"I can't sleep now, I'm not tired enough" You might not realize how you think about your tired levels, until I ask the question: do you only turn your sleep switch on when you're totally exhausted? In order to help yourself heal your sleep problems, you need to reset or retrain your own switch in your mind and body for when sleep occurs. You might have a chance to sleep early one night, but it feels strange and too early, so you push yourself to a time when you feel exhausted and exhaustion justifies your sleep time. If this is your pattern, it needs to be addressed if you're going to heal your sleep.
