Speaker 1 (00:00):
So this brings us to our friends at CNN.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
This is CNN the most trustful.
Speaker 1 (00:13):
So so laugh track for uh the laugh track makes
me laugh every time. So CNN's data statistic pole guy,
Harry Enton. He's presenting the latest CNN poll. Now that's important.
This isn't Fox, this isn't Breitbart. The latest CNN poll
that shows Americans overwhelmingly prefer Donald Trump's approach to crime
(00:38):
over Joe Biden's.
Speaker 3 (00:40):
I think this sort of gives the game away here
because Donald Trump is like Air Jordan, towering over Joe
Biden when it comes to their handling a crime. Look
in twenty twenty four, look at where Biden's net approval
was on crime, way on the water there at minus
twenty six points. It was one of Biden's whare issues, granted,
pretty much every issue was one of Biden's war issues.
And again, look at where Donald Trump is way, way
(01:02):
way above Joe Biden. What is that? That's twenty seven points.
So Americans vastly prefer Donald Trump's approach to crime. Then
they dit you, Joe Biden. And again, I think it
gets back to the point that Americans are far more
hawkish on crime than a lot of Democrats want.
Speaker 1 (01:17):
To admit crime has been a problem for the Democrats. Now,
the talking heads of the party will say one thing.
But the folks in the inner city, even folks that
aren't Republicans, right, folks that aren't going to be caught
dead wearing a Maga hat, they want the same things
as we do. They want a safe neighborhood. They want
(01:39):
their kids to grow up in a safe neighborhood without
being shot or odeine on something.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
But their excuse is, well, crime's down. Crime has been
down over the past few years, down from what what
have we been talking about on this right? Every time
somebody says that.
Speaker 1 (01:57):
So, if you're three hundred pounds and you lose, you know,
one hundred pounds, you're still fat. It doesn't mean that
all of a sudden you're gonna walk around looking like,
you know, Bradley Cooper in the Hangover. That's not how
this works.
Speaker 2 (02:15):
Expecting that analogy.
Speaker 1 (02:17):
You're still fat. Yeah, if you're not as fat, but
it's still a problem. Uh, let's be honest. The reason
we played that CNN clip for you is that you
probably didn't hear it because nobody watches CNN. Those dirt
bags are in third place. Honestly, the only reason to
watch CNN is whenever you see Scott Jennings on, and
(02:39):
if he's got a panel, understand he's going into the
lions Den. CNN has now made it so it's like
six people on a panel against Scott Jennings, including the
host Abby Phillips, who just lets people go off on
him on her show. Yeah, this happened a couple of
nights ago. This was beautiful. There are some political analysts
(03:04):
that nobody's ever heard of that was taking cheap shots
at Scott Jennings and he wouldn't having it.
Speaker 4 (03:10):
I guess I'm old enough Scott to remember when you
were appalled as the rest of us were on January sixth,
when he wouldn't.
Speaker 3 (03:16):
Because January six happened to.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
January six.
Speaker 4 (03:26):
Let me finish before you make a point about a
no with silly is you sitting down with Mitch McConnell
were Chick fil A and lamenting how Donald Trump was
putting all of you, including Mitch mclin harm's way. But
I guess now you're.
Speaker 3 (03:39):
No.
Speaker 4 (03:40):
No, you're then boss. Your friend Richmond Connell certainly was,
But you know January six day murders. Can I kin.
Speaker 3 (03:49):
Seems to come out here and take podcasts.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
I'm not going, all, well, it's a stupid argument.
Speaker 3 (03:53):
I'm not going I don't even know that we've even
heard the argument. She doesn't.
Speaker 4 (04:02):
Let me finish what I'm going to say. I allow
every second here, but here's what I'm going to say.
Speaker 3 (04:08):
What are you thirst for some kind of relevance?
Speaker 4 (04:11):
Well, no action, only what you do for a living.
Speaker 1 (04:16):
Are you thirsty for relevance? I don't even know what
you do for a living. Wow?
Speaker 2 (04:20):
Again, Scott Jennings like the only legitimate Republican on CNN
who has worked under the Bush administration and Mitch McConnell,
and he is unafraid to take on.
Speaker 1 (04:35):
That panel right at all. Now on ns NBC, when
they claim they're going to bring on a Republican, they
bring on like Kinsinger or Liz Cheney, Like, that's not
really a Republican. CNN, to their credit, they got Scott
Jennings against the world and he owns these people, and
(04:56):
it's beautiful.
