Pinky (a.k.a. "Coach P") founded Zenergy Health and Performance and created the proven 7-pillar system to help veterans and the military community overcome physical and invisible wounds through a holistic approach. Her approach encompasses mindset, physical well-being, nutrition, stress management, sleep management, recovery, and social well-being.
