I have used many homeopathic remedies over the years. Some of the most effective remedies I have used in our family are for allergies, colds, flu, strains and sprains, headaches. Every year we use the homeopathic formulas called Influenzium for flu prevention and Ocillococcinum for flu symptoms. Topically I use Arnica cream or gel for transient pain and Florasone cream as a topical steroid cream replacement. I love that these are safe treatment and they either work or not. When they work they are very impressive and effective. When they don’t work there are no side effects to worry about. You just have to find the right remedy.
