I’m re-releasing this important episode with the one and only Dr. Nicole LePera aka as the Holistic Psychologist.  As a clinical psychologist in private practice, Dr. Nicole often found herself frustrated by the limitations of traditional psychotherapy. Psychoneuroimmunology is a fancy word for the interaction between the nervous systems, immune systems, and the brain.
