This week we're thrilled to say we are joined by Charles Martinet, the voice of Mario! Charles was in the GWR London HQ to collect his record certificate for the Most videogame voiceover performances as the same character - now up to 100 following the release of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Over the course of the show we chat about how he started out as Mario, what it's like to work with Nintendo's team in the studio, how he came up with the voices of Mario and the other characters that he voices (including Luigi, Wario and Waluigi), how Mario's voice has hanged since 1992 and plenty more besides.
