Grand Jury on October third said it met on August
eighteenth and September thirtieth for an investigation into the distribution

that she was personally shown a deep fake AI video
portraying a topless depiction of Haggard's wife by staffers in
the Lieutenant Governor's office. Twenty four Sight News reported that
a staffer and a contract lawyer in Beckwith's office viewed

the video on April tenth. Beckwith said previously his office
found no evidence that a video ever produced, was ever
produced or viewed by anyone internally. It's unclear if Beckwith
or anyone else from his office testified or was subpened
by the grand jury. Beckwith spokesman saying in a statement
to Indie Star today, quote active grand juries are confidential. Therefore,

the office has no knowledge of any of this. Haggard,
by the way, previously condemned the situation and he wants
heads to roll. A spokesperson from the Marion County Prosecutor's
office confirming today that no charges have been filed at
this time related to the investigation, but said the office

the breaking news. We've had Micah on this show several
times asking him directly about grand jury investigations, him denying
it or not knowing about it. The representative there saying
that grand jury investigations are confidential, so we had no
