From my experience, it's a lot of work to try to incorporate greens in your daily diet or even try to juice everyday. I also never know if I'm really consuming the proper amount of vitamins and minerals that I am supposed to be getting. There seems to be an easier way to get your greens without the hassle of chopping and cleaning up a lot of fruits and vegetables, and this is when 8Greens caught my attention.
