you go

(20:42):
to the platform, it looks a little technical. And I'm
telling you, people who are not tech savvy, the only
thing they know how to do is turn on their computer.
They're gonna be like they would look at that and
be like, oh my god, it's confusing, and it is
because it has a lot of little moving parts and
make sure you write the best content. But for you
who's not, you know, afraid of tech and a little
bit of difficulty, you say, okay, let me go ahead
and use this to them and pump these articles out

(21:03):
for people. All right, let's talk about number two AI
Social media social media content services, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,
got tools for that, create it, and I use when
I do my videos on Friday. Once the video is done,
it's already syndicated to YouTube, right, I go to YouTube,

(21:25):
get the YouTube link, dropping it, opens clips and then
open open clips, create all these little shorts from it
right with captions and everything, and then I schedule them
all to go out until I do the next video
the next week. So I got an interview on Friday,
I'm gonna do that interview. I'm gonna post that that's
gonna automatically stream live to YouTube. I'm gonna take that link,

(21:46):
I'm gonna drop it in open clips, and then I'm
gonna schedule all the shorts to go out till I
do the next interview or the next traded next Friday.
And I do that over and over again. So I
spent I spent about two hours doing just that. Do
the interview, then I do the Opus clubs, and then
I schedule everything to go out. That's on Fridays. But
that's pretty much all I do on Fridays. So then

(22:06):
my Fridays is completed. I might write an article and
that's about it, because my Fridays I'm done. So social
media posts. They have tools for that. They got calendars
where you can automatically schedule things to go out, they
have tools for that. They got tools to analyze hashtags
and trend analysis. And I will say this, I saw
a partial interview with someone from Instagram and it's like,

(22:26):
tash tags aren't really that big. I'm like really, So anyway,
that was one. You may want to do an email
news service for people. I do an email news service
for a client. I use Behive as my platform for her.
Because I started out using Behive, I thought it was
pretty cool. I do an email newsletter for when that
Women's Chamber of Comings where I'm the president every Monday,

(22:47):
and I use that service because that's just the service
I started out with. When I started doing that newsletter,
Behive wasn't around. I liked Behive though, for various reasons. One,
you can run ads inside of Behive to push people
back to your back to your platform, back to your
email newsletter where they can see it. So you can
run a add to people who read newsletters. How about that?
How don't that make sense?

Speaker 1 (23:08):
Now?

Speaker 2 (23:08):
I can tell you for my new newsletter, I'm using
Substack and the reason I'm using Substack is because it
reminds me of Etsy. If you have an Etsy store,
SI pushes and it's optimized properly and correctly. S he
will push your information out for free to all of
its people. Why because when when you make money to et,
he make money. That's why I like substack. Substack is
free and substack will put your information out in front

(23:30):
of people as long as you got good information now,
and when you make money, they make money. That's how
that runs right behib On the other hand, you can
start for free. You don't get all the bells and whistles,
but when you get to when you try to go
up with the number of subscribers you have, it's like
forty ninety nine dollars a month, so you have to
start paying for that one. That's my only disclake would

(23:50):
be High. I'm like, I like Substack, I ain't gotta
pay High. And they both do wonderful things. You just
got to pick the one that's gonna fit you. Now
that being said, when you get ready to do it
for your client, you have to tell them that you
have to find out what they need and pick a
platform that's gonna best fit them. And there are a
lot of platforms out there, it's so many.

Speaker 1 (24:06):
Right.

Speaker 2 (24:07):
For women's chamber, I use Brevo Brevo. That's the one
I've used because I started out using it was called
Sending Blue. I don't know why they called it that,
but that was the name of the original newsletter. And
then I guess they got newsletter company, and I guess
they got bought out, and now it's Brivo. So I
use Brevo for that woman's chamber. I use be High

(24:27):
for my client. I'm using substack for myself. But you
can do that service for people. You can. You can
charge people a monthly fee, a weekly fee. Like if
I was doing weekly a weekly newsletter, I'd probably charge
somewhere around five hundred dollars a month. Yeah, that's probably
what I would charge, right because newsletters, newsletters can become
very complicated depending on what they want to do, you know,

(24:49):
follow up sequence, drip drip accounts, drip projects and all
that kind of stuff. It could get very complicated. If
you want to just write copy for people's website because
they need to have copy going website, that's a good service.
You know, put together package of articles and say hey,
I write fifty I write thirty one articles, which means
there's one that's going out every day, thirty one articles

(25:10):
that's gonna post your website every day. There's tools for that.
You go use SEO Writing dot Ai and you can
get and now I'm not even affiliate for them, but
I think it's a great service. Respect Now you're gonna
have to let me say this, it's gonna write the article.
You're still gonna have to go in and edit it
because I didn't like like once they wrote it and
then it give you images and videos all kind of
stuff and do all that right. I didn't like some

(25:31):
of the things that had in this, so I had
to go in and edit it anyway, but I didn't
have to write the whole thing. AI Video script services
people who don't know what to put in there, how
to create scripts for their videos is another great business
that you can do. You would think that with all
the tools out that people would I'm just telling y'all
there have been amazing tools for a long time. I

(25:52):
have clients right now who won't do a fly. They
won't and CAMA is your partner, they would not go
on camera and do a fly. And I hate doing flyers,
but They will call me and say, hey, I need
a flyer, and I'm like, okay, and I'll do it
because I can. For some reason, I just don't like
doing it, but I will do it for this one client.

(26:12):
I don't advertise that I don't do anything, none of that.
But you the tools are there, video scripts, you listen
chat g MET all day long. I need a I
need a YouTube script and I need to say this this,
I just go to chat. I use chat GVT for
almost everything.

Speaker 1 (26:25):
Right.

Speaker 2 (26:26):
You can do webinar outlines. There's you can do presentations
for people who don't want to do who need a
presentation or pitch deck and they don't know how to
do it. There's a tool called tom t o m me.
You talking about beautiful pitch decks. You put in a
you put in a concept and it creates the entire
pitch deck. I'm talking about beautiful. I've done that. I've

(26:47):
done I've done presentations that I got done in like
thirty seconds, and I was like, okay, I need to
hurt it do this. I just go to tom t
o emmy. I think it's t O m me dot
AI and I put in what I want to talk about.
And I'll go in there the content once it finished
the whole they put pictures and everything. I'm talking out
a wonderful platform, easy to use, a beautiful output. The

(27:08):
tools are there, they are out there. People need pitch decks.
You can just let me tell you something. I worked
on a project, right, I worked on a project, a
real estate project with my business partners. We was one
of my business partners on ten acres of land. We
were trying to get some money to develop the land.
And I put together a an architectural drawing for the land,

(27:34):
like for what we wanted to do with the land.
And I sent it to one of my friends who
is a real estate developer, like he developed real estate.
And I was like, take a look at this, telling
what you think? He said, who did this? Who did
this rendering for you? Which was the architecture of drawing.
I was like me, He said, how to do it?
I said, well, he said, you did with Ai. I
did it with Ai, he said, Audrey. He said, people
paid thirty five thousand dollars for this? What thirty So

(27:58):
it was beautiful though, he said, people pay thirty five
thousand dollars just for this. I was like, you are
kidding me? He's like no, And I did it with
Ai in about thirty five seconds. Do you understand what
I'm saying. The money's out there, you gotta go get it.
You gotta go get the money. It's waiting on you. Now,
I was like tempted to jump into that business. But

(28:19):
now I was like, nah, I gotta go out there
and find, you know, people who are developers, and I
gotta put these plans together. I probably could cut people's
head off and set a charging thirty five thousand. I
could charge seventeen thousand and cut their cut their heads off, right,
But I was like, yeah, it's not my passion. It's
not my passion, So I didn't want to do that.
The startup cost to get all these things going is

(28:40):
really pretty reasonable, right, and you can make good money.
When I was creating a podcast or for the women,
I was charging five ninety seven a month and they
were getting four new episodes a month, going out on
the specific day of their choice. And that's how I
did it. So I was charging five ninety seven. They
didn't have to do anything all They had a pie cast.
They can embed the player on their website. So when

(29:02):
people went to the website, they can see podcasts. And
the crazy thing is both of those businesses still have
the podcast on their website, but they're not my clients anymore.
So guess what I do. I run ads on their
podcasts because they still had the podcast player embedded on
their website. So their ads that run on commercials that
run on their podcasts. And I'm sure they don't care

(29:23):
because they got podcast episodes that are still live. And
I don't care because now I'm running ads on their
episodes because that's what I do. So anyway, my throat
is starting to bother me. You guys, and I really
appreciate you tuning in today. Go to the website Good
Morning Whene dot com. Check out this business blueprint for
becoming an AI content creative business. Starting an AI content

(29:43):
creative business. It's a great article. Go back and listen
to this episode because I know I said a lot,
but I want you to understand that there are people
that need you. And here's the thing. Here is a
wonderful business opportunity that you can start with about one
hundred dollars like creating content for people. I spend twenty
dollars on at GBT now I spend a lot of money.
Don't do like me. Because I spend twenty dollars on

(30:04):
chat GBT, I think I spend twelve, fourteen, fifteen dollars
on Leonardo. I spend twenty dollars on boat dot knew,
which creates codes for me. I spend about thirteen dollars
on Camba. I use stream Yard, so I spend fifty
dollars there. I use. I use a lot of tools
I do. I use SEO writing. I think I spent

(30:27):
twenty dollars there. I use eleven labs. I spend twenty
two dollars a dare I spend a lot of money.
And these are the ones that I could just think
up off the top of my head. But I'm sure
I use more. But but you don't have to do
like me. Don't be crazy like me. Pick pick two,
you know, pick eleven labs and chat GPT and SCO
writing Wait yeah, chat g BT, SCO writing eleven labs.

(30:52):
What is that? So that's twenty canba, that's forty three,
So that's about one hundred dollars. And you got all
the too, cause you know, I I would say I'm
gonna throw Leonardo at excuse me. I'm starting to break
down now. I'm gonna throw Leonardo in there because it
creates amazing graphics and images. Okay, alright, I gotta go
