Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, we're going to go for it.
Today is February 12th 2025.
I'm Valerie Van Boeven.
I know you don't see me verymuch, but they're going to let
me talk today.
Well, maybe you see me, but Idon't ever.
I haven't talked in a while.
So today is we're going to talkabout online marketing a little
bit.
I think you all got the emailsfrom Annette.

(00:21):
She's been doing a wonderfuljob.
So let's talk about SEO andthis is a highly complicated
conundrum of things.
I'm going to try to keep itreally simple and you're welcome
to ask any questions that youwant.
You can put them in the chatand Lisa or Dawn or Annette will
let me know if there's anyquestions.
I know this is complicated andI know that it's hard to

(00:44):
understand everything maybe I'mtalking about, but you'll get
the basics.
So we all should know by now.
We've probably heard about SEOover and over again and people
are spamming you and calling youand emailing you and filling
out forms on your website thatsay oh, your website doesn't
show up on the first page ofGoogle, so we'd like to do some
SEO work for you.

(01:05):
Don't fall for scams.
In your email, they'll alwaystell you the same exact thing
Talk to somebody who actuallyknows what they're doing.
Don't just respond to anyweirdo that emails you about
your website.
So SEO refers to the process ofimproving your website's
visibility on search engineslike Google and Bing.
Improving your website'svisibility on search engines

(01:27):
like Google and Bing this meansthat you want to show up at the
top of the search engines whenfamilies, adult children, are
searching for terms like homecare services near me, senior
home care providers, things likethat.
So we're going to talk aboutthese areas, keywords, which I'm
going to show you the list.
So get your phone ready becauseyou're going to want to take a
picture.
Content and local SEO, becauseall of you are local businesses

(01:50):
and so you definitely want to be, you know, showing up locally
and at the bottom of on everyslide.
I just put a little picture ofa little website we just did
recently, so you can just seeour little portfolio.
Put a little picture of alittle website we just did
recently, so you can just seeour little portfolio.
Okay, so the challenges of SEOin home care are how much

(02:11):
competition you have, and mainlythat's it is a lot of
competition.
You all, who are in some of themost competitive areas in the
nation.
Understand that better thaneven I do that you are competing
against 300 other home careagencies on a daily basis just
within like a 10 mile radius.
And also sensitive topics you'retalking.

(02:32):
You're not talking aboutplumbing and roofing.
You're talking about sensitivethings that you have to be
compassionate, respectful.
You can't.
You know like a plumber and aroofer can say weird things.
I don't know how to explainthat, but we know we have to be
nice about what we say and wehave to be warm and caring in
the way we talk.

(02:54):
Whereas some other professionscan get right to the point Trust
building, families oftenresearch extensively before
choosing a home care provider.
Now, most of the time, or a lotof the time, people are calling
in an emergency right, can youstart services this afternoon?
However, there are a lot ofadult children, daughters,

(03:17):
caregiver, family caregivers whostart looking into this and
they are tire kickers.
They're researching.
They're not sure.
They don't even know how muchit's going to cost.
They think Medicare is going topay for it, so they will
research this a lot before they, you know.
But all of those people, by theway, are worth capturing
because someday they're going toneed it.

(03:38):
Six months from now.
You want to be the person thatthey reach out to, so these
challenges emphasize theimportance of a well optimized
home care website.
Okay, so the key elements we'regoing to talk about keyword
research, long tail keywords, local SEO, content and technical
SEO.
There's all kinds of differentthings that go into this.

(03:59):
I'm going to show you thekeywords that we look for and
sometimes this changes a littlebit, but I'm going to show you
some really interestingdevelopments in keyword phrases.
Long tail keywords If you everhear that, you know that that
just means it's the longerversion of instead of 24 hour

(04:20):
home care.
It might be how to find 24 hourin-home care for elderly
parents.
Google understands what thatperson is looking for.
Whether they type in 24-hourin-home care, 24-hour home care
or how to find 24-hour, you'regoing to get different results,
but they understand that you'relooking for services near you,

(04:40):
basically Affordable home careservices for seniors in Los
Angeles.
You're going to get basicallythe same results as someone who
types in home care services.
So long tail is reallyimportant.
They're less competitive.
It's great to rank high for alot of long tail keywords.
A lot of these frequently askedquestions are really important

(05:01):
for you to rank for Local SEO.
So your Google business profile.
The name of this has changedmany times over the years.
We used to call it Google myBusiness.
A Google business profile playsa major role in this, so you
want to make sure that you haveownership.
If you are the owner of yourbusiness, you should own or be

(05:22):
an owner of your Google businessprofile.
Or sometimes it's yourfranchisor who owns it and
you're a manager of it.
Whatever the case, but makesure that you have your most
up-to-date information on it.
For our clients, we post fivedays a week on their Google
business profile and we makesure the keyword phrases that
we're going for are in thoseposts and we also do a lot of

(05:44):
other things.
But that is really helpful, getting you to show up and you
should be able to look monthafter month, year after year.
I think it goes.
Maybe it goes back six monthsto see your insights or you know
how many visitors there oh, wegot a dog problem.
Sorry, poor Layla.

(06:16):
And then content.
So if you have a website thatdoesn't have any blog posting or
long form content, that is ahuge problem.
Blog posts can be short and tothe point, because most readers
aren't going to read adissertation every time you post
it, but sometimes you need tohave that long form content, and

(06:39):
I'm talking 1,500, 2,000, 3,000words, maybe a guide to home
care in your local area.
You need to keep doing that, not just one time, but many
times over the course of a year.
Best home care services forstroke recovery those kinds of
things are going to really helppeople come to you.
I'll tell you, it's weird Someof the blog posts that we do.

(07:05):
I look at a lot of data and acouple of things stand out to me
that are really weirdlyinteresting.
A blog post about soft foodsthat seniors can eat, or puree
diet, or soft foods that seniorswon't choke on seniors won't

(07:29):
choke on that is one of the mostsearched.
I mean, it gets a huge amountof website traffic.
If you have a blog post thattalks about that, which I get,
is not really conducive togetting a new client, but you
got to know those caregivershave a problem or their family
member does.
So it's really interesting howmuch traffic blog posts get and
we're always interested inseeing that, and different
topics really garner a lot ofand stuff you wouldn't even

(07:52):
think of, like soft foods, Imean, I don't think that's
strange.
Or hair washing how to wash asenior's hair who's bedridden is
a big one, because those familycaregivers are trying to figure
this out without drowning theirgrandma and it's it's hard to
do so anyway.
It's weird.
But lots of good content.

(08:12):
You must continuously have goodcontent on your website.
And then technical seo goesinto things like making sure
your website is mobile friendly, that it quickly we're going to
look at some speeds and makesure it's designed for mobile
first of all.
And also there's somethingcalled schema code that we put
on all of our websites behindthe scenes and we do it manually

(08:36):
because we do a lot more of itthan most people, and that
really helps you.
Google doesn't see the prettypictures on your website.
It sees all the code behind thescenes, and so in that code you
need to tell them who you are, what you do and where you're
located and all the serviceareas that you cover, and if you
neglect to do that, then youmight rank for one town but no

(08:59):
other towns.
So it's one of those thingsthat it takes a long time to
learn all of this.
But you definitely want to workwith someone who understands the
home care industry, because ifyou, I've seen in the past that
folks have gone with sort of ageneralist and what happens
there is, especially if they'renot US based they don't
understand the healthcare systemin the US and they will believe

(09:24):
that.
I've seen this happen.
I've seen websites that aresearch engine optimized for home
care jobs the keyword phrasehome care jobs and while that
might be one of the mostsearched phrases in the home
care universe, it is not the onethat you want your entire
website to be search engineoptimized for Maybe one page,

(09:48):
but not your whole website.
So just be careful who you hire.
Okay, let's talk about speed.
So on my screen here, and ifanybody has questions, just put
them in the chat and Lisa orsomebody stop me if I need to
stop.
So let's talk about speed.
This is a technical issue withSEO.
You need to have A ratings forspeed.
You need to have great ratingsfor speed.

(10:09):
Here is a couple of differentexamples of websites.
On the top left, this is adesktop version of the website
and you can see that it has an Agrade Perfect.
We want the largest contentfulpaint, meaning the largest
amount of content to be servedup in one to two seconds.

(10:30):
So there you can see, it's 1.2seconds.
But we also want an A grade onmobile, and this is what a lot
of web developers neglect totell you is that if you have too
much going on on your mobileversion, that the speed will be
too slow.
So you can see that we have Agrades.
Those are mobile versions.
You see how it looks like alittle phone there.

(10:51):
So we measure the mobile speedand we always want it to be an A
and there's lots of things thatgo into this.
So what our web developer doesis we go, he goes through or our
team goes through and we lookat all the scores and if someone
is you know, maybe they were anA last year, but this year they
look more like a B he'll go inand update some plugins and do

(11:15):
some things and readjust to geta better speed and then he'll
bring it up to an A.
So we're always working on thatand looking at that.
Make sure on mobile, you are anA, all right, here's one of the
most requested pieces of SEO.
What are the top keyword phrasesfor home care agencies?
Take a picture so this issearches per month nationwide.

(11:43):
This is not in your local area.
This is nationwide.
So when we look at the wordhome care by itself two words,
that keyword phrase Across theentire United States of America,
there are 27,000 searches, aswith home health care.
But not everybody can use thekeyword phrase home health care,

(12:04):
depending on where you are, what to a 20 mile radius of your
office or whatever yourterritory is.
Think about how few searchesthere probably are in your area.
So not 27,000 people aresearching for home care in your

(12:28):
local area, maybe a hundred, maybe 50, um, you know, per
month in your area.
There might be more than that, depending on if you're Miami
versus West Winnemucca, nevada, but 27,000, okay.
So if we look at the keywordphrase senior care, it's 18,100.
But let me ask you this when?

(12:50):
Well, let me tell you this thisis my opinion and you may feel
the same way or differently.
But senior care is awesome,right?
But is it really good idea tosearch engine optimize or worry
about the word senior care?
I don't think it is.
I think that partially.
If you have senior home care, senior care at home, in-home

(13:11):
senior care, those are all great, but senior care by itself,
you're now competing with everynursing home, every assisted
living, every independent living, every senior apartment, every
adult daycare, everything youcan imagine for senior care.
So, in order to be morespecific, always make sure you

(13:32):
have the word home care in there.
If you're working on the wordsenior care, always make sure
you have the word home care inthere if you're working on the
word senior care.
Home care services 18,100.
Home care agencies near me14,800.
I will also tell you that fromdoing Google Ads for home care
agencies, we have a.
If you've ever done Google Ads,you know there's this terrible
problem with job seekers and jobseekers from other countries

(13:56):
hitting on your Google ads andcalling and wasting everybody's
time and filling out forms arenot supposed to be filling out
and they type in the exact samething that a consumer would type
in.
Home care agencies near me isone of those keyword phrases
that they type in in order tofind a home care agency to spam.

(14:17):
So just know that some of theseare still fraught with job
seekers.
Home care agency, in-home care, home care assistance so anybody
here I don't know if we haveanybody from the key here, but
home care assistance was thename for the key years ago,
right, and then they rebrandedto the key.
I thought that was weird, butso home care assistants used to

(14:40):
have a huge amount of searchesand now they're down to about
5,400.
I'm going to show you brands onthe next screen so you can see
what brands are knocking it outof the park.
Home care assistants used to beone of those, but I'm going to
show you what it is today.
Senior home care 5,400, 24-hourhome care 36, dementia home
care, personal care services,live-in home care, companion

(15:02):
home care, at-home personal care, and I could go on and on and
on with these.
But I want you to notice thatwhen you're focusing on things
like companion care, that mightbe a little higher than 390, but
this is nationwide.
So you have to be real, knowthese or just understand that

(15:24):
realistically.
In your local area you're notgoing to nearly get this kind of
traffic or search, but it ishighly competitive.
So let's look at some brands.
Visiting Angels is at the top.
It used to be that Home Insteadwas at the top.
Home Instead was the very topbrand name for years and years

(15:46):
and Visiting Angels was down inhere somewhere.
Now Visiting Angels has gone tothe top with 74,000 searches.
So this is more than the wordhome care.
This is brand.
So all of you, 100% of you, whether you're a franchise or an
independent, your brand namematters and in a 20 mile radius

(16:07):
of your office or whatever yourterritory coverage is, everybody
should know that if they'rethinking of home care, they're
thinking of your brand nameEverywhere.
It should be everywhere.
That's why being out in thecommunity is so important and
that's also why having youronline marketing correct and

(16:27):
being out there is so important, because brand really does
matter.
You're going to sell moremaking sure your brand name is
well known than you are makingsure you should use the word
home care.
I know that sounds crazy, butit is very true.
Pay attention to brand.
So, visiting Angels 74 at HomeInstead $49,500 right at home.

(16:49):
Then Comfort Keepers about thesame.
Senior Helpers Bright Star Care.
And there's the key SeniorHelpers Bright Star Care.
And there's the key.
The key is at 9,900 right nowand that's terribly lower than
it used to be.
Synergy Home Care First.
Light Home Care always best.
I tried to do as many as I couldthink of Touching Hearts.

(17:15):
Griswold Home Care changedtheir name recently to Griswold
Care Pairing, and Griswold CarePairing only gets 110 searches,
whereas Griswold Home Care getsabout 4,400.
So when you do rebrand, sometimes that takes a hit.
Assisting Hands is at 4,400.
Touching Hearts at Home, comfort Care, americare, talum,
a Place at Home, homewell, golden Heart and Amada.

(17:35):
So I try to put as many as Ican on there.
But the important thing to knowis that brand does matter.
Any questions about keywordphrases or brand.
We do have a question how canyou find the number of searches
for each one, like, how did youfind this?
Somebody's asking oh, I havesoftware that tells me this.

(17:59):
I use SEMrush.
Semrush is really expensive.
I think you might be able to dosome things for free SEM, s-e-m
, rush, r-u-s-h but what I didwas I did searches using their
keyword magic and it's anamazing database.
There's other ones out there.
There's A-Refs, a-h-refs,there's other ones.

(18:22):
You can find tons of them andthey may give you a little bit
different, but this is prettyaccurate.
Generally speaking, I would sayAll right.
So AI has become very important.
Whether you love it or hate it,it's going to be how people

(18:43):
find information.
So one of the things we'regoing to talk about we have a
webinar coming up February 19thand one of the things I'm going
to talk about in that is aboutAI a little bit and how to make
sure you're showing up when AIgets involved.
So Google has AI results intheir search results now.

(19:08):
So there's a couple of things Iwant you to know about.
One is called links in SERPs,and if you're not an SEO person,
you're like I have no idea, lady, what you're talking about.
That means that you haveclickable URLs that appear
alongside your listing or whenyou show up.
So if you look at this toppicture for A-plus in home care,

(19:29):
you can see that below thatthis is organic results.
This is not a paid ad, but youcan see that below that they
have about us, contact us,personal care at home, veterans,
home care.
And the reason that stuff showsup is because the way we put
together our websites, the waywe do each page, the schema code

(19:49):
that we use, is very specific, and that helps Google understand
that all these pages arerelevant and they matter, so
they will list them on there, and they also have longevity, so
they'll list them underneaththe listing, which gives you
more visibility.
So it's good to have links inyour SERPs and then AI summaries

(20:12):
in SERPs.
So if you've ever now these aremainly with long questions and
long tail keyword phrases.
So this is a not a keywordphrase that I would think
anybody needs to go afterspecifically, but chronic
disease management, elizabeth.
Now that sounds kind ofridiculous, but it's chronic
disease management in Elizabeth,new Jersey.

(20:34):
Now, you and I both know thatno consumers are going to type
that in, but it's interesting tosee how you show up for these
long tail keyword phrases.
And so I can see that one ofour clients, adult Alternative
Home Care, shows up in this AIoverview in Elizabeth, new

(20:55):
Jersey.
So I could type in a couple ofdifferent things and they would
still show up as a recommendedresource or as a healthcare
service.
And you want to be one of thosecompanies that shows up as a
recommendation in your localarea.
So Google does an AI overviewand they are listing a couple of

(21:18):
the top providers in Elizabeth, new Jersey, and that's great.
You totally want to be there.
Now, if you just type in homecare, Elizabeth, new Jersey,
you're not going to get an AIoverview.
Ai overviews are for long tailor questions.
Sometimes you might get it.
Or what is home care?
You know those kinds of things, but generally speaking, this

(21:41):
isn't going to happen every time, but when it does.
You want to be listed.
So one of the things that inour SEO program that we're
working on as we go is makingsure that we're answering those
frequently asked questions sothat our clients are showing up
in those AI summaries.
You want to be that company.

(22:02):
If you look at ChatGPT right now, if you were to use that for
some search and some information, chatgpt primarily uses Bing as
its information source, as itsinformation source, so it's
really important that you have agood presence on Bing as well.
These results matter becauseyou have more visibility,

(22:23):
credibility and more traffic.
People are going to payattention to that when they type
it in.
All right, seo does work forhome care.
It does increase your websitetraffic.
You do get more phone calls andinquiries.
It might not be thousands ofvisits, but it definitely makes

(22:43):
a difference.
It is always important to showup as high in the search engine
rankings as you can.
You're not going to get therefor every single keyword phrase
every single time, but you aregoing to get there eventually if
you have patience.
Some of these take six months toachieve, so I put some examples
up here for you.
For instance, a population of545,000 with an office in Fresno

(23:13):
, california, in that metro area.
That's about the populationsize and you can see some of the
things we just talked about.
So they have their for in-homecare Fresno, their number three
on the map.
So that little signal there, that little dot or whatever that
marker thing, that means thatthey're number three on the maps
for in-home care Fresno, andthat's important.
You want to be on the maps forsome of these.
And then site links on SERP.

(23:35):
So we talked about that aminute ago.
That means if somebody types inpersonal care at home Fresno,
which is this one up here, you're going to see them right
away.
There they are.
Here's personal care at homeFresno.
And then boom, there they areand they have those site links
in there.
So that's great common and I'mgoing to show you some more
examples in just a second.

(23:56):
Common mistakes are justignoring it and not worrying
about it and not caring about itand having a jank store website
.
I don't know, I use the wordjank store.
If you have a website thathasn't been taken care of,
you've not paid attention to it,you think you're never going to
get any leads from it, so itdoesn't matter anyway.
Your competition is taking theopposite attitude.

(24:17):
I can tell you that, and theyare going for it.
On the online marketing.
It does not mean that you canstop being visible with
community outreach, but what itdoes mean is that you're getting
the benefits of both.
So don't ignore it Publishingthin or generic content.

(24:37):
Thin content means this yourservice page says we provide
companion care, and there is alittle bulleted list of things
that go along with companioncare that every single home care
agency in your area also lists, and there's no depth to your

(24:57):
content.
There's no explanation.
There's no why choose us?
There's nothing else.
Because you didn't want to takethe time to write it and your
web developer is not offering to.
So we write all the content forour clients and then they get
to go through and edit it orwhatever.
But that long form content iswhat helps them compete with

(25:19):
visiting angels home insteadhome helpers.
So when we write long formcontent, we do a great job on
their website.
That is what helps them competewith the big guys Neglecting
the technical details.
So if your website's loadingslow and we see this every
single day, not with ourwebsites, but when we're trying
to show somebody, hey, you'regetting a, c, a, d, an F on

(25:42):
speed.
If your website is slow, googledoesn't want to show it, and
they don't want to show itbecause that's a bad customer
experience.
You do not want your website toload slow on a desktop or on a
mobile device, because if itdoes, they're out of there,
they're moving on to somethingelse.
Nobody's going to wait aroundfive seconds for your website to

(26:03):
load.
It's got to be just like this.
Skipping long tail keywords, not focusing on a lot of keyword
phrases that are lesscompetitive, can hurt you.
You want to make sure you'reanswering all those long tail
questions, those you know.
How do I know it's time forhome care?
How do I know it's time for myloved one to start home care?

(26:24):
How much does home care cost?
I know nobody wants to answerthat online, but you can answer
it without giving prices.
So you want to make sure thatyou are answering those
questions.
All right, how long does ittake to work?
I always tell everybody ittakes six months.
We have some really goodresults in the first 30 days
sometimes, but it really dependson everything.

(26:46):
It depends on where you are.
How much competition is there.
You know if you're in WestWinnemucca, nevada.
I use that example.
All the time there's no onethere, it'll rank faster than
Miami Florida.
Miami is going to take sixmonths easily and you'll
probably get great ranking forsome long tail keyword phrases,
but we're talking about one ofthe most competitive places in

(27:07):
the entire home care industry.
It's going to take a minute.
A valid, optimized, verifiedGoogle business profile is a
must, and your willingness toparticipate in assisting your
own results is really important.
This is a team effort, not justa you hire somebody and they go
away and then you go awayeffort.
You got to help.
So 24 hour home care Elizabeth.

(27:29):
This is a population of 136,000and it took a while.
Elizabeth, new Jersey doesn'tsound like a big town.
136,000 is nothing to sneeze atbut they are also in the middle
of a very congested, very highpopulation area like Clark, new
Jersey.
Everybody around them has136,000.

(27:50):
So it's still a very robustarea with a huge amount of
competition and it took a longtime for this company to get to
where they are.
So you can see that they'renumber one for all these keyword
phrases.
They're on the map.
For most of them, they havelinks in the SERPs, which we
talked about, and they also atthe bottom here.

(28:11):
I already showed you that theyhave an AI overview in the SERPs
.
That's a very long tail keywordphrase, but some of these
little short ones, they're doinggreat.
So this is a took a while forthem to get to that, but they
are there.
This is Houston, texas.
Population 2.3 million.
This person has been a clientof ours for a very long time,

(28:34):
and this goes from April 2023 toJanuary, january 2024.
Now they've been a clientlonger than that, but we started
doing a lot a deep dive intotheir website and their SEO.
They had their website redoneby us a while back and so we
started doing a deep dive.
And Houston is very challenging, very challenging.

(28:55):
But here they are with lots ofnumber ones, number twos, number
threes, number fours.
We consider anything number 10and above over here on this side
to be on the first page ofGoogle.
If you've noticed, I think, google has unlimited scroll now,
just a perpetual scroll, so youreally don't know where one

(29:16):
page ends and another begins insome cases, however, the top 10
results are what we're lookingfor, basically, so we're happy
to have them in the top 10 forlots of different keyword
phrases for Houston and then SanDiego.
We're also happy to say that wehave this client number two and

(29:37):
number three for home care inSan Diego and 24-hour home care
in San Diego.
If you know anything aboutCalifornia, you know that the
folks at 24-hour home care havea big presence and not only is
it super competitive in thatarea, but 24-hour home care
pretty much dominates for theword.
24 hour home care, becausethat's their name.

(29:58):
Anywhere they are in Californiais pretty much where they are
most of the time.
So, but here we are at numberthree, so I'm pretty proud of
that.
Doing it yourself, seo versushiring an expert.
Some home care businesses canhandle SEO on their own.
I, of course, because I'mbiased.
This is what we do.

(30:18):
I think hiring a professionalcan lead to better results
faster.
It doesn't mean that it's aneasy path.
It's sometimes full of.
You know, google changes theiralgorithm pretty much every day.
But the big changes we'll havea client that's doing wonderful,
everything's great, for a longtime.
This isn't short-term results.

(30:40):
These are long-term resultsthat we're looking at here and
they'll be doing great.
And then, all of a sudden, google will change something
about their algorithm andthey'll tank and their numbers
will go way down.
But what we know, because we'vebeen doing this for a long time
.
If you just hang on a minute,it'll go right back up, because
when Google changes theiralgorithm, everybody takes a

(31:01):
little bit of a hit for onereason or another.
It just depends on what thatalgorithm changes and then the
people who are doing the rightthing recover.
So it's important to work withsomeone who knows this is a
short blip on the radar screenand it'll all come back All
right, and then we have what do?
We have?
Honolulu, hawaii.

(31:22):
So this is a 30-day result.
These people have been here fora very long time, but they had
a really bad website before weredid their website.
We did some enhanced SEO andboom.
That's all it took to justcatapult them to the top.
One of the challenges withHonolulu and Hawaii is that

(31:44):
they're very it's a close-knitcommunity and they use certain
words that might be a littledifferent than what some of us
would use, but you can see herethese are pretty much normal
keyword phrases and they'recoming up really nicely.
We have some that you use, butyou can see here these are
pretty much normal keywordphrases and they're coming up
really nicely.
We have some that you know homecare Honolulu.
We want them to be higher thana nine and they'll get there

(32:04):
eventually, but this is reallygood for a population of 341,000
, just 30 days out.
And then we have Aurora Colorado, where you can see they were
nowhere for a while and thenboom, now they are doing really
well and it's August 2023, nopresence, versus October of 2024

(32:26):
.
They have no office location inthis area.
That's another thing that Ishould mention.
If you have an office location,it's much easier to get you to
rank than if you have no officelocation.
You want to rank for AuroraColorado, but you have no
presence there.
It takes longer in acompetitive market to get you
where you want to be because youhave literally no presence.

(32:47):
You have no physical presencethere, so it does take longer.
All right, any other questions?
No, everybody's good, everybodyunderstands.
I know it's a lot.
All right, getting started withhome care SEO to improve your
website's SEO, start with these.
First of all, look at yourGoogle business profile.
Get it, make it accurate.

(33:09):
Add pictures, details, photos, frequently asked questions.
Do all the things.
Add location-specific keywordsto service pages and blog posts.
Create helpful content thatanswers common caregiving
questions Uh-oh, uh-oh.
Incorporate long-tail keywordsto attract highly targeted

(33:44):
traffic and ensure your websiteis fast, mobile friendly and
easy to navigate.
If you need one of us to run aspeed test on your website for
you, we will happily do that.
Just reach out to don or lisa orme, but don and lisa can handle
it.
They will give you a wholelittle rundown on what's going
on with your website for you.
Where you show up, where youdon't show up, they'll run those
like these pictures that I justshowed you.

(34:05):
They will run those for you andshow you where you're doing
great and where you have nopresence at all.
It's worth knowing, because ifyour web developer can change
something for you quickly, thenthey should change something for
you.
If your speed is terrible, askyour web developer to make that
to fix it.
Our web developer fixes it, soyour web developer should be

(34:25):
able to fix it.
And if they can't or they won't, or it's a Google or a GoDaddy
website tonight,do-it-yourselfer, or Squarespace
or something like that, and youdon't have a web developer it's
kind of a do-it-yourself thenthink about the investment of
having a website that doeseverything you need it to do and
works for you when you'reasleep.
