Have you asked your dad, "Have you ever felt weak?"
To help us answer that question, we chatted to Lee van den Bergh - an ex-athlete and fitness trainer to some of SA's biggest sports stars.
Lee was diagnosed with a type of arthritus that makes his usual high level of fitness incredibly painful to maintain. In fact, the illness makes even the normal day to day activities that a dad does difficult.
Despite that, he manages to keep a positive attitude that is driven by his mantra: "Start where you are, use what you have, do what you can, and then try to progress to the next level"
