Eating out of control is your struggle to deal with. Don't blame others in your household or friends. Today I give you 5 tips to help with owning your eating. How easy is it to blame others in your house that are not on your journey.
What happens when we re-frame the word failure. We give this word way too much power over us and our future. Sometimes we give things or thoughts too much power. Other times we don't give enough power to things like small wins.
Recently my 5 year old provoked a thought and raised a question that only a 5 year can seam to do. Because they do not have the barriers we build into our lives as adults. We often start to build these barriers in them now. What happens when you remove those barriers and have an honest conversation with people around you?
It is amazing what happens to us when we become aware of ourselves with eating and working out.
Why do people tell you not to work out? You are just going to get hurt. See I told you that you would get hurt.
Sometimes even motivators fall down, spiral out of control, make mistakes. However Successful ones get the hell back up again. You dust yourself off and re-engage all of your skills and core values. You get 1% better.
