J’ai le plaisir de recevoir Amaya Calvo Valderrama, ingénieure agronome passionnée de plantes médicinales.
Elle découvre d’abord l’univers du thé auprès de producteurs dans les piémonts de l’Himalaya. Puis, elle part à Cuba en 2012 pour travailler et découvrir les savoir-faire de petits producteurs. Amaya continue ainsi à se former avec le CFPPA à Marmilhat, puis poursuit avec l’École Lyonnaise des Plantes Médicinales.
