Meet thought provoking, and wildly talented Zak Perez! In this episode Zak personally reads one of his poems with us and gives us a behind the scenes look into how he marries his desire to spread peace and good vibes with his unique creative processes. Zak is located in Orange County area, California and is an artist, poet, boxer, designer and web developer. “So what would you do if you found this seed? Would you plant it in your field like Matthew 13? Tell me what would you do if you found the seed? Plant it in your heart and let your spirit be cleaned.” -The Seed. There’s a couple different things going on in this portion of Zak’s poem. He is referencing two different parables (prophecies) from the Bible. The first is in looking at Luke 8:11, we can see that the “seed” is the word of God, and the word gives life. It’s taught that we need to have the word in our minds and in our hearts for us to grow.
