Student debt is a massive problem in the United States, as college costs continue to rise, and many of the emerging career opportunities are out of reach to people who have no degree. That's why Grant Aldrich's new learning platform, OnlineDegree.com, lets people take many undergraduate college courses for free, online, on their own schedule, with credits that are recognized at over a thousand accredited universities. In this episode of Hack the Process Grant will tell us why he felt it was important to make the all courses and materials free for students from day one, how he validated the concept and built an audience with practically no marketing, and what personal drivers motivated him to leverage his 15 years of startup experience to make college credits more accessible and affordable. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
