Dans cet épisode très intime, je te partage ce que j’ai rarement osé raconter jusque-là.
Je te parle à cœur ouvert de la transformation que j’ai vécue ces deux dernières années.
De l’extérieur, tout allait bien : une académie florissante, des formations à succès, un podcast écouté par des centaines de milliers de personnes…
Mais en parallèle, je vivais un effondrement nécessaire.
Je te raconte :
- comment j’ai lancé HYGIE dans un élan viscéral de transmission
- ce que le succès rapide a éveillé… et ce que ça a coûté
- la bascule du "faire" vers "l’être"
- ce burn-out silencieux
- mon processus de désidentification
- la peur de perdre ma crédibilité et mon entreprise en osant ma dimension spirituelle
