We help them prepare their home for sale, including renovations and repairs from our vetted vendors. We also have extensive marketing to market your home around the globe. We use marketing to advertise their homes around the globe and determine their home values based on current data points and extensive research. We even have a chief negotiator on staff who will help to secure the best price and terms the market will bear. We communicate with our clients weekly to let them know exactly what’s happening in the transaction and work diligently to close the sale. We want the proceeds to be exactly where they want them.
