Dave Sherwin, PN1, is a certified fitness nutrition coach, entrepreneur, podcaster, and practitioner of mindfulness and meditation. 
Over his 11 years in the health and wellness space Dave has developed the Dirobi UnDiet, the top seven easy to follow health practices that will help people lose weight easily while eating normal foods and without difficult calorie counting or elimination of normal foods such as carbs or fats.
He has used hard work, nutrition, supplementation, and science to obtain a high level of fitness in his own life. At the age of 47, he qualified for and competed in the triathlon Olympic Distance National Championships in Vermont, and finished in the top 25% of all competitors. He completed a Spartan Beast in four hours, and last year at age 52 he set a personal best 405 pound dead-lift. 
He is the owner of Dirobi.com, a wellness site where he sells his own line of supplements including best sellers like Pounds and Inches Drops, Mimi's Miracle Minerals, Eat Anything RX, and Mimi's Miracle Turmeric. 
He is the host of the Dirobi Health Show.
