Grundkurs Strafrecht AT I Course ID:234
Gegenstand der Vorlesung ist nach einer Einführung in das Gesamtsystem des staatlichen Strafens der Allgemeine Teil des StGB bzw. genauer: die allgemeinen Lehren von der Straftat (vorsätzliches vollendetes Begehungsdelikt; Fahrlässigkeit; Unterlassen; Versuch und Rücktritt; Täterschaft und Teilnahme; Konkurrenzen). Die Lehrveranstaltungen zum Allgemeinen Teil des Strafrechts sind dabei so konzeptioniert, dass bereits im ersten Semester ein Grobüberblick über den gesamten Vorlesungsstoff vermittelt wird, welchem im folgenden Semester Wiederholung und Vertiefung von Einzelfragen nachfolgen. Auf diese Weise soll zum einen im Wintersemester vermieden werden, dass die Grundstrukturen durch zahlreiche Details (d.h. also schon sprichwörtlich: „Der Wald durch zu viele Bäume“) undeutlich wird; zum anderen dient die Veranstaltung Strafrecht II im Sommersemester zugleich als Wiederholungsdurchgang.
