(00:01):
We have before us the opportunity toforge for ourselves and for future generations,
a new world order, new worldorder, new world order. This is
a moment disease. The galeidoscope hasbeen shaken. The pieces are in flux.
Soon they will settle again. Beforethey do, let us reorder this
world around us, a new worldorder, a world where the United Nations
(00:24):
is poised to fulfill the historic visionof its founders. Nevertheless, the United
States in a key position to shapeis so that the problem of the boot
rented into will be the emergence ofa new international order. The first decade
of the twenty fifth century, thatout of words will be feeling, the
(00:44):
greatest restructuring of the global economy, the greatest restructuring of the global economy,
the greatest restructuring of the global economy, a new world order. Lots created
document the greatest of our rebublic. The very word secrecy repugnant in a free
and open society. And we areas a people inherently and historically opposed to
(01:07):
secret societies, to secret oaths andthe secret proceedings. Wezing war on the
new world order. The councils ofgovernment, we in the guard again the
acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether itsought or unsought, by the military industrial
conflict. This is Governed America withDarren Wheats and Vickie Davis from Team of
(01:44):
Regions five and ten. This isGoverned America. Vicky Davis is here.
I'm Dured Weeks and it's the twentyninth of April twenty twenty three. Nice
to have you with us once again. And a lot to talk about here.
And it's one of those days thatI just don't feel ready. I
don't know why, but I justfeel like I could spend hours and hours
and hours more prepping for the show. Not that I haven't already spent hours
(02:05):
prepping for the show, but it'sjust so much to go through and never
an end to it, it lookslike, and you know, always things
to discover anyway. Good morning,Vicki, How you doing. Good morning?
Fine? Thanks. I guess thebig news of the week is Tucker
Carlson. That's what seems to beall the kids are talking about. Yeah,
(02:27):
yeah, the big story. Yeah. So, and you know,
I don't want to spend too muchtime on it because everybody else is talking
about it anyway, and I don'tthink there's a whole lot more that can
be said. You know, everybody'skind of wondering why it happened. I
think it's pretty obvious why it happened. Tucker was saying things on mainstream news,
(02:51):
mainstream TV that you're not supposed tosay. That's really what it boils
down to you. I'm surprised helasted as long as he did. Yeah,
he was going after a lot ofespecially in the last year. You
know, he's really been kind ofhitting it hard. Yeah, thank goodness,
you know, yeah, thank goodness. A lot of the information got
(03:13):
out there, and you can't reallyput that genie back in the bottle.
That's the that's the positive aspect ofit, you know, once people have
been I hate the phrase rude pilled, especially now it's on the FBI.
Hey, if you use that phrase, the FBI is looking at you like
you're some sort of terrorist. Now, oh, it doesn't matter. The
FBI is looking at everybody. Theyare the American Stazi. Yes, so
(03:38):
I just read this morning. They'rehaving difficulty recruiting people. Can't imagine why,
I mean, why would you wantto be a part of that crap
show? And that's what everybody isprobably thinking. When the spy and an
enemy of the American people. Yeah, who would want to do that except
foreigners? Well, you know, anybody who looks at the themselves in the
(04:00):
mirror and has to live with themselves. If you're if you're a Persian person
of conscience, why would you wantto u join up with an organization that's
seems to be dedicated at going afterthe American people more than more. Yeah,
anti American, an American agency ofgovernment that is anti American. But
(04:24):
but Tucker, he was he wasgoing after like big Pharma, you know,
like a couple of months ago,he went after Black Rock and the
big banks. In fact, Ithink that's really been a study theme of
recent days. Uh, you know, the cultural revolution, woke is them?
Uh, and the transpredation upon thechildren, you know, and and
(04:46):
and injustices of the January sixth defendants. I think that was one of the
most important things. And honestly,I don't have any anxiety information, but
I my hunch is that that's oneof the biggest reasons, one of the
biggest factors in his of mines.I know a lot of people are going
to be focusing on the election stuff, and and but I think the fact
that he was bringing the January sixpeople to the forefront and keeping it there.
(05:13):
You know, he got Jason Chanceyuh freed from prison and so,
you know, and single handedly andeverybody, uh really, I don't think
anybody else would dispute that. Imean, the fact that he showed that
whole thing to be such a asick joke really huh yeah. And FBI
(05:36):
what they call it, a fedsurrections. Most of those people should have
been let out of jail, youknow. And a lot of people might
say, you know, why didit matter? You know, why does
Tucker matter? Why why does itmatter him being on Fox? Uh?
Tucker on Fox mattered because it wasn'tjust conservatives, this is my opinion.
(06:00):
But it wasn't just conservatives who watchedFox News. He brought on a lot
of classic liberals on his show, especially in recent days. He even brought
on Peta for Heaven's sake to talk, you know, So there was a
draw there for left wingers too.I know, he had the conservative right
(06:21):
kind of tied up there in hisratings, and he was also going after
the other side, trying to getthem to be drawn in, so he
in many ways, he was kindof a bridge between the two sides.
And that's exactly what is a threatto the establishment, who've been trying for
many, many years to try todivide people. You know. The name
(06:45):
of the game is divide and conquer. And so there was kind of a
cross over audience, I think betweenthe right wing and moderate and left wing
viewers. And I have serious doubtsthat he will be able to pull that
off in the future, especially ifhe's behind a paywall. I don't know
if he's gonna do that or whatwhat his plans are. Um, here's
(07:09):
the thing. I don't need TuckerCarlson to tell me that Fiser's corrupt and
dangerous, you know what I mean. I already know that, But I
need Tucker to tell the mask pushersthat Fiser is corrupt and dangerous, you
know. And the left may notalways be receptive to that message, but
many on the left watched, andthere will be a certain percentage that will
(07:31):
have the seed planted and maybe dosome research and discover that they were wrong.
And and well, I'm not surethat the masks actually had anything to
do with the scamdemic. Well,I think kind of test to psychological tests
to see how compliant the American peoplewould be to the imposition of tyranny.
(07:58):
M hm. That's just my takeon it. Yeah. So anyway,
the point, I guess, thepoint I'm trying to make, and I
don't want to, like I say, spend too long on this. But
wherever he goes, whether he startshis own thing, or whether he's swallowed
by some conservative servative outlet that isn'tit isn't Fox. So it remains to
(08:22):
be seen whether he will be asvaluable for our movement in the future.
Because if he's just preaching to thechoir, well anybody can do that.
You know, there could be valuein what he's saying. But if he
isn't reaching the ears of the otherhalf of the country, then the impact
is diminished. I guess that's whatI'm trying to say. And there is
(08:45):
also a value. You know, many Republican policymakers watched Tucker on Fox News,
so he often held their feet tothe fire. I remember very vividly
when Senator Ted Cruz referred to theJanuary sixth defendants as insurrectionists. Tucker went
ballistic on his show Ted Cruz actuallybegged to be on the show to defend
(09:05):
himself, and he was on thenext night where he tried to make excuses
and Tucker wasn't having it. That'swhat's been lost, that that accountability for
the GOP unless it can be rebuiltsomewhere else, which and all, it
seems doubtful at this point, butwe'll have to wait and see. But
(09:28):
he has massive support, but avery limited shelf life, and as each
day takes away, people will moveon. And that seems to be in
my view from what I've been readingthe strategy of Fox News. They're going
to keep Tucker tied up with hiscontract, which goes I think toward the
end of twenty twenty four. They'regoing to keep him tied up so that
(09:52):
he can't opine on the twenty twentyfour election. That seems to be the
strategy of the Murdock family according tothe I wonder, I wonder if that
would prevent him from being a produceror a consultant to another news organization as
(10:16):
long as he doesn't appear on camera. That's an interesting thought. I don't
know. I mean, he canappear on camera, I don't know.
The details of his contract. Isay he can, he can appear on
camera because he put out like atwo minute video which got like, I
don't know, something some crazy fortysomething million views or someone that was just
(10:39):
on Twitter. I don't know exactlyhow many views it got, but it
was ridiculous far dwarfed his own showeven And of course, well that's that's
a demonstration of how how widely spreadthat story where he is and how important
(11:01):
the issue is. But um,there are a lot of young, very
bright people that he could become anadvisor to and you know, build up
the young, younger generation. Yeah. I think that's would be very valuable.
(11:24):
Yeah, I agree, because hedoesn't need the money, you know,
to to do it himself. Sohelp help a young person get started.
But as you stop, I wantto remind people, you know,
with regard to and it wasn't thatlong ago. You remember when Chuck Schumer
(11:46):
stood before the Senate on the Senatefloor after Kevin McCarthy gave Fox News Access
Tucker's show access to the January video, and Tucker went on one night and
he showed some of that video. You had Senator Chuck Schumer on the floor
(12:09):
of the Senate, and this iswhat he's saying. Last night, millions
of Americans tuned into one of themost shameful hours we have ever seen on
cable television, with contempt for thefacts, disregard of the risks, and
knowing full well he was lying lyingto his audience. Fox News host Tucker
(12:31):
Carlson ran a lengthy segment last nightarguing the January sixth Capital attack was not
a violent insurrection. By diving deepinto the waters of conspiracy and cherry picking
from thousands of hours of security footage, mister Carlson told the bold faced lie
(12:52):
that the capital attack, which weall saw with our own eyes, was
somehow not an attack at all,And he's going to come back to night
with another segment. Fox News shouldtell him not to. Fox News Rupert
Murdoch tell Carlson not to run asecond segment of lies. I urged Fox
News to order Carlson to cease propagatingthe big lie on his network and to
(13:16):
level with their viewers about the truth, the truth behind the efforts to mislead
the public. Conduct like theirs isjust asking for another January sixth to happen.
So, yeah, what was theRepublican response to it. I just
(13:37):
I can't quite remember. I didMcCarthy release all the video to everybody so
that everybody could look for themselves. No, I think it was something like
this if I remember correct. That'sprobably why I don't remember it. Yeah,
probably not. Yeah, it's it'syou're right, absolutely, and that's
(14:01):
why accountability is so important. Uh. Some of the I don't I hate
to call him maggot Republicans, butpeople who are more on the conservative side
of things instead of establishments Republicans arethere still have a backbone. People that
(14:22):
are not Mitch McConnell, you know, Lindsey Graham, you know, people
who might actually still try to dosomething. I'm kind of thinking of Marjorie
Taylor Green, you know maybe, but or maybe a Rand Paul. But
uh, I'm not fond of Rana. I'm not fond of any of them.
Really, I've got all of them. But because you know, I
(14:46):
feel like I'm being suckered all thetime. You know, even when you
kind of like, hey, Mary, they're making a good speech. But
is that, like everything just agood speech? Because is theater? Yeah,
So you know, I'm hesitant tostart naming names, but I think
some of these people wouldn't even betrying to be that way if it weren't
for Tucker Carlson. I really thinkhe's he's holding he's held their feet to
(15:11):
the fire. So anyway, Idon't like I say, I don't want
to spend too much. I've alreadyspent longer on it than I wanted to
because everybody's talking about it. Butthere's uh and I have my problems with
the Heritage Foundation. Tucker started workingat the Heritage Foundation. Yeah, I
did too. I've researched them along time ago, and he was back
(15:33):
there because they had invited him tobe the keynote speaker for their fiftieth anniversary
celebration. So you know, I'mnot going to hold that against him.
But there was this interaction during thequestion and answer session which I thought was
maybe kind of wonder if they knewsomething was up. Things go south at
Fox News, there's always a jobfor you at Heritage. Well you've saved
(15:54):
him before. We do that fora lot of people, very happily.
We're not called America's outpost for nothing. Yeah, I think about that.
If things go south at Fox News, we got a place for you,
Tucker. Now, isn't that interesting? Yeah? Yeah, So they say
Tucker was blindsided. I wonder ifthe Heritage Foundation knew something. It's possible,
(16:22):
quite possible. So anyway, allright, moving along. You know,
I do have some comments that Tuckermade at Heritage. If we have
time later on in the show, waybe we can play a little of that.
But there's there's a lot of otherthings going on, not the least
of which are knit wit. EnergySecretary Jennifer Granholm. You know what she
(16:48):
wants to do now. She wantsthat she is interested in having the entire
military fleet to be all electric bytwenty thirty. Oh, dumb bimbo,
Oh my god. Yeah. Doyou support the military electric batteries and tanks?
(17:08):
Oh? What could go wrong?Do you support the military adopting that
ev fleet by twenty thirty? Ido, and I think we can get
there as well. And I dothink that reducing our reliance on the volatility
of globally traded fossil fuels, wherewe know that global events such as the
war in Ukraine can jack up pricesfor people back home, it does not
(17:30):
contribute to energy security. I thinkenergy security is achieved when we have home
grown clean energy that is abundant, like you see in Iowa. We think
that we can be a leader globallyin how we have become energy independent.
We can be a leader globally. And how we being have our military defeated
by some foreign adversary. Yeah, there's no question that we can do it.
(17:56):
But should we do it? Exactly? No, it's the dumbest idea.
You know what. It's decisions likethat that are driving the G twenty
to dump the dollar because we haveall these idiots in our government. And
you know what it is, it'sthe foreign policy establishment that has been corrupt
(18:22):
ever since the UN was stood up, and the policies that are made in
the foreign policy establishment are against theinterests of the United States. It's like
we've had the enemy within for seventyyears. Yeah, we have, and
(18:44):
they're finally getting close to bringing ourcountry down. You know, some of
these tanks way over seventy three tonsand it takes like a fifteen horsepower engine
to move them. You know, what kind of battery are you going to
use to power that? Uh?But it won't matter because there's no place
to charge it in a war zone. Gee, whiz you mean there,
(19:08):
No, there has to be chargingstations, right, Well, I suppose
you can put us and solar panWe're gonna have them everywhere, and tanks
will have a track that they're supposedto roll on so that they can recharge
their battery. Yeah, and comeon, deren even if you're gonna place
(19:30):
it's chargers, there is the enemygonna wait for two or three hours or
more for your battery. That wouldbe the courteous thing to do. That's
right time out. So uh andshe, of course she's not the only
one that's clueless. Transportation Secretary PeteBuddhajaj was questioned by Representative Ryan Zenki at
(19:52):
a congressional budget here. You know, they're all got they're all coming to
the house with their hands out nowbecause it's that time of year. And
it was clear that Buddha Judge didnot have answers about where the components for
all of these batteries are going tocome from and where they're going to end
up at the end of their lifecycle, and how do we keep from
(20:12):
being dependent upon a hostile country who'swho's preparing to go to war with us?
Now? These are questions you mightwant to think about. I'm sure
we both agree that that. Iwould say it isn't our best interest in
national security you have a supply chainthat is controlled by the US or our
allies. Also, would well hskyou to agree that energy independence certainly would
(20:38):
be a priority in our national security. Indeed, given that anywhere that China
controls either directly or indirectly more thansixty two percent in many cases, that
preponderance are absolute control of critical minerals, a condition we are working hard to
change in this administration. And I'mgoing to ask you further about that.
But if critical minerals is you know, is all so required for EV?
(21:00):
And it seems to be that coalbaltlithium, in some cases germanium is absolutely
required for for EV. And noware you aware that that to meet the
demands today, that the US wouldhave to increase mining by two thousand percent
for twenty years to reach the demandstoday? Well, the chemistry of our
(21:26):
batteries has not completely stabilized in away that I think can be fully predicted
for the next there may be andthere's no question that we're going to right
now. Now, there's no questionthat we don't need to more minerals,
both domestically and from friendly countries.Well, and and that's that's the catch,
is that we all want cleaner, better, more efficient. But your
(21:48):
stated goal and Biden straight, PresidentBiden, stangal and my state and goal,
and certainly President Trump's was the sameas that we seek energy independence,
we seek energy dominance or not heldhostage by foreign entities. And how do
you get to be energy and dependentwhen the components of EV today are all
(22:11):
controlled by China? And have youdone an assessment of how much mining we
would have to do and where thecritical minerals are and what we'd have to
do in order to meet the demandsof a very aggressive program to convert And
have you done an assessment? Yes? Thanks, thanks for the question.
While some of the finer points relatedto extraction are probably better answered by my
(22:33):
colleagues at the Department of the Interiorhas no clue our Joint Office of Energy
and Transportation, which is jointly runby both US. And what does the
assessment say since you've completed it,Well, what that work is doing is
identifying different points. Haven't completed it? Not just in the raw material extraction
itself, but also in the refiningwhere we see that if we were too,
(22:55):
you have you identified where where oursticking points is or where so a
lot of the get there in tenyears because it seems like on the supply
chain you have China controls it todayand we're putting moratorium on minds in Minnesota
that have the largest nickel deposit incritical minerals. And we're not moving forward
on securing the supply chain, butwe're moving forward on solar cells. Well,
(23:18):
again, the Department cells made madein China so much? How are
you going to figure this out?Okay, So part of what you're describing
is the motivation behind the investments thatthe Department of Energy has been leading in
enhancing US. Well, I agreethere's effort, but have you identified source
because there's a difference between practical, real and fiction. Well, I know
(23:44):
that you're going to be independent ifChina produces the very components that make up
EV This is exactly why we're doingthe work to produce them here in the
United States. I wish what arewe what are we doing on coal ball?
How much coalball are reproducing this countrythe next ten years? What do
we need and we're how we're again. I'm a military guy. I love
plans great, you know I do. Well. First of all, i'd
(24:06):
encourage you to become familiar with theprivate investment and the public private partnership investment
real dollars. Hey, there's alot of money being thrown at this problem.
It's just going to solve itself.Plans that are going out through these
deal Have you read the Critical MentalReport, Multi Agency Report two seventeen.
I have not read the two seventeenMulti Agency Critical Mental Report. I am
(24:27):
very familiar. I'm sure you areabsolutely familiar. Have you read the two
thousand and seventeen Climate or Climate ChangeReport, Multi Agency? I believe that's
informed some of the work that isin our answer the Joint Energy, But
I have not read that document coverto cover. Now, I would suggest
that Mistress Secretary, that you readthose two documents. Well. I can
(24:48):
on both cases what they what theyclearly state as the US is becoming dependent
on China, which is le wechange. The rudder is that we will
be more dependent and unless we figureout the supply chain first, our pursuit
(25:10):
of ev makes us more dependent onChina. I would argue that our action
to win the ev future cannot wait. I would argue that China is already
working to win evs and that theywill win ifstry secretary if it requires critical
minerals and we don't have control ofthem, and China manufactures, produces,
(25:32):
processes the very components necessary for evand how is that achievable to be independent
if we depend on China more andthen more we press and I'm all for
the above, all the above, but before we leap blindly, there's two
concerns. One is that we haveclear control either ourselves or our allies of
the supply chain to include the criticalminerals and components. Secondly, is what
(25:57):
are we going to do their endof lifestyle, of life cycle as you
know ninety percent or are you awarethat nine of the solar cells today are
dumped in some landfill across the country. Not familiar with the life cycle of
solar cell that I would emphasize oneof the most important things to bear in
mind when we think about the criticalmineral sourcing and refining that goes into EVY
battery components is that end of liferecycling will be a vital part of how
(26:22):
we meet our marks. Now.Of course, that's alongside the on shoring
and friend shoring that we need todo both with regards to the recess.
Okay, we have to take arecess. Yeah, and that's perfect because
we have to take one too.So I'll tell you what we'll comment on
that when we come back from thebreak. Is that incredible, completely clueless,
completely leaves me speechless. Yeah, yeah, Yeah. Let's go ahead,
(26:47):
take the bottom of the hour ofbreak and we'll come back with hit
the ground running in the next halfhour. Stay away with us, ladies
and gentlemen. This is governed America. Let me tell you a story about
Bill. Bill was a normal guyin his fifties. He had back surgery
about two years ago. Bill wasin a lot of pain. He dealt
(27:10):
with his pain by taking the percocetsas doctor prescribed for him. Bill took
more and more and more of themto help with the pain until one day
the prescriptions weren't enough to get ridof Bill's pain. Then one day Bill
found someone to help him get ridof the pain with illegal drugs he didn't
need a prescription for best. Forwardto today, Bill lost his job and

You were playing some of this audiofrom Pete Buddha Judge being grilled, not
really even grilled, I would sayby Ryan Zenki. I really was kind
(32:10):
of struck with just how polite theexchange was. I know, I know,
and I was thinking the time forpoliteness is over. I don't know
how, I don't know how theycan tolerate such stupidity and be polite about
it. Well, it's kind ofgood that he did it that way because
he's just asking him questions. Youknow, he's not badgering them, not
(32:34):
beating him up. But this issomething that just won't get any media attention
because it's not you know, he'snot yelling and screaming. But clearly,
these people in the administration, Idon't know. I tend to be more
cynical, I think than the averageperson. But at the best case scenario,
(32:57):
they get these pie in the skyideas and they think they can just
shove them through, regardless of thereality of the detrimental aspects that they create
for the nation. But well, they're thinking is tunnel vision, and I
think that's intentional. They're really emptyheaded people. Yes, And they have
(33:22):
been given their talking points and theystick to those talking points regardless of the
logic of what they're saying. Wehave an activist administration, and that's the
problem with having an activist administration. They're close to bringing the country down.
We're in the end game and they'regoing for it. And we've got the
(33:45):
Republicans, most of them, especiallyin the Senate, absolutely silent or going
along with the agenda. It's disgusting. It's absolutely disgusting. They think they
can just win the EV future,as he put it, Well, yeah,
like it's a big damn game. Will win the competition? Right,
(34:08):
Okay, who are they competing again? Let's put a news around your neck
and let's compete. It's a virtueSee who can live longest with a noose
around your neck. It's all virtuesignaling. They are trying to compete with
who can get to the EV inthe EV space complete? You know,
(34:30):
who can complete that process of transitioningto evs all electric vehicles the quickest?
But yeah, who can commit countrysuicide? That's it, the fastest and
the best. Yeah, that's reallywhat it boils down to. And I
guarantee you China is not going todo that, and neither is India,
(34:52):
neither are any of the other brickscountries. They may say they're going to
do it at the global meetings.Well that's all it takes for the US
to be satisfied. You know, look at how long they've been dealing with
China breaking the rules of the WTO. They knew it before China was given
(35:14):
most Favored Nation status. And earlyon in the two thousands, I watched
to hearing about China dumping product intothe United States and Steve Forbes' daughter was
on a committee, you know,on trade issues, and one of the
(35:36):
congress persons, I can't remember whetherit senat or House they asked her,
well, what are you doing aboutit? She said, We're holding meetings.
That's it. They were holding meetings, and that was a solution.
Well, at times like these,we looked, well the Lord for one
(36:00):
thing, because he's the only onethat's really going to save us. But
we also look to the next presidentialelection and think, dear God, is
there anybody that can do better thanthis? And one of the people that
are running against this train wreck ofan administration is Robert F. Kennedy.
(36:24):
And yeah, I'm not thrilled withthat. Well yeah, and and and
see he's he's got the adoration ofmany conservatives in recent years because of his
he's got some good work on thevaccines that he's done recently. But before
you go all in on Kennedy, and I'm talking to the listeners out there,
(36:45):
you might want to take a lookat some of his other issues.
Most conservatives are skeptical of anthropogenic greenhousewarming, you know, human cause global
warming, or if they believe init, they doubt it's really a problem.
If that describe ribes your views, then Robert Kennedy Junior, you know
set in twenty fourteen that you shouldbe locked up for your beliefs. Huh
(37:10):
yeah, So if you don't believeme, here's here's the audio. Well,
I think they should be in jail. I think they should be enjoying
three hots and a cot at theHaye with all the other war criminals who
are there. What about politicians, people who deny, who dispress symphicism.
They're selling out the public trusts. And you know, I think those guys
who are doing the Koch brothers biddingand who are against all the evidence of
(37:34):
the rational mind, are saying thatglobal warming doesn't exist, that they are
contemptible human beings, and that youknow, I wish that there were you
could punish them under. I don'tthink there's a war a law that you
can punish those politicians under. ButI do. I think the Koch brothers
should be prosecuted for reckless and toinjuring. Absolutely, that's a criminal offense.
And they ought to be serving timefor it. What do you think
(37:58):
of that? You know, I'maware the people grow, people do change
their minds, but somebody needs toquestion him about this and find out what
his views are now before you shrewany support behind him, because he obviously
was a radical extremist and that againwas audio from twenty fourteen. And if
(38:20):
he still holds those same same radicalviews today, would be a dangerous occupant
occupant to the White House. Well, and he also said the Hague,
that's the Internet system. Yeah exactly. And you know it was his brother
that signed the protocol on the Organizationfor Economic Development going from the Marshall Plan
(38:52):
to a worldwide system of central economicplanning. And so you know, I
if I had just heard the partabout the Koch brothers, I think the
Koch brothers are criminals. Yes,not for the reasons he stated, but
(39:15):
for everything else that they've done. But I would never actually support or vote
for a Kennedy for anything, becausethey're globalists. Yeah, you know,
even if like I said, ifeven if he isn't as radical as as
(39:37):
wanting to lock people up that disagreewith him now, as he said back
then, he wanted to do.He's still going to be pushing the COEO
two bullcrap. He might be alittle better on the wars and the vaccines,
but even that isn't a guarantee. You know, some of his present
day views were really revealed any amore recent interview. And where do you
(40:02):
stand on climate policies that are beingenacted right now? There is a difference
between environmentalism and climate change. Wheredo you stand on all of that and
what types of policies do you supportor climate the climate, climate issues and
pollution issues are being exploited by youknow, the World Economic Forum and Bill
(40:25):
Gates and all of these big megabillionairesthe same way that COVID was exploited to
use it as an excuse to clampdown, top down, totaleteering controls.
He said they're being exploited, buthe didn't say it wasn't a real issue
on society and Tom and then togive us engineering solutions. And if you
(40:49):
look closely, as it turns out, the guys we're promoting those engineering solutions
are the people who own the ipsthat battens for those solutions. It's a
way you know it's there. It'sbeing used a given climate chaos a bad
name, you know, because peoplenow see that it's just another crisis that's
being used, stripped behind the wealthof the poor and to you know,
(41:13):
to enrich billionaires and uh, youknow, I I for forty years.
Okay, let me let me juststop it right there and dissect a little
bit of what he said. They'regiving climate chaos a bad name. Climate
chaos by its very nature, thewhole issue is bad because it's non existent.
(41:37):
The earth is we've always been,We've always used Liz's climate. Climate
is a part of the environment.Clearly, Robert F. Kennedy Junior does
not understand this or you know, and I think he shouldn't be opining about
something he has no clue about, you know. So there's still some of
(41:57):
this radical extremist activist him in him. And and that's the thing that I
find very troubling. But I don'tknow if you have anything to add,
Vickie. Before I finished this up, um has he announced, yes,
yes he has. Okay, Well, it's tied to mobilize against him.
(42:21):
Then everything that he did, well, I don't think he had terms of
covid um he has negated. Idon't think he's got a snowball's chance in
hell of getting to the White House. Anyway. I don't think, you
know, he could surprise me.But I think they're going I think the
(42:43):
democratic machine. And I use theword democratic, you know, I put
that word in quote because there's nothingreally democratic about it if you're defining democratic
as the people actually have a say, because they're already saying that Joe Biden's
going to be the candidate. Ithink the Democrat Party is shutting out any
(43:04):
you know, contesters. They floatedaround Gavin Newsome. Here, here's another
good winner. I mean, canwe not find anybody on that side in
the you know, in the partythat had you know, that had lacks
the corruption and as a person ofintegrity and is sane and by the way,
it doesn't have demension, poop isdrawers. I don't. It's just
(43:30):
remarkable to me that a country thissize can't produce political candidates that are better
than what we've got. It's astounding. But anyway, Robert F. Cannidas,
because we don't choose them, theyare chosen. But you would think
that even the intelligence establishment or theDemocrat or Republican that the party establishment could
(43:53):
produce something at least more believable. They don't even try. The American people
have proven that they are that theydon't pay close enough attention. So it
really doesn't matter, you know. They the establishment can go for the uh
(44:15):
most idiotic candidates and it doesn't makeany difference, the most scenile, because
they're most denile, the most ridiculous, the most idiotic. Week in poonish,
Yes, exactly, Well, let'sfinish this audio. I've had the
(44:37):
same policy on climate and engineering. You can go check my speeches from the
nineteen eighties and I've said the mostimportant solution for environmental is just not top
down controls. It is free marketcapitalism. You and what we have in
this country now is not free marketcapitalism. It's corporate crony capitalism. It's
(45:00):
I agree with them on that, capitally, it's cushy. Agree with them
on that. Yeah, there's there'sparts of it that resonate, you know.
Uh So anyway, it's capital it'scushy kind of socialism for the rich,
and I've a brutal, barbaric, merciless capitalism for the poor and from
(45:20):
the free A true free market remoteefficiency. An efficiency means the elimination of
waste and pollution is waste, anda true free market you can't. A
true free market would require us toproperly value our natural resources. And it's
the undervaluation of those resources that causedus to use them wastefully. In a
(45:44):
true free market, you can't makeyourself rich without making your neighbors rich and
without enriching your community. But whatballooters do is they make themselves rich by
making everybody else poor. They raisedstandards of living for themselves by lowering quality
of life for the rest of us. And I do that by escaping the
discipline of the free market. Youshow me a polluter, I'll show you
(46:05):
a subsidy. I'll show you afat cat using political cloud to scape the
discipline of the free market and forcethe public to pay its production costs.
So oh, you know, interms of carbon industry, all of the
things that people are trying to to, you know, promote to end carbon,
(46:27):
we should be doing anyway, becauseyou know, carbon means cutting down
all of the mountains in West Virginia. It means, you know, we
polluted twenty two hundred miles of riversand streams in the eastern Kentucky and West
Virginia. Here's where it gets alittle fuzzy. Every every freshwater fish in
America now has mercury and its fleshon coal burning power plants. That is
(46:50):
a theft from the public. TheHow do we know that's where the mercury
is coming from? Waterways and lakeson the Appellachian, on the High Appellachian,
and every one of them is nowsterilized from accent rain. Is is
that true? I have no idea. This may very well be just an
environmental talking point. You need tobe reducing, if you whether you believe
(47:13):
in climate change or not, thecarbon's climate change. We need to be
reducing our dependence on carbon. Carbonreceives globally about five point two trillion dollars
in subsidies a year. Okay, here's where I completely disagree with him on
this. If you end those subsidies, arbon cannot compete. Okay, I
(47:35):
don't agree with that. Well heI mean, I agree with him.
Listen to it carefully, but Ithink he was talking about um free market
capitalism being more efficient, but theywould be including the social costs in the
cost of the product. Well, what are social costs if you um manufacture
(48:05):
something or say, you know, you have your own uh um, some
kind of manufacturing facility. Um,they would have you include whatever they estimate
the environmental cost to be in theproduction of your product. So he's going
along with that. Then it soundslike yeah, which is a totally leftist,
(48:29):
communist it's not even leftist, totallyanti capitalist viewpoint. It's because the
social cost is made up. It'sarbitrary, it's the it's it's it's it's
a Claus Schwab dream to put thisinto place. This is technocracy, is
(48:50):
what he's promoting. M So anywayagainst a little bit more to this and
cleaner energy sources. And that's whatwe should be doing. English should be
endings subsidies for We're all for thecarbon industry, you know, I'm all
in favor of ending subsidies, andwe should be using droo free market capitalism
and finding the most efficient source ofenergy. I'm all in favor of ending
(49:13):
subsidies. But the problem is isthat you know, his his notion that
like, for instance, coal can'tcompete with the renewables, Are you kidding
me? Like renewables could compete ifthey didn't have subsidies, give me a
break. Yeah, then no,they could, they could never. Our
(49:34):
government has been subsidizing renewable energy, meaning windmills and solar panels since the nineteen
seventies early seventies. Yeah, andthey've never been costum, cost justifiable or
um. They have to be subsidized, and so yeah, let's cut those
(50:02):
subsidies. Yeah, I'm all infavor of cutting the subsidies. If they
can't compete, then let them gobankrupt. And that's what many of them
do even with the subsidies. Youknow, I remember during the Obama administration.
You know, Celendra comes to mind. You remember Cylendra. Yes,
he held a press conference out theretalking about what a success story it was,
(50:22):
and it turned around and went bankruptright after that. And there were
a number of those kinds of companiesthat have that has happened to. So
yeah, I would be very carefulif you're you know, a good liberty
loving American about throwing your support behindRobert Kennedy. He's another politician sounds good
(50:46):
on the surface when you start divingdown deep into some of his other views.
You know, he's good on thevaccine things, he's good on the
you know, you know, allthe pandemic stuff, and probably foreign policy.
I'm sure, look you the trajectoryfor being better on foreign policy than
(51:07):
the present administration, this activist administrationthat we have currently is it's not hard.
You know, you could. Youcould put somebody in the Oval office,
put a blow up doll in theOval office, and they would be
better than the present administration on foreignpolicy. I mean, they have gotten
(51:30):
us dangerously close to a global nuclearthermal nuclear war. And I was just
reading this morning a billionaire just cameback from China and he says, you
would not believe the climate over thereright now. And he's not talking about
the weather or anything weather related. He's talking about the political climate. He
(51:52):
says, they are ready to fight. They are ready to fight. Well,
I don't you know? The problemis you need military supplies, not
against the Chinese, against our owngovernment because of the stupidity. I can't.
I careful how you say that?Time keeping my mouth in check.
(52:16):
Yeah, careful how you say that? Because when you say you're ready to
fight against your own government? Uh? Oh, I'm a metaphorically seriously,
if they they know me, Imean, you know, I'm a senior
citizen. I have a mouth. That's about the only uh uh. I
(52:37):
don't even want to call it aweapon. It's the only thing I have
left. But the Rockefeller Foundation hasreoriented its uh plans to UH go after
the next phase of the Great Reset. They put out back in July of
(52:58):
last year a document. It wasactually a letter, but it's a seventeen
page letter the climate crisis and ourwork to make opportunity universal and sustainable.
Doesn't that sound good? You know? Doesn't everybody just want to be opportunistic?
But it's all you know. Let'ssee. This is written by Rejiv
(53:22):
Shah, and he says, whenI wrote you last in this manner,
COVID nineteen had just brought humanity toa halt as people felt ill, workplaces
in schools shuttered, and warehouses andstore shelves emptied. The Rockefeller Foundation did
not stand still. Instead, wemade a hard pivot to help the world
(53:43):
respond to what we felt and historywas proven, has proven was a singular
event. To meet the moment,we rapidly repositioned our programs, reconceptualized our
partnerships, revitalized our voice, andrethought how we support our grantees. We
helped shape the American and global responsesto the pandemics crises in ways that we're
(54:06):
not only impactful, but illuminating, showing us what the Foundation can achieve by
advancing the innovative work of our granteeswith new resources, tools and energy.
Now what would we do without allthese billionaires to bail us out? You
know, this is the Rockefeller Foundationvery much involved in depopulation. By the
way, the Rockefeller Commission on Populationin the American Future, I believe the
(54:30):
year was nineteen seventy two, ifI remember correctly, was impaneled. They
studied the issue, talked about placesin the world that they would like to
get rid of people, and thenthe following year ro Versus Wade came along.
I've always conflated the two things becauseI think they are related, but
(54:52):
I'm sure you're right. I've beenthis past week. I've been reading more
about the Ford Foundation, and thereason why is because all of the leftists
Marxists in the Pacific Northwest are beingsupported by the Ford Foundation. So I've
(55:15):
gone back in history reading the theCox and Reese hearings, and I found
the testimony of Rowan Gaither and Hoffmanwhat I can't remember what his first name
is, but Hoffman who was thepresident of Studebaker Corporation, who quit that
(55:42):
organization to go to work for theEconomic Cooperation Administration, which was the administrator
of the Marshall Plan. And sothose those three big foundations, Carnegie,
Forward Foundation and Rockefeller, they havebeen setting our foreign policy through their grant
(56:07):
making since the turn of the twentiethcentury. I think yeah, Carnegie started
about nineteen ten. Okay, wegot to take the break. So let's
go ahead and take that break, and we'll come back after the news and

I'm Robert Thornton. Box News reports. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito said
he has a pretty good idea ofwho leaked a draft version of a ruling
that would overturn Roe versus. Wade. Alito made the comments in an interview
with The Wall Street Journal published today, and said that while he knows who
likely leaked the Dobs versus Jackson Women'sHealth Organization draft decision, it's not enough
(59:24):
for the Court to name someone. The draft was published by Politico on May

justices on the Court. President Bidenwas photographed holding a cheat sheeeter to press
event recently telling him who to callon in what order and the question that
he will be asked as af andSteve Jordall reports that last item crosses some
(59:49):
bright red journalistic lines. President Bidenwas taking questions at a joint press conference
with the South Korean president when aphotographer from Getty Images got a picture of
Biden holding a car that hit thename and picture of a Los Angeles Times
reporter and an outline of the questionsshe was going to ask. She was
called on first and asked pretty muchthe same question on the card, using
(01:00:09):
different words. TAC host Richard Randallsays, that's very telling. Joe Biden
can't do it without a chief sheet. That is that detail. That's what
it makes me. The photograph, the name, the order of the questions,
pretty much what the question is goingto be. That's frightening in and
of itself, But he says, just as important, submitting questions to the
(01:00:30):
White House so they can be screenedand the president can be prepped is a
big violation of journalistic ethics. Thatthe LA Times and other media outlets would
be willing to play this game isdisheartening and it really really concerns me.
Compounding a problem. White House PressSecretary Karine John Pierre lied about the cards
(01:00:51):
when she was asked yesterday's press conference. We do not have specific questions in
advance. I thought something that wedo, and in fact, I would
point out the questions that was askedwas different than what was on the card
that you all saw. No,it wasn't, and obviously you do.

I do think there is value inAI for military, for healthcare, and
we can harness a lot of that, but we need to be thoughtful about
(01:01:35):
how we're using that going forward, while at the same time understanding that China
is making these investments. That's whatour committee has focused on in these conversations
is how do we put a stopto weaponizing that against US as Americans.

We have before us the opportunity toforge for ourselves and for future generations,

Soon they will settle that again. Before they do, let us reorder this

of govern America. Vicky Davis ishere. I'm Darren Weeks. It continues
to be the twenty ninth of Apriltwenty twenty three. As we get right
back into the show. Here inthe second hour, we were before the
break, we were sharing the letterfrom Rajeev Shaw, and I'm sure I
probably am butchering that name. It'sa he's doctor Rajiv Shaw of the Rockefeller
(01:05:27):
Foundation. And one of the thingsthat he wrote in that letter was climate
change poses a singular threat to humanity. We have decided the Rockefeller Foundation will
take specific actions to transform how humanityfarms and eats, powers its communities and
(01:05:47):
homes, prevents and protects against disease, and lives and works. Yeah.
Yeah, And before Shaw was chairmanor director of the Rockefeller Foundation, he
was the head of us AID andeverything that he's talking about it extends to
(01:06:14):
USAID and that's what they've been implementingall over the world. So it's no
wonder that the United States is losingits stature in the world because we have
these insane people from the three bigfoundations. What I was going to say
(01:06:36):
about the Ford Foundation before break wasthat in their own documentation they talk about
their objective for their foundation has todo with human behavior and modification of human
(01:06:57):
behavior and experimentation. And we needmore than anything to have hearings on the
activities of these three foundations because theyare working for the United Nations world governing
(01:07:17):
system and they are bringing our countrydown. Yeah. Derek Bronze wrote a
piece about that letter. He saidin late twenty twenty two. He mentioned
the letter and then he says, established in nineteen thirteen, the foundation used
the Rockefeller family wealth to ostensibly promotepublic health by funding mass vaccination campaigns and
(01:07:42):
the founding of public health authorities aroundthe world. To continue their mission today,
Shah says the RF or Rockefeller theFoundation must directly confront climate change,
and I just read you read toyou how they were planning on doing that,
micro managing every aspect of your life, and they've got the resources to
pull it off. Shaw says thatthe Foundation has taken steps in this direction
(01:08:08):
already, including helping women get greenjobs, investing in regenerative agriculture, and
committing to divest its six billion dollarendowment from fossil fuels. Shaw said,
the Foundation has divested most of ourendowment that from the sector. So he
goes on to talk in this article, which I'll put in the show notes,
(01:08:29):
about their connection also to the AtlanticCouncil. But one thing that I
found interesting, which is just unbelievablywell it's not really unbelievable in this day
and age, but it's highly disturbing. He talks about the Associated Press.
I'll pick it up here. Inthe letter, Shaw acknowledged that John D.
(01:08:53):
Rockefeller, founder of Standard Oil andthe Rockefeller Foundation, acquired his wealth
throughout the oil industry, which theRockefeller Foundation now claims to oppose. Quote,
there is some irony here. Ournamesake, John D. Rockefeller founded
Standard Oil and made his fortune byfueling a growing United States with carbon unquote,
sha wrote. He, however, said the Rockefeller Foundation is focused on
(01:09:17):
what he calls scientific philanthropy, orusing the latest science and technology to quote
improve the well being of each andevery person, opening up opportunity for all.
You know, you'll own nothing andbe happy. That's what how Claude
Schwab would put it. Well, not so happy, because you're going to
be cold and hungry, yeah, exactly, and probably homeless. So here's
(01:09:44):
the part I found was interesting. They quote the Associated Press. They see
obviously an institution, and this isRockefeller, obviously an institution. Liked,
the Rockefeller Foundation has an even higherlevel of responsibility because we're an even bigger
beneficiary of that process. Now,then Bronze notes in this piece that the
(01:10:12):
Rockefeller Foundation funds part of the AssociatedPress's coverage of climate change. Oh isn't
that interesting. That's a pretty glaringconflict of interest, wouldn't you think?
Uh? Yeah, it's funny. He says that were the beneficiary. If
what we were getting is being abeneficiary, I think it would be great
(01:10:36):
if those funds were exported to someother country. It's the same thing that
the US trade representatives said they didn'tunderstand why people were so opposed to the
trade agreements because they were negotiated forour benefit. Yeah, well, how
(01:11:00):
is gutting our economy to our benefit? Well, these people don't have to
live in that economy though, they'reabove it all, and it was to
their benefit. It's just not toyour benefit. They don't care. These
they are all psychopaths, just likethe CEO of Republic Bank. I think
First Republic Bank. I think he'sprobably a psychopath. Most CEOs have traits
(01:11:26):
of psychopathy. And it's just yeah, so let's let him rule the world.
That's one way to depopulate. Puta psychopath in charge. Shares I
have all I haven't checked today, but the shares of a First Republic Bank
has fallen off a cliff. Now, remember we were just talking about the
(01:11:47):
Rockefeller Foundation wanting to micromanage every aspectof your life. We know that claud
Schua or the World Economic Forum alsowants to manage every aspect of your life.
You get all these rich, filthyrich Billy, and I have no
problem with people having money as longas they're not using their money to try
to take away everything I own andto take away our freedom, our liberty.
(01:12:10):
Okay, that's that's exactly what they'redoing. We have world fascism.
That's that's where the world has goneunder the direction of American leadership, which
has been built by these three foundations. Yeah, exactly right. So we
(01:12:33):
have a financial crisis brewing right now, and I have a feeling that this
one is going to make the twothy eight one look like a day at
the park because another bank failure,First Republic Bank shares The Daily Mail article
(01:12:54):
I'm looking at right now says fiftypercent. It's more like I think it's
closer to a hundred percent. Now. At the time they wrote this,
it was still falling, you know. They say in the article First Republic
Banks shares plunged fifty percent. Nowit it was, it's over ninety percent.
(01:13:15):
I know that. After a troublingearnings call where company executives refused to
answer questions. They wouldn't answer thequestions for the shareholders on their quarterly call,
the stock dropped Tuesday starting Tuesday afteremerged that customers withdrew more than one
hundred billion dollars during last month's crisis, with fears swirling that it could be
(01:13:39):
the third bank to fail in quickbuoy succession after the collapse of the Silicon
Valley Bank and Signature Bank. FirstRepublic held nearly one hundred billion dollars at
the end of last year. Thebank's stock closed down forty nine percent at
eight ten. Well that many peoplewould probably be happy to see it go
(01:14:01):
back up to eight ten. Icould go to market watch right now and
find out where it was. Ithink last night it was. I see
that's First Republic. I'll just findout. I'll just tell you what it
is, because it's it's ridiculous.Yeah, Oh, it went back up.
(01:14:26):
It looks like it went back upa little bit because it was at
well, it's two dollars and thirtythree cents a share right now, and
this is this is uh the fiftytwo week high, let's see, was
one hundred and seventy one dollars. So it went from over well over one
(01:14:49):
hundred dollars a share down to twodollars and thirty three cents a share.
Oh, I mean very quick.Yeah, that's how that's how fast these
things. So they're waiting for afederal takeover if they can't find a buyer.
Any buyer of course, is goingto be buying a loss. It's
(01:15:10):
going to be an investment because they'regonna have to service all that, you
know, So this, Yeah, nobody's gonna buy it. Nobody's gonna buy
it. You'd be a probably afool to buy it. I mean,
unless you find some worth there. But they're gonna be selling off stuff which
is going to be a drop inthe bucket. So the taxpayers are gonna
end up holding holding this again. And and does anybody ever is there any
(01:15:38):
ever any consequences, anybody ever goto jail any No, of course,
no consequences for any of this,No consequences for mismanaging people's money, people's
finances. And the beat goes ononto the next one. Why they all
they have to do is say I'msorry. Well I don't even think they
(01:15:59):
say that. Do they say that? If if they're called in front of
Congress or something, they'll they'll saythey'll make noise jo sorry, yeah,
make noises like that. Well, you know they are. They are very
sorry actually in a different usage ofthe word sorry. Yes, so,
(01:16:25):
And speaking of sorry, the economyis becoming very sorry. You know,
Amazon is laying off people now.You know, when Amazon starts laying off
people, that's a sign, folks, that's the bad things are coming.
On Wednesday, Amazon began laying offemployees and its cloud computing in human resources
(01:16:45):
divisions. CNBC says the layoffs arepart of a previously announced job cuts that
are expected to affect nine thousand employees, on top of the eighteen thousand job
cuts that took place earlier this yearand last November. This is a huge
sign because lots of people buy fromAmazon. Now. I've been trying to
(01:17:13):
avoid buying from them for quite awhile now because I know they're a terrible
company. So I quit buying. You know, I have a strategy where
I search for what I want onAmazon, and when I find the name,
brand and the product, I'll gosomewhere else to buy it. I
use them to shop and then Ijust do either a general internet search or
(01:17:33):
I have other companies that I alreadyhave bought from that I know, you
know, are good companies. Electronics, I don't buy any electronics from Amazon
anymore. I used to buy allof my computers from there, don't anymore.
I have other other places that I'mable to spend the money. Because
(01:17:56):
they're so evil. They treat theirpeople like crap, and they're just in
Jeff Bezos is involved in all kindsof horrible things to destroy our country and
the world. So I just thinkthey're a lousy company. But I do
have some empathy for the poor employeesthat are because I've been there. I
know what it's like to lose yourjob, and it's the fear and uncertainty
(01:18:21):
that that creates is very unsettling. So I wish them all well. This
is a very scary time in termsof what we're looking down the barrel of.
But eight th eighteen thousand job cutstook place earlier this year and last
November nine thousand. New employees areare getting the acts, and they say
(01:18:47):
so, I really think that asignificant percentage of our economy is fake anyway.
The people really are not necessary forthe business, but they're being socially
employed, if you know what Imean by that, and it means that
(01:19:13):
it's just a position created to givesomeone a job, but the job really
does not exist. It's not needed. Yeah. Yeah, well, we
we've talked a lot about the youknow, the US dollar and the situation
(01:19:33):
with the Breton Woods agreement and howyou know, the whole thing. You
talk about something that's phony, thefact that we have a currency that has
been used as a is a storeof value that all really is propped up
by you know, toothpicks and chewinggum. The US dollars global supremacy is
(01:19:56):
reporting eroting a reportedly eroting at anex financial rate. This is the daily
hotel. Countries are backing away afterwitnessing how America used the US dollar to
impose sanctions against Russia, so theyweaponize the dollar, and other countries are
running away from it. What asurprise. Who would have never saw that
coming. So there's two possibilities here. Either the administration deliberately sabotized the dollar
(01:20:23):
because they're trying to create an economiccollapse so that they can build back better
like Plash Schwab wanted, or thereare competent fools, which I guess could
both. Both things could be trueat the same time, but the end
result is the same. You know, and now we've got the debt ceiling
(01:20:44):
again. What you know, whydo we have a debt ceiling? And
you know, imposed if they're goingto keep raising the debt ceiling, you
know, I thought the whole reasonbehind a debt ceiling was that this is
as far as we're going to go. But no, they keep having these
debates in Congress about raising the debtfeeling and how you know, the whole
(01:21:04):
world's going to end if we don'tdo that. And while the Republicans in
Congress in the House just passed anotherraising of the debt ceiling, and odd
supposedly they put all these things inplace to protect, you know, to
stop spending so much. In allthis, it's the same. I'll refrain
over and over and over YEA twoseventeen. In Asia two fifteen, the
Builders passed the House passes the GOPplan to raise the debt ceiling by one
(01:21:29):
point five trillion dollars in exchange fora package of spending controls and budget cuts.
The vote Wednesday passed two seventeen totwo fifteen, largely along party lines.
Four Republicans voted with Democrats. RepresentativesAndy Biggs, ken Buck, Timberschet,
and Matt Gates. Legislation would reducefunding for federal agencies to twenty twenty
two fiscal year levels and limit growthin government spending to one percent per year.
(01:21:55):
It would also block various measures backedby the White House, such as
federal student debt cancelation and new fundingfor the IRS. Speaker Kevin McCarthy said
the House did its job and nowit's time for the Democrats and Biden to
do theirs. The House Republicans justpassed the only bill in Washington that lifts
the debt limit, ends wasteful Washingtonspending. Let's America back on the right
(01:22:20):
economic path that we're going to limitthe growth in the future. McCarthy also
said Biden and the Democrats are puttingthe economy in jeopardy by refusing to come
to the negotiating table the President byignoring to even negotiate. The majority of
Americans overwhelmingly want us to sit downand negotiate to make sure we end our
(01:22:42):
dependency on China to stop the inflationsthe Democrats created by spending six trillion dollars.
Following the vote, Biden told reportershe does want to meet with the
House Speaker, but maintains he's notbudging, happy to maybe with mccarton,
but not on whether or not thedebt limit gets extend. That's not negotiable.
I noticed they quote Reagan, andthey quote they quote Reagan all the
(01:23:05):
time, and they quote Trump, both of which said it says, I'm
paraphrasing, it would be an absolutecrime to not extend the Debtman. The
bill is considered dead on a rivalin the Senate. Even if it does
pass the Democrat controlled upper chamber,Biden has threatened to veto it. Rachelis
send us one American news. Waita minute, did Reagan say that it
(01:23:27):
would be a crime to not raisethe debt limit? That's what I thought
she said. But I don't knowabout that. I never heard that.
But then I'm always finding out thingsabout Reagan that are appalling that I didn't
know before. Did they even havethe debt limit in place when Reagan was
(01:23:47):
in office or was that some mechanismthey put in place since then? Oh,
I don't know. They have thegood question. I remember the national
debt first started to become a well, it ballooned a lot under the Reagan
administration, but now today's ballooning woulddwarf that because scales change with every administration,
(01:24:10):
it seems. Well, it wasin the nineteen sixties, when the
later nineteen sixties that they started intothis whole trade agenda, trying to build
a world trade organization. That's whenwe started hearing about free market free you
(01:24:34):
know, free, free, free. Well, what they were doing was
exporting our economy for free, youknow, to get buy in for this
lunatic idea of a world trade organization, multilateral trade organization, as if all
(01:24:55):
of these countries are going to followthe rules and be good global citizens,
which was never true, never true. Yeah, and so you know that's
what the US trade representatives did forus. This whole thing economic development and
trade agreements is how they've built thisglobal world fascist system. Yeah. And
(01:25:27):
um, so, any anything thata politician says about trade or economic development
on the Democrats side, it's allagainst the interests of the American people.
Yeah, exactly. The American peopledon't benefit from any of any ever.
But we're almost out of this halfhour already. Times going by very quickly.
(01:25:48):
But the House Ways and Means Committeeheld a hearing on Thursday where they
called upon the head of the IRSto explain just how those eighty seven thousand
new IRS agents were going to beused. The i RS tries to justify
it's increase in size and budget beforethe House Committee on Ways and Means.
Commissioner Daniel Warlfoe testified before a Househere on Accountability and Transparency Thursday, a
(01:26:11):
summer afraid the department is growing toolarge. With the addition of eighty seven
thousand additional personnel, the IRUs willnow be larger than the entire State Department,
entire Border Patrol, the entire Pentagon, and the entire FBI, not
individually but combined. The question representsthe Concerneah, isn't that incredible? Man?
(01:26:33):
Yeah? Yeah, that's amazing, isn't it? It is terrifying.
Actually tell you what, well,I'll finish that report on the other side
of this break, because we gotto take the break right now. Stay
with us, ladies and gentlemen. This is governed America. Let me tell
(01:27:00):
you a story about Bill. Billwas a normal guy in his fifties.
He had back surgery about two yearsago. Bill was in a lot of
pain. He dealt with his painby taking the percocets as doctor prescribed for
him. Bill took more and moreand more of them to help with the
pain, until one day the prescriptionsweren't enough to get rid of Bill's pain.
(01:27:20):
Then one day Bill found someone tohelp him get rid of the pain
with illegal drugs he didn't need aprescription for best. Forward to today,
Bill lost his job and his family. The only thing he does have is
his drug dealer. If you knowBill's story and you don't want to end
up like Bill, call the Detoxand Treatment Helpline right now to get away
(01:27:42):
and get treatment. Eight hundred threesix zo o three one four eight hundred
three six oz three one four eighthundred three six zo o three one four.
That's eight hundred three six zero zerothree fourteen. Though they are small
enough to sit on your thumbnail, the five new species of frog recently discovered
(01:28:05):
in Madagascar are among the most interesting, and will tell you about them on
today's Creation Moment and now our CreationMoments host Paul Taylor. Madagascar is replete
with many species of wildlife. Notthe least of these are the many wonderful
species of frog. About three hundredand fifty species of frog live on the
(01:28:26):
island, and one science website recentlyreports it on five new species being discovered.
The largest would fit comfortably on yourthumbnail, while the smallest is the
size of a grain of rice. The article suggests that the extreme miniaturization is
a trait that had to evolve, and they suggest that it must have evolved
separately on five different occasions in fivedifferent regions. What is especially fascinating about
(01:28:53):
these little frogs is that they arevertebrates, so even though they are much
smaller than many insects, they havetiny little bones. Many people are particularly
attracted to frogs more than other animalsbecause their faces and feet resemble human faces
and hands. For several years,a research group under the auspices of Answers
in Genesis has been estimating how manyanimals might have been aboard Noah's ark.
(01:29:17):
It turns out to be a lotless than one might have expected. When
it comes to the Anura, theorder containing frogs and toads, they have
estimated there may have been one hundredand thirty eight kinds. It appears that
all those in Madagascar are of thesame kind, or barrenmin Mantelidae, and
so it is likely that miniaturization didindeed develop in Madagascar, but This would

be by selection from genetic information alreadycreated by God, not by the random
appearance of new information. Visit usa creation moment, Start Calm for a
huge selection of books and DVDs aboutbiblical creation in the Bible. Or call

(01:30:02):
owe the Irs a ton of money? Well, what would your life be
like if they took your retirement savingsaway from you? They can do it
and your property. If you owethe Irs back taxes or you haven't filed
in a while, the tax reliefline is here to help you. They
can stop the IRS from taking yourretirement savings. If you qualified, you
(01:30:23):
could have your tax bill reduced tozero. That's right. If you're retired
and you owe the IRS a lotin back taxes, you could have your
entire tax bill reduced to zero.Do the IRS has now hired thousands of
new employees, so they're ready tocome after you. Don't let them take
your retirement savings or property. Makethis free call now eight hundred five nine

This is governed America. All right, we're back. This is governed
(01:31:19):
America. Six ten, six hundredseventeen seventy six. If you'd like to
weigh in, six ten, sixhundred seventeen seventy six, we're sharing a
report from one American News about theIRS testimony. The House Ways and Means
Committee held a hearing on Thursday wherethey called upon the head of the IRS.
(01:31:41):
They've got eighty eighty seven thousand newIRS agents. We've talked about that
before, and uh, well they'retrying to get a handle off exactly where
they get the money to hire themif they have them. Well, because
I thought that that's what the Republicanswere doing, was blocking them from hiring.
I think that the Republicans need todo a whole lot more blocking.
(01:32:03):
You know, I don't know,you know, I mean, that's a
lot of that is a lot ofmoney to hire eighty seven thousand additional people.
Where did they get the money? To be fair? I think this
happened in the previous Congress because we'vebeen talking about these new eighty seven thousand
(01:32:23):
i RS agents for a while.Well still still you know. But now
now that the Republicans are in chargeof the House, however, they need
to completely cut off the spigot andcould have stopped the spigot from running to
begin with, because the Republicans werein charge of the Senate in the past
(01:32:48):
Congress, weren't they. Yeah, okay, yeah, true, yeah.
So I'll pick it up with thequote that made you your jaw at the
floor, and we'll go from there. The IRUs will now be larger than
the entire State Department, entire BorderPatrol, the entire Pentagon, and the
(01:33:08):
entire FBI, not individually but combined. The question represents the concerns of many
Americans that the increase in budget, specifically an enforcement, will mean the increase
in audits and IRIS agents knocking ontheir front door. That stated that the
IRIS had almost five thousand guns, three thousand, two hundred and eighty two
(01:33:29):
handguns, six hundred plus shotguns, five thirty nine rifles, fifteen fully automatic
weapons. However, Democrats raised questionsabout enforcing large companies to pay taxes,
as an estimated five hundred billion dollarsworth of taxpayer dollars go uncollected each year.
Well, Amazon the next year paidsix percent in corporate income taxes.
(01:33:53):
Ex Mobile paid a little less thanthree percent. AT and T got a
rebate of one point two billion dollars. Ford paid one percent. Charter Communications
got a rebate of one point twomillion dollars. An American teacher pays twenty
two percent. Meanwhile, Chairman JasonSmith asked a more direct question, one
(01:34:15):
concerning the safety and protection of theHunter Biden probe whistle blower? Can you
commit that there will be no retretaliation against that whistle blower? Mister Chairman,
While I can't comment on a specificcase, I can say, without
any hesitation, there will be noretaliation for anyone making an allegation or called
(01:34:39):
to a whistleblower hotline. WARR willtry to convince the committee taxpayers with incomes
under four hundred thousand dollars wouldn't haveto worry about it. Increase in auto
rates for several years, there areseveral years of new audits coming. Did
you could you catch that several years? Yeah, they have to worry about
it, just not for several years. Yeah. What needs to happen is
(01:35:02):
that somebody really needs to study thestructure and programs of the US government the
same way that I've been doing umfor the last many many years, and
look at it in its entirety, because what they're doing with these IRS agents,
(01:35:28):
it's terrorism. It's government. It'sthe use of government force to terrorize
the American people in the silence becausewhen it's weapons policy that has been causing
all of the problems, all theeconomic problems that I mean, it's just
(01:35:56):
it's all out there to be discoveredfor anybody who wants to go look at
it. The government does not workfor the American people. Yeah. Amen,
that's the problem. That's exactly theproblem. And what do we do
about it? You know? Imean people really need to be focused on
their states. I'm seeing a lotof gun control pop up in various states
(01:36:17):
as well. That's where the unagen that's a un absolutely is absolutely it
is elimination of small arms, smallarms and light So you can't protect yourself
from these globalist psychopaths, yeah yeah, or you can't protect yourself from the
trainees that want to prey upon yourchildren in school that are supported by the
(01:36:43):
Ford Foundation. And I believe asa human behavioral it's not really an experiment,
it's a psychological operation because it doesn'ttake a whole hell of a lot
of brain power to figure out thatwhen you're UH, when you're corporations are
(01:37:05):
sponsoring organizations that put trannies and crossdressers and you know whatever else in front
of your school children, that peoplewouldn't rise up. Yeah, and that's
what they're afraid of. They're afraidof the people rising up. That's why
(01:37:25):
they're trying to do. The tranniesout front are but the foundations and the
corporations that are funding this initiative, they're not. They're doing they're afraid of.
Though. I think if they're afraidof the American people ever found out
and who who was really the menbehind the scenes, and who the shadow
(01:37:47):
government people really are and UH andever got united got on the same page,
you know, then it could bevery bad for them. You know,
maybe they're ivory towers wouldn't protect themso much. M Well, I'm
doing my best. I'm only onevoice in the wilderness. But look at
(01:38:09):
the foundations, look at the threebig foundations and look at their history.
Yeah, start there and then youcan work your way down to the think
tanks as well. Yeah. Itwas Carnegie Foundation that was behind the so
called peace movement. And this wholeworld government system is supposedly for world peace.
(01:38:34):
Fingers in cheek world peace. Waris peace, freedom of slavery.
Ignorance is strength, in the wordsof Orwell. Anyway, finishing up this
report real quick on the IRS andthe eighty seven thousand new agents. Taxpayers
with incomes under four hundred thousand dollarswouldn't have to worry about it increasing auto
(01:38:54):
rates for several years. There isno new wave of new audits coming.
We are focused on building that capacityfor the most wealthy filers. That is
the directive from Secretary Yelling, andI'm going to meet it. Well.
It remains to be seen how theIRIS budget changes will affect large corporations and
enforce tax policy. Commissioner were fullattempted to reassure taxpayers there will be no
(01:39:15):
new audits for the foreseeable future.Yeah, for the foreseeable future. Yeah,
folks, When they say they're comingafter the rich, they're maybe going
to make the rich pay their fairshare. That means you the working medal
class, the working poor. Theyjust don't want you to know that.
Yeah, so yeah, it's alwaysmore comforting to think that they're going after
(01:39:38):
the rich people, but they nevernever do. People just need to quit
with the class envy and you know, class warfare, because that's what they're
using to prey upon people. That'swhat Carl Marx used, you know,
it was all the class system. We were talking a little earlier about Robert
Kennedy. I wanted to beat upon Ron de Sandis for a moment because
(01:40:01):
here's another guy. You know, what do we make of him? You
know, he he's done some goodthings in Florida. But this week,
Ronda Santis went to Israel to signHB two sixty nine, a bill that
makes it a felony with up tofive years in jail for passing out quote
(01:40:23):
unquote unquote offensive flyers or pamphlets offensiveto who who defines, well, well,
this is to protect the Jews apparently, you know, because the Jews
it's always, hey, you know, anti semi and anti Semitic. So
this move has been widely criticized,as it should be, by free speech
(01:40:44):
advocates and legal experts as a grossviolation of the First Amendment. Andrew Torbo
says, the bill states that anyonedistributating any material for the purpose of intimidating
or threatening the owner I'm assuming thisis the owner of a business, could
be convicted of a felony hate crime. Well, it's already it's already a
(01:41:05):
crime to intimidate or threaten somebody. So what do we need hate crime legislation
for it? We don't. Well, in the civil rights laws they say
hate crimes either real or perceived. So if if some you know, tranny
(01:41:28):
or Jewish person or whatever, ifthey perceive a threat, that becomes a
hate crime. Here's the thing. If you want to say the Jews control
of the world, that's your rightto say it. Now, other people
may or may not agree with youon that, but that is your god
(01:41:49):
given right to say that. Ifyou want to say Hollywood is controlled by
the Jews, that is your godgiven right to say, uh, you
know, the news media, whatever, it doesn't matter. That is your
god given right to say that shouldnot ever be considered a hay crime.
(01:42:09):
Other people can opine differently. Ifthey want more speech is better. You
can have a debate. But ifyou shut down, if you make it
a crime to start saying things aboutcertain groups, there's no end to that,
and there is an end to yourindividual liberty because all of a sudden,
(01:42:32):
now every sacred cow is suddenly goingto be a protected group they're going
to hide behind. Is that somegroups, like the Jews, they are
very involved in political activities, butthey use the cloak of their religion to
(01:42:56):
keep people from criticizing them for thoseactivity. That's right, And many Jews
quote unquote people who say they're Jewsare not even Jews. They're not real
Jews, They're not even really Semites. I'm not I'm not sure that.
Yeah, I'm not sure that theyactually are of a religion because a religion
(01:43:23):
takes place in church or in thesynagogue. It doesn't take place in organizations
that are organizing politically to overcome andoverwhelm a people in the in the civic
arena, you know, like they'redoing in Boise, Idaho and um in
(01:43:49):
northern Idaho. Yeah, and sothey threw up this cloak of word Jews.
Well, you know what, Idon't care about religion. I don't
care about any kind of organized roomI don't care about Catholics. I don't
care about Protestants. I don't careabout Jews or Mormons or athe I don't
(01:44:09):
care about any of them. Thepoint, don't care about political activity.
I judge people based upon what theydo rather than who they are or what
identity group they belong to. AndI can tell you right now, if
you're committing a crime against our countryor against people, I'm gonna call you
out on it. I don't givea crap who you are. And that's
the way everybody should be. Butit's like, oh, well, we
(01:44:30):
gotta protect them all, you know. So Ron de Santis, you suck,
you suck. You're a pathetic excuse. You're a tool. You know,
anybody that purports to be on theside of freedom and liberty and goes
and signs away First Amendment rights ofthe people in the state where he's a
(01:44:50):
governor and he did it in aforeign country too. Yeah. Yeah,
were you working for Ronda Santis?Amen? Amen, dirt bag. I
had such high hopes for him too. Yeah, But Florida has just become
less free under Roun de Santis. So for all the speeches and all the
(01:45:12):
appearances on Tucker Carlson, you knowwhere he Oh, look look at me,
you know. And I hate topile on because everybody else who are
all the trump Bots are trashing roundSantis, and I don't really understand why
all of that is going on,you know, other than Trump is more
popular than DeSantis, and he's beenripping on DeSantis. But this it's just
(01:45:35):
stupid. It's stupid. You're gonnagive him ammunition now to use against you.
Okay, well, fine, buddy, if that's the way you want
to work. But it's not fineat all because you're taking away everybody's rights
and I've got a real problem withthat. Well, what I've heard is
that DeSantis is using the Republican Consultantspolitical consultants, and he's taking the talking
(01:46:03):
points from them, and so yeah, he's getting bad advice. Yeah,
that's not an excuse. When you'rein that position, you should be thinking
for yourself. You know, onewould think because once you get into the
White House, that's the way thatwe the little people operate. If you
(01:46:24):
get to the point where you getto the White House, you better think
for yourself because you're surrounded by someof the biggest, sleaziest snakes there ever,
you know, the hell could everdream you dream up? And I
think that's one of the things Trumpfound out. I think he thought he
was gonna just waltz right in thereand things are going to be easy.
(01:46:44):
Just I'll have things fixed in notime. And he found out that every
everywhere he took, where he turned, he got resistance and and and many
by the own his own people. But he put it there that we're supposed
to be on his side. Soand I'm not making Trump out to be
anything great either. He's another slavesbag. I mean, we just don't
(01:47:06):
have any fighty other than slaves bags. VICKI. Yeah, that's because they're
they're all selected from amongst this whatwould column fifth column. I would call
the entire foreign policy organization of theUnited States a fifth column. And they're
(01:47:33):
really running our country. They havebeen since the end of World War Two.
So now we got Biden. Nowthat the election is on, Biden
has announced he's going to run again, which is going to be pretty interesting
to watch actually, because he wasas as the news said at the top
(01:47:53):
of the hour, he was justspotted with another one of his detailed cheat
sheets or little cards you know, you remember back when we first talked about
this and other people noticed that hewas holding one of these you know,
you enter the room, you sitdown, you greet the guests, you
know, I mean it's it wasall spelled and you is always spelled in
(01:48:14):
all caps because apparently he can't seeeither. So uh yeah, so this
this whole thing is uh, he'she's been spotted with another chief card and
yeah, he has some interaction withchildren, you know, recently this week
as well, which I'll get toyou in a moment. But now he's
(01:48:35):
taken an interest. Now this isthe election season and at least sounding like
he's going to do something about theborder. Joe Biden says he will activate
the ready reserves in order to curbthe international drug crisis. On Thursday,
Biden authorized officials to deploy components ofthe military reserves to combat drug trafficking at
(01:48:55):
the southern border. The measure allowsDoD and Homeland Security officials to reserve forces
into active duty. This after theJustice Department charges several leaders of the Sinaloa
cartel who are accused of trafficking fentanelinto the US. So but Biden doesn't
really care about the border, becausethis is a perfect illustration of it.
Breitbart is reporting the downtown streets ofthis South Texas border town and it's talking
(01:49:21):
about Brownsville are once again a washwith recent recently released migrants waiting to depart
the border city to other parts ofthe country. Breitbart Texas interviewed several dozen
migrants on Friday, all from Venezuela, who spoke from of the long journey
to the United States and the conditionssuffered while awaiting in Mexico for the end
(01:49:45):
of the title forty two COVID nineteenexpulsion authority just released. If we can
figure this out, free trade areaof the America exactly, regional governance under
the Organization of American States, andno borders. You know, just come
(01:50:10):
on. In any pretense that they'regiving that they are controlling the border,
it's just big lives. Just releasedmigrants congregated outside the La Plaza bus terminal
and a nearby charity shelter that receivesthe migrants directly from the border patrol.
The migrants breitbar Texas interviewed were mostlysingle, adult, male and female Venezuelan
(01:50:33):
The Nationals. One Venezuelan woman andthey gave her name, was with her
young son as they sat patiently onthe downtown bench near the bus terminal.
She described her to her dire predicament. Well, I'm sure all these people
have dire predicaments. Yeah, andI can feel very badly. We can
(01:50:55):
feel very badly about their dire predicaments. But we can't have the entire world
flood into our country, because wewill lose our country. They have a
trickle is fine, as long asthey go through a process to assimilate into
the population, learn what it meansto be an American and adapt to being
(01:51:17):
an American, that's fine. We'renot I'm not I'll speak for myself.
I'm not anti immigrant per se.I'm just anti flooding the country with migrants.
It's got to be a legal processand it's got to be tightly controlled.
Yeah, I'm anti all immigration atthis point because it's being used to
(01:51:42):
bring down our country and with ourcountry, and so, you know my
thinking, it has nothing to dowith the immigrants per se. It has
to do with the system and thepurpose that they are being allowed to invade
our country. Yeah, exactly right. So, but the flood continued communities

in Arizona are facing a surge atthe border as Title forty two is set
to expire in two weeks. Accordingto Yuma officials this week, the southwest
border will potentially face a humanitarian disasterif the Biden administration does not take initiative
to help the crush of migrants expectedahead. Biden administration officials have been fretting
(01:52:23):
about how the end of Title fortytwo will affect border crossing numbers, even
though they have been preparing for ayear. So we continue to build our
resources in preparation for that. We'veseen massive surgies before in the past.
Again, all of those were thingsthat we learned from. We continue to
increase our technology capabilities with the dataenrollment that's enable to be done out in

the field. We've increased our processand coordinator personnel, datagery specialists, and
security guards, and we're continuing tobuild capacity here in the local sector to
be able to care for vulnerable populationsand any large influx of migrants that we
have. Additionally, a Yuma hospitalis preparing for the end of Title forty
two. Romania is the only medicalcenter to serve illegal immigrants and the permanent
(01:53:06):
population. The hospital was said tohave spent twenty six million in uncompensated care
for crossing migrants from December twenty twentyone to November twenty twenty two. During
the Trump administration, Title forty twowas introduced to allow for speedy deportations to
stem the flow of COVID into theUnited States. Arizona border communities are said
(01:53:26):
to already be overwhelmed following the announcementof the bill's expiration. So for us
locally and particularly the border patrol, and I'll only speak for the border patrol
in this case is our job doesn'tchange. We're responsible for national security and
that's border security. Our job isto know who and what enters the country.
We are very dedicated to that.We continue to build upon our capabilities
and capacities to do that. Theonly thing that's going to primarily changes.
(01:53:51):
Instead of processing under the Title fortytwo, authority will process under the title
the Title eight authority in order toreplace the policy after its expiration, US
authorities are expecting to rely on theexpedited removal of migrants under Title eight to
maintain the stampede expected ahead. FloridaPatrol officials said they will continue to enforce
(01:54:12):
Title eight, which is the removalof immigrants who do not have legal documents
to remain in the US. MadisonColburn one, American News. In the
meantime, a Homeland Security Secretary AlejandroMalorcas was testifying at a budget hearing again

end of Tity forty two. Secretary, Title forty two is slated to end
(01:54:34):
in under a month, as youwell know, on May eleventh of twenty
twenty three. The question for youis what changes are you anticipating in terms
of the number of migrants arriving atthe border after May eleventh, and what
preparations is the administration making to dealwith those individuals seeking asylum. Mister Chairman,
(01:54:56):
we do anticipate a surge in thenumber of encounter at our southern border.

California to Iowa. Proponents here saythis is a way to help kids

want to point out that the speakerin that report mentioned systems. Okay,
they're they're using systems of course,to enroll people that'll, you know,
(02:06:20):
to keep track of the population. It's all about security via computer systems,
you know, so that people allegedlywill be able to wander freely because you're
in the you're in the computer system. Well they didn't. They mentioned something
too about biometrics. H he mighthave. I heard the words systems and
(02:06:46):
I knew what he was talking about, but yeah, probably biometrics. Actually
it's in one of these actually Ithink it's in the testimony. I think
it's in one of these uh uhsystems might be coming up, actually,
because I remember that was one thingthat really stood out to me, because
if they're using biometrics, they're talkingabout cross border sharing between the United States
(02:07:09):
and Mexico of biometric data. That'swhat means. The thing is, it's
so easy to modify database. Youknow, they can send empty their prisons,
empty their mental hospitals and have norecord of it in their country and
(02:07:30):
export them here for us to dealwith. Yeah, well that's what they
do. I heard a report thata lot of the people coming in have
diseases too, so you know, they're they're going to be overwhelming our healthcare
system, which doesn't even take careof our own people. Yeah, there
(02:07:53):
already are. Remember that testimony fromthe hospital in Arizona, the executive from
that spetal He was talking about howthey can't refuse service to them, but
the fact that they're there, it'sa monumental burden on the hospital system.
Yeah, yeah, yes, wehave that. They're just breaking breaking everything,
(02:08:18):
Yes, you know, exactly bydesign of course, who only seek
to exploit them for profit at thesame time delivering a consequence for those individuals
who do not avail themselves of thelawful pathways we provide, and we have
exemplified that model in the parole programthat we announced on January fifth of this
(02:08:39):
year for individuals from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. We have
indeed seen people avail themselves of thelawful pathway, and we've seen an over
ninety five percent drop in the numberof encounters at the southern border. A
ninety five percent drop in the numberof encounters. What's an encounter at all?
(02:09:01):
You know, you gotta you gottado play the word weasel game when
you're dealing with these bureaucrats, becauseI find it very hard to believe that
border apprehensions are down. Yeah.Well, if you order the border patrol
to stand down just you know, not encounter the people, then engagements are
(02:09:24):
down. Yeah. Maybe that's whyit's all a game, because we know
they're not they're not They're they're stillcoming. We know, yeah, they're
still coming. Yeah, just nobody'stalking to them. Yeah, I have
just come on in. Yeah, that's what it sounds like. As a
result of those programs, we aresurging resources to the border. We are
(02:09:45):
going to be using our immigration authoritiesunder Title eight of the United States Code,
which delivers a consequence for individuals whoarrive in between the ports of injury
who do not have a lawful basisto remain in the United States. We
are working with local communities to increasetheir reception capacity. We are working with
(02:10:07):
our neighbors, our partners to theSouth Mexico and other countries, because we
are seeing is not exclusive to thesouthern border. The level of migration that
we are experiencing at the southern borderis reflective of the level of migration that
is gripping the entire hemisphere. Justlast week, I was in Panama to
(02:10:31):
work with our Panamanian and Colombian partnerson a regional solution to what is a
regional problem. We are doing somuch more to be ready for the potential
surgeon migration at our southern border uponthe end of Title forty two. Importantly,
mister Chairman, we are also takingit to the smuggling organizations that spread
(02:10:52):
disinformation to vulnerable migrants. All right, let me get dump out of that.
Did you hear what he said aboutthe region A partnerships. Uh huh,
Yeah, we're working they We're notthe only ones that having border issues
here. All of our all ofour partners in Latin America, across the
entire hemisphere, they're all having havingborder issues all of a sudden, the
(02:11:16):
migrats trying to get out to getto the United States, no doubt.
Yeah, I don't think there's verymany people massing at the Venezuelan border trying
to get in. Yeah, Ikind of have my doubts about that,
or you know whatever. It's it'sdisgusting, you know, they lie up
a storm. I think this nextclip though, is where they're he's talking
(02:11:39):
about cross border sharing of biometric information. So you got to wonder what kind
of system are they using for that. Once again, Homeland Security Secretary all
the hundred Yorkists at a budget hearing, and he was asked about what they
were doing to prepare. Well,no, no, that was the other
one. This is uh, he'stalking about terrorists in this clip. Press
(02:12:01):
reports indicate that DHS has apprehended dozensof individuals at the southern border who our
matches to the terrorist watch list.Reports also indicated that there's been an increase
in watch list apprehensions over the pastfew months. What steps are you taking
a DHS to intercept individuals on theterrorist watch list long before they arrive at
the US border. A centator ofthe fight against terrorism is our highest priority
(02:12:28):
in the Department of formally in Security, our obligation is to ensure the safety
and security of the American people.Any individual who has apprehended, who is
on the terrorism screening a data set, it's called the TSDs. Now who
poses any threat is detained and hisor her removal is indeed sought. Sought.
(02:12:54):
One of the things that we aredoing with our partners to the south
is racing our biometric sharing there. It is with them so that they are
able to identify individuals who are interdicted, understand their profiles, determine whether indeed
they pose any threat, and takeappropriate of enforcement action. There you go,
(02:13:20):
huh, I'm sure that's a globalsystem. I remember hearings that were
held. No, I can't rememberwhat year it was, but they were
talking about refugees from the Middle Eastonly guiz those countries didn't have a system,
(02:13:45):
so they were checking. They werechecking the system to see if they
were terrorists, but that the peoplewere not in the database. But they
fulfilled their obligation of checking. So, I mean, there's so many ways
to play games with UH systems, and you know the language that they use
(02:14:11):
that it's virtually a joke. Yeah, and I'm not a very funny one
either. The Daily Caller, youknow, as they're as they're letting all
these migrants come in, The DailyCaller reports intel agencies are massively undercounting searches
on Americans under the fis US Surveillancerule. US intelligence agencies undercounted the number
(02:14:33):
of searches conducted on Americans through thecontroversial warrantless search law by four thousand,
one hundred eighty five, about onethird of the actual total in twenty eighteen,
according to a report released, Iguess this was just yesterday. Yeah.
Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act fis US Sectionsevenal two allows US intelligence agencies gathering
(02:14:56):
data on Americans without a warrant asa consequence of surveilling foreign targets abroad.
Conducting several thousand searches each year, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence
or od and I discovered previously unrecognizedcounting errors on the number of searches or
queries conducted undersection seven or two goingback to twenty seventeen. According to the
(02:15:18):
offices twenty twenty two Annual Transparency Report, so much, I bet it's multiple
names on a single form, andog whiz, they only counted the form
as one even though it had multiplenames on it. Well, here's another
little trick they do. They routetraffic to a foreign country so that they
(02:15:39):
can surveil domestic internet activity as wellby by routing it over there, you
know, just doing like a littleinternet switch and make it to go overseas
and then come back by changing thepath. Then all of a sudden they
can they can route you can spyon anybody. So that's that's probably why
(02:16:05):
they're doctor and the numbers. Twoprevious reports they say recorded nine thousand,
seven hundred and seven so called queriesof Americans in twenty eighteen, but rectifying
the counting error brought the number upto thirteen thousand, eight hundred ninety two.
According to the report, there's nota one to one correlation between queries
and individuals targeted. Multiple searches maybe conducted implicating a single person, And
(02:16:30):
like you just said, I thinkyou just said that, didn't you.
Multiple searches searches may be conducted implicbecause that's what they did with the H
one B visa system, you know, for issuing H one bs. They
they had individual applications, but theyalso had applications that had multiple names on
it, and og whiz, therewas a programming error and the forms with
(02:16:56):
multiple names were counted as just one. Yeah, I'm betting this is just
the tip of the iceberg. Thesenumbers. I'm betting that they'll if we
really knew the truth, it wouldbe a mind blowing number. Yeah.
I would get it at that pointthat this whole globalization thing is a war
(02:17:22):
on the American people. Yeah.In the meantime, we have a GOV
Tech reporting a very disturbing story.Listening device is called mites are being placed

(02:19:15):
goal of the project, they claimed, was to build a safe, secure,

knew precisely what he was doing, because I remember when the United States built
(02:20:20):
a new embassy in the Soviet Unionand they used local contractors, and guess
what, the building was filled withbugs so that the Soviets could keep track
of everything. It was so badthey actually had to tear down the building
(02:20:41):
and build a new one. Soit's not as if that tactic is unknown,
Yeah, exactly. So I mentionedearlier that we have gun control.
The war on our freedoms is goingon in the States right now, so
that's one of the places that veryfew people actually pay attention to Pennsylvania.
(02:21:05):
Now, I mentioned before that Michigan'salready passed a number of gun control measures,
including red flag laws, safe storagelaws, and the like. Now
Pennsylvania House has Democrats have passed guncontrol out of committee. This comes from
Bright Bart. Pennsylvania House Democrats passeda package a four gun control bills out
(02:21:26):
of committee a Wednesday, making itpossible the gun control could go before the
whole House sometime next week. Sojust keep in mind that the package apparently
includes trigger lock requirements for long guns, requirements stolen guns be reported within three
days, expanded background checks, andof course red flag laws, which is
(02:21:48):
their ability to seize guns whenever theywant to, basically for targeted individuals,
anybody who they decide to go andmake an allegation against. Now, then
it turns the First Amendment or asecond amendment. Well, it's what it
does, is it turns the Constitutionat you know U, on its head,
(02:22:09):
really the Fifth Amendment, because nowall of a sudden, you're not
You're in a position you have toprove you're not innocent until proven guilty.
You have to prove your innocence inorder. Yeah, guilty. Yeah,
you're you're presumed guilty until you proveyour innocence. No, I'm not crazy,
really, Vicky, I'm not crazy. I'm not crazy. Honestly,
(02:22:31):
I'm not m that's what you gottado. Yeah, And as soon as
you say I'm not crazy, everybodythinks sure, because that's what crazy people
do. Run around say I'm notcrazy. So also Colorado, Colorado Democrat
governor has signed four gun control bills. And you know, I'm seeing the
(02:22:54):
pattern here, red flag laws, imposing three day waiting period and raising age
requirement. I got a feeling thisis coming from somewhere. I'm gonna have
to look at the the state legislatureorganizations because I'm betting there's probably model legislation
in there somewhere. Absolutely, wehaven't talked about those enough, but well
(02:23:20):
not recently. We used to talkabout them all the time. We're talking
about the American Legislative Exchange Council forthe I think that's the Republican side,
the Republican one and the council. There's a state policy state legislators. It
was the other one. I'll haveto get the name. That's Alex.
(02:23:43):
But there's one that is uh spSPAN. I'm sure it's State Policy Network.
But yeah, they write up thislegislation and it you know, they
give it to somebody in your legislatureand then they get it past. Okay.
(02:24:03):
You know, so you think youelected your representatives to represent you and
your interests. No, it's theseorganizations. We have a world of cartels.
The whole world has been turned intocartels. So every interest group has
(02:24:26):
their organization. The only people thatdon't have their organization are people like us,
Darren. Yeah, you know,we're not part of any organization because
I won't lend my name to anyorganization because then they do what they want
to. They just use your namefor quantity, for heft. Yeah,
(02:24:48):
but they have their agenda that hasnothing to do with my interests. Well,
this is really interesting. I justgot a mess in the chat room.
Somebody has been trying to call inand they say both phone lines are
busy. I refreshed my screen andsuddenly it said the thing was closed and
(02:25:13):
I am not getting any kind ofdial tone. I'm gonna have to work
on this during the break. Ithink, sorry about that, listener,
Well, I'll try to fix thatduring the break so that people can call
in if they want to. Inthe final half hour, I was not
aware that that had happened because everythinglooked normal until I refreshed the screen.
(02:25:37):
So I'll see if I can dosomething about that. But anyway, we
got to Colorado, Michigan. Thenthere's also Minnesota. There's another one.
The state of Minnesota is tenuously incontrol of anti gun lawmakers after last November's
election. Since this person says,I don't there, I'm not losing a
(02:26:01):
lot of sleepover, well you should. You should lose a lot of sleep
over it because it's coming to yourstate. Yeah, I mean, this
person says, I don't you know, so you don't care about other people's
freedoms. I don't understand that lineof thinking. But but this is uh.
They're quoting a publication. The MinnesotaHouse of Representatives advanced a public safety
(02:26:28):
bill that includes two gun control proposalsthat will introduce universal background checks and a
red flag provision. So there yougo, another one red flag laws.
The bill, sponsored by Representative KellyMueller, passed the House by sixty nine
to sixty is the vote on partylines late Wednesday afternoon, in almost eleven
(02:26:50):
hours after almost eleven hours of debate. So that's going on as well.
All right, we got to takethe break. We'll be back here at

president of Hillsdale College, doctor LarryAren't on the enduring importance of federalism.
(02:29:09):
Many in Washington today have grown soaccustomed to centralized bureaucracy that they think of
federalism as old fashioned, kind oflike fife and drum music. Those who
wrote the Constitution saw federalism as avital principle of free government. In a
large republic, the division of powerbetween the federal government, state governments of
local governments would serve as an importantprotection against tyranny. The founders also understood
(02:29:33):
that while the federal government is essentialfor national matters like foreign policy and defense,
governments closer to the people were farbetter suited to oversee local matters,
as we see in the problems thatresult from centralized bureaucracy today. There's nothing
out of date about the founder's argumentfor federalism. This Constitution Minute was brought
to you by Hillsdale College. Toreceive a free pocket Constitution and Declaration,
(02:29:54):
go to Constitution minute dot com.Let me tell you a story about Bill.
Bill was a normal guy in hisfifties. He had back surgery about
two years ago. Bill was ina lot of pain. He dealt with
his pain by taking the percocets asdoctor prescribed for him. Bill took more
(02:30:15):
and more and more of them tohelp with the pain, until one day
the prescriptions weren't enough to get ridof Bill's pain. Then one day Bill
found someone to help him get ridof the pain with illegal drugs. He
didn't need a prescription for best.Forward to today, Bill lost his job
and his family. The only thinghe does have is his drug dealer.
(02:30:35):
If you know Bill's story and youdon't want to end up like Bill,
call the Detox and Treatment Helpline rightnow to get away and get treatment.

is okay. So we're back fromthe break, and you know, we
were talking about gun control measures beingmoved forward in the states, and this
is the thing that people are goingto have to keep a very close eye
on. As you know, whenall this other stuff is going on on
a national level, it's really easyto become distracted and ignore what's going on
in your own backyard. But inthat vein, for those that have already
(02:32:09):
had gun control measures being put intoplace, I will come back to the
important role of the constitutional sheriff becausethis is something that may very well protect
you. Here in Michigan. Wehave some of them that are good and
some of them are not good atall, and this is kind of an
illustration of how to know whether ornot you have a good sheriff. Michigan
(02:32:33):
Democrats continue to push for gun reformlegislation. Now that a red Flag bill
has passed the Senate and waits tobe signed into law by Governor Gretchen Whitmer,
One County is expressing its opposition.Newstands Dianna Giles spoke with one local
county sheriff and he says he willnot enforce the red flag law. She
(02:32:54):
joins us down the newsroom to explainwhy, Dianna. The red flag bills
are the last of a series ofbills that many have pushed for gun reform.
Governor Whitmer is expected to sign thebill into law now. Livingston County
Sheriff Mike Murphy says he doesn't planon enforcing a law that he doesn't think
is right. I don't believe they'reconstitutional, and that's the reason that I've
(02:33:15):
taken the stance that I have.Livingston County Sheriff Mike Murphy has taken an
opposing stance against the red flag bill. He says it's not right to take
one's property based on something that mighthappen, and the decision should be made
by a judge. There's due processthat the individual or both individuals, or
however many individuals are involved. Ifthey'd go to court and the court determines,
(02:33:39):
yes, this happened or didn't happen, that's due process. The governor
is expected to sign a bill allowingpeople to petition a judge to temporarily take
away a person's gun if deemed dangerous. On the other hand, Ingham County
Sheriff Scott Wrigglesworth says, as asheriff, it's their duty to enforce the
law. I don't feel I getto pick and choose which laws I like
(02:34:01):
or don't like, or which lawsI feel I do or don't want to
enforce. It is part of aseries of gun reform laws after the mass
shooting at Michigan State University in February. We're trying to fix society's ills with
legislation, and that's never worked andit's not going to work here. When
these laws become law and become effective, we will enforce them the best we
(02:34:24):
can at the counter schriff's office.Murphy added he intends to pass along any
of these cases that comes to hisdesk to other police departments. Reporting live
in the newsroom, Dana Giles Newsten. When Governor Gretchen Wimer signs off
on the new bill, Michigan willjoin eighteen other states and Washington, DC
with red flag laws on the books. So there's a contrast between a good
(02:34:48):
sheriff that understands its constitutional role ina scumbag sheriff that you know shouldn't even
be in office. He's just followingorders. Well, the orders are the
represent the people. The orders areto represent the people and a court and
protect their constitutional rights. You know, Oh, we got to enforce the
(02:35:09):
law when they passed the law.No, the supreme law is the Constitution.
That's what you enforce. It trumpseverything else. But obviously this guy
doesn't understand it or doesn't care.Yeah, now he's just a tool.
He's a tool, a tool forthe New World Order establishment, and so
(02:35:33):
is the major media. We talka lot about media on this show because
it's kind of a something in mycrawl because I wouldn't have had to do
this show for so many years ifthe media were doing their job. But
I've said that in order to geta clear picture of what's really going on,
(02:35:54):
you have to have all sides ofthe story. And anyone who watches
the establishment media's version of events willget a view. You know, I'm
talking about foreign policy. Now,we'll get a view that Putin is nothing
more than a villain and Russia isan evil empire. The entire US media
and then It's interesting how they allcan unite on one thing, the conservative
(02:36:16):
or liberal media, no matter whothey are, they're all they all unite
in pushing forth the narrative that Putinis evil, Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine,
blah blah blah. You know, but does that make it true.
Here's an example of again. I'lljust use one American news because it's perfectly
(02:36:41):
representative of the overall media on thisone issue. They cover the a certain
event that happened in Ukraine. Youknow. They allege that Russia is now
attacking civilian areas. Russian and strikeshave hit cities across Ukraine, including them
or Kiev. In the first largescale attack in nearly two months, several
(02:37:05):
people were killed after residential areas weretargeted in the early hours of Friday morning
in the central city of Uman. There were a number of fatalities and many
wounded after a residential building it wasstruck, leaving firefighters and rescue workers combing
through the rubble for survivors and toretrieve the dead. My neighbors are gone.
(02:37:26):
No one has left. There isno one alive in the whole block.
Only the kitchens were left standing fromthe first till the fifth floor.
A further east, in Dnipro,a woman and her child were killed at
home, while one child is reportedto have been hospitalized in a town outside
(02:37:48):
of Kiev after missile debris hit anapartment block. Explosions were also reported in
Nikolaiev, Poltava and Kremenchuk. TheUkrainian military said it has shot down all
but two of the cruise missiles arefired by Russia. In Kiev, officials
reported the air defense units are destroyedeleven missiles and two drones. Writing on
(02:38:09):
telegram, President of Vladimir Zelenski condemnedthe attacks, which come as Kiev prepares
to launch it's long awaited a springcounter offensive using hundreds of tanks and armored
vehicles sent by the West. Ukraineplans are trim and take Russian occupied territory
in the east. While it isnot clear what Russia is targeting in the
overnight attacks, it has regularly struckcivilian infrastructure, although such attacks have tapered
(02:38:33):
off since winter ended, with Ukraine'swestern allies suggesting Russia used up much of
its long range missile Arsenal Muscow deniestargeting civilians, but such air strikes and
shelling have killed thousands of people anddevastated Ukrainian cities. Okay, so Russia's
the bad guy completely. I mean, obviously this is bad if it's true,
(02:38:56):
and I'm not trying to downplay it, I'm not there. Uh So,
But where does the information come from? That's what I want to know,
because we know that our CIA takesthe the Zelenski's government's word for everything
and reports it at gospel. Andwe also know that the entire mainstream media
in the United States is completely controlledby the CIA. You know, all
(02:39:24):
of the infiltration that went on,you know, in the past pales by
comparison to what's the infiltration that's goingon in the media today. It's it's
not even close. So are theyrelying upon someone to provide them this information?
If so, who does that entityhave ties to the US intelligence establishment?
(02:39:50):
Does anyone everybody do their interest indoing it? You know, it's
their angle, it's you know,it seems important because we're being driven toward
World War three. I guess that'sthe kind of point. The point I'm
making based upon the narrative that Russiais acting as an aggressive actor and it
needs to be stopped. As youjust heard the US media says Russia's attacking
(02:40:13):
the civilian areas of Ukraine. Itreminds me of the babies and incubators all
over again, Ricky, that theyused. You know, they testimony before
Congress or the Senate, I can'tremember which, but a Capitol Hill testimony
of that girl, a little girlwho supposedly volunteered at that hospital, witnessed
Iraqi troops pulling the babies out ofincubators and leave them, leaving them dying
(02:40:39):
on the floor. And then wefind out come to find out she is
the daughter of a Kawaiti ambassador. The whole thing was a fraud. It
was an act. She was coachedto say those things and to cry,
but it swayed public opinion enough tojustify the war in Iraq. You know,
So, do we know that it'strue. No, we don't know
that it's true. Should we taketheir word for especially when we have the
(02:41:03):
other side of the story. Yeah, You know what, My position on
everything coming out of mainstream is thatmy first thought is they're lying, and
the second thought is that don't bebothered with it. Because they are lying.
(02:41:26):
There's a political agenda. I maynot know what it is, but
one thing we can count on isthat it's not honest. Whatever it is
they're saying is not honest, SoI don't give it any credence. Yeah,
well, especially since you know, okay, there's the flip side of
the coin, because they're accusing Russiaof attacking civilian areas in Ukraine. But
(02:41:54):
Russia on the other side, Russiatoday is a legend that Kiev is attacking
civilian areas in the dun Bass. And in fact, if you recall,
it was putin in his speech beforehe invaded, said that over four I
think it's like fourteen thousand people haddied in the dun Bass because the Dunbass
(02:42:16):
didn't go along with the United StatesState Department overthrowing of the government back in
twenty fourteen where Victoria Newlin and it'scompletely indisputable because we got the video,
the audiotape that was of the interceptedphone call where she's planning it all out
on who's going to take take controlof the government. My don riots were
(02:42:41):
you know done. So anyway, this is our teas take on the Dunbass
shelling. At least seven people havebeen killed, including one child, after
a rocket fired by Ukrainian forces hita bus in the city of Dunnask.
That's according to the hat of theDunetsk Republic. There ten people were wounded
in the incident. A number ofcars were also damaged in windows of nearby
(02:43:05):
buildings blown out a park. Severalapartment buildings in a hospital were also said
to have been hit. Health authoritiesclaim the only functioning MRI machine in the
region was left damage. I'm standingright next to a passenger bus were according
to authorities, at least seven passengersof this bus have been killed as a
(02:43:26):
results of multiple launch rocket system fireby Ukrainian nationalists. I went there earlier
had accounted at least seven charred bodiesof civilians. Now this is the center
of the city of the nets verybusiness street on a Friday afternoon, and
right next to us is the hospital, a local trauma censor, where those
(02:43:48):
people who were injured arrived by ambulancesand they're being treated like all. In
all, Ukrainian nationalists fired against thecity of the Esque, against civilian areas
several times this Friday in and asa result, right now we can confirm
that seven people have been killed andscores have been wounded once again. We
(02:44:11):
are right in the center of thecity where there are absolutely no military positions.
Also, besides the local trauma center, besides this bus, another rocket
landed and local stadium right in themiddle of the field, and generally there
are several areas here in the centerof the nest that came under shedding by
(02:44:33):
Ukrainian military. Just days before thedeadly attack, a senior advisor to Ukraine's
president raised more than a few eyebrowswhen he insisted there are no legal grounds
to prevent Kiev's forces from destroying theregents Russia now claims as its own.
Legally, we have the right todestroy everything that is on the Crimean peninsula,
(02:44:54):
in Donetsk, Luganskan, of course, her Son and Zapparazia. From
a legal standpoint, there should becomplaints against Ukraine. I mean the shelling.
Civilians in the Dnbass region have fledtheir homes. Some of them describe
to us their ordeal. We wereafraid of shelling every day. Our house
has been shelled twice. We liveon the so called redline. Shelling destroys
(02:45:18):
our infrastructure. There's no military inthis area, only civilians. Dnbass is
constantly hit. People are dying, children are dying. We live in hell.
Let those who say that Ukraine doesn'ttarget civilians come and see how many
people have been killed here, includingchildren, and how many destroyed houses and
(02:45:39):
facilities there are. My parents' househas been shelled. It was hit right
on the roof. The whole housewas destroyed. Thank god my parents were
not home at that moment. Localshave already learned how to know which side
is shelling. Yes, Vataya isconstantly attacked because this city is on the
demarcation line. We know that Ukrainedestroys infrastructure indiscriminately. The city has hit
(02:46:01):
badly. There's still no water insome areas, in constant blackouts. So
that's the other side of the story. And I feel proud that we're playing
both sides of the story because Ithink people need to know. There is
one other thing I have from RT. I don't know if you have any
comments on anything, Vicky at thispoint. No, just that I thought
(02:46:24):
it was interesting that they mentioned thetrauma center because of course the hospitals are
all being networked together under the globalsystem, and I think that that was
the Benghazi attack years ago. Iforget what year was twenty fourteen, twenty
(02:46:48):
fifteen that was connected related to thetrauma center in Benghazi as well. So,
I mean, there is a strategicplan for conquering and controlling the world,
and it has to do with connectingthese surveillance and control systems at located
(02:47:18):
at the locations of the city areapublic institutions, you know, the ones
that are not businesses but they're publicinstitution. And your local hospital and trauma
(02:47:39):
center is one of those locations.Yep, that's a good point, very
good point. Getting back to Ukrainefor you know, staying with Ukraine for
just a moment. We know thatZelenski has brought his jack boots down on
journalists, shutting down some operations, even putting some in pre and I believe
(02:48:01):
if they don't tow the line, and that, by the way, that's
not disputable, that's not Russian propagandabecause even the establishment media such as New
York Times is reported on the lawhe signed. So now RT is reporting
that the Ukraine embassy in Serbia iscan you believe they actually have a speech
(02:48:22):
code they're actually being given They're beingmicromanaged on what they can say and what
they can't say at the Ukraine embassyin Serbia. This particular set of you
know, editorial guidance coming from agovernment is so pernicious. I've a lot
of Western outlets have already sort ofabided by these guidelines even beforehand. And
(02:48:46):
even though every outlet technically has theirown style bible, so to speak,
having a government, especially one ofthe bliger and governments, dictate these terms
is just not unheard of, butunpleasant, unpleasant historical connotations. Shall we
play it now? I would arguethat, you know, trying to impose
the Ukraine being wrong to Serbia, which whose language doesn't have articles to begin
(02:49:11):
with, and these dewylines are clearlydrafted with English speakers in mind, shows
an incredible amount of tone deafness thatyou know, we've seen on display over
the past year and a half. But also again shows this focus, laser
focus on pr and narrative management thatseems to key have more important than what's
(02:49:33):
actually happening on the battlefield. Ireally wish the American left would quit believing
all the lies that they're told, you know, for somebody, for a
group of people who spent so manyyears being quote unquote anti establishment. They
sure have become establishment now, suckingup all the lies of the establishment media.
(02:49:56):
Well, you know what amazes meis that people that are supposed to
be reporting the news would accept talkingpoints from a government and rather than doing
their own investigation and reporting the truth. Yeah, and these are embassy officials.
The embassy officials are not being allowedfreedom of speech either. And uh
(02:50:22):
yeah, if you don't go goalong, you know, Zelenski will come
and get his thugs and tell youin prison. Yeah. But doing this
for democracy? So long with that? Why you make you turn yourself into
a tool. Yeah, exactly. And you know what, any anytime anybody
(02:50:43):
says to me, don't don't saythat. You know, that's a trigger
for me to just start shouting itout. Yeah, you can't talk that
way, you can't talk that way. I don't know how many of these
things I'm going to get through. It's mind numbing, the tremendous or another
(02:51:03):
thing or one other thing about Zelenski. Now he's apparently ordering China around.
His main advisor, Mikhail Padalik, has claimed that China must follow the West's
position on Ukraine or lose its influence, including economic influence. Beijing. Funny.
Yeah, Now China has to makea choice, he says, either
(02:51:26):
it works within the framework defined byinternational law and then replaces Russia in the
full sense of that word, orChina continues to stand aside, and then
it will gradually lose its influence, including economic influence. Yeah, good luck,
pal, That's that's kind of likethe mouse shouting at the elephant.
Yeah, or will take you down, you know. And that's the thing
(02:51:52):
is that Zelenski himself wanted a peacenegotiating process, which people who are there
on the inside said could have ledto a ceasefire. But it was the
State Department that shot the whole thingdown. No pun intended, They put
a block on it. And sothis whole war. I mean, you
(02:52:13):
talk about the mouse shouting at theat the lion. You know, the
mouse is backed by another lion, and that's the only reason why he has
any guts to say anything like this. But I also wanted to point out
Patrick Lancaster. Ladies and gentlemen, you want to know what's going on on
the ground in Ukraine, go toPatrick Lancaster's Twitter feed. It's Twitter dot
(02:52:35):
com, slash pl News Today,Twitter dot com slash p L News Today.
This is a guy who is crowdfunded. He raised the money to go
over there, and he's on theground there and his reports are very,
very enlightening. He just shows whathe sees, He interviews the residents.
(02:52:56):
He's doing real journalism there on thefront lines. So, uh, you
can find out what's really going onand cut through the clutter while you still
can. Uh, wow, we'realmost out of time. In the waning
moments of the broadcast, I I'mhesitant to do this. I didn't even
want to hear this. But Dylanmulviny, you know what, I call
(02:53:18):
him, the queer, the beerqueer. You know, he's he just
called for the arrest of anyone whomisgenders him. So, you know,
the articles written about me using keypronouns and calling me a man over and
over again, and I feel likethat should be illegal. I don't know,
(02:53:39):
that's that's just bad journalism. Thatshould be illegal. So arrest anyone
who misgenders me, you know.So there's that, and then Washington Post
columnists Perry Bacon called for the Republicansto be harassed in public in an interview
on Comedy Central's Daily Show I don'thelp play that clip. Ultimately, we
have to in the short term, shame them out of passing the most aggressive
(02:54:03):
version of these bills, criticize themenough to make sure that they are told
when they go to church or whenthey go to the grocery store that you
passed a terrible bill and acted likea big it. Sure that shame would
work with Kentucky Republicans. We lookat rand Paul. If I got my
ass kicked in my front yard bymy neighbor, I would never leave my
house again. I'm not saying it'sa full proof plant. I'm just saying
(02:54:24):
that these letterstators have to walk inpublic and live their life, and I
do think you want to make clearthat you have done something terrible. So
let them live their life in fear. If they don't agree with us,
they don't do what That sounds prettyterroristic to me. It sounds like that
to me too. But that's atolerant left and this is what passes as
(02:54:45):
comedy now on Comedy Central. Soyeah, that's so funny. Climate change
extremists are shutting down freeways saying theywant to basically wreck people's lives. You
denied a disruption for many today asclimate protest shut down the GW Parkway in
the heart of morning rush. Yeah. This is the second such protest this
week, after a group shut downthree ninety five in the district on Monday.
(02:55:09):
In our David Kaplan has more alongthe parkway tonight. So David tellis,
who's behind all them? Yeah?Rob this Kurt's call it declare emergency.
They essentially think that President fid needsto declare a climate emergency, feeling
that the way that this administration istreating the current climate situation is not with
enough urgency. That by administration, for its part, does have some ambitious
(02:55:33):
climate goals, a whole task forcenet zero economy by twenty fifty, just
to name a few things. That'sokay, I'm gonna dump out of that
in the entrance of time. Butthey're shutting down the highways now, and
you know, it's full game onfor all these characters. Yeah, and
where are the conservatives. Well, they're pretty much shut down and intimidated into
(02:55:54):
silence and targeted by the Justice Department. Anytime no partside does anything, it's
as disgusting. Speaking of disgusting, one more thing, you know, I
try to leave people without a youknow, so they're not on the ledge
on the ledge on the ledge,Yes we have. We talked on the

show about how manufacturers of cars andfarm equipment are increasingly using software and other
tools to make it so that youcan't work on what you supposedly owned.
Well, now the state of Coloradois trying to do something about that.
Colorado looks to secure the right offarmers to fix their own equipment. Tuesday,
the Consumer Right to Repair Agriculture EquipmentAct past the state Senates, mandating
(02:56:39):
manufacturers approved manuals and other tools todiagnose software issues and repairs. Modern farming
equipment comes with advanced computer systems withthe ability to lock farmers out of repairing
their own equipment. Farmer equipment manufacturerslike John Deare have lobbied against the bill
as it would strip them of theirmonopoly on repairs. The bill heads to
(02:57:01):
Governor Jared Pollick's desk, where hehas a ten days to sign it into
law. All right, and finally, well, you know what they're doing
though, that they're converting our lawfrom negative law to positive law. The
corresponds to the un system permission todo anything, yeah, rather rather than
(02:57:24):
you can do anything except what weprohibit. Yeah. Kids, kids gathered
at the White House for take yourChild to Work Day and one of them
asked Biden what country he last visitedwas, and he couldn't remember. Finally,
one kid hollered it out. Igot audio that I don't have time
to play it. But it wasat that time, not long after that,
(02:57:46):
that a White House staffers little girlgave him an order that he needs
to get back inside because he startedtalking about how he takes orders from everyone.
Now, mister presidet, I heardyou have to give that to the
Oval office. What was that?Oh Hi, how are you hid?
(02:58:09):
I said, you have to getback to the I heard you had to
get back to the you of office. Can you believe that? So?
So now he's taking orders little girls? Yeah? That that that was obviously
set up to make him look stupid. You think so? And he didn't
get it? Yeah, he neverwill. Anyway, we gotta go.
