I didn’t realize how low my confidence still was until I began ballroom dancing. Looking back, I was showing up for dates dressed up, with my hair and makeup done, but I still felt heavy and uncomfortable in my own skin. Until I overcame this, I never knew how obvious this was to others.
The day I stepped into the dance studio, I had no idea how much my life was about to change. I had already done a lot of work on myself, but the transformation I experienced was truly a catalyst for reaching the next level and gave me the confidence I needed to feel aligned with the man that became my husband.
I am so excited to offer you a once-in-a-lifetime experience to combine both relationship coaching and ballroom dancing with my World Champion Coach Kairat Algadaev at Danznik Studios in Times Square, New York City.
