Speaker 1 (00:38):
Ah, God, bless you, God, bless you, God bless you.
Welcome to the hour of deliverance. And there's two things
about that. I always let you know when I say
God bless you, I'm not using a saying. If you
knew how we got into that habit of saying God
(01:01):
bless you, it might stop you from saying it. And
I will tell you now it was to always overcome witchcraft.
When our minds, society, and especially religious society, our minds
(01:23):
were so occupied with the power of witchcraft that we
absolutely forgot that any power, any power, originated with God,
and that in his word he let us know that
the weapons of our warfare aren't carnal, but are mighty
(01:45):
through God. And to the pulling down, to the pulling down,
I want to go to the scripture to make sure
that I say it exactly right and don't leave any
part of it out, but any stronghold that exalts itself
against the knowledge of God, because remember the Scripture talks
about moving in power but denying. Oh anyway, today I
(02:12):
want to deal with integrity, and I want to let
you know ahead of time that I'm going to deal
with it from where we the body of Christ, the
(02:33):
House of God, the people of God are going off
course with terms and terminologies. And I like to remind
us myself included that when you're on a course, let
(02:54):
me see, I'm gonna put it here to my red,
when you're driving a course, walk on a course, or whatever,
when there's a fork in the road, you don't always
notice that you're going on a different road if you
go the wrong way. And I like to say that.
(03:15):
I like to remind us of that because most of
the things that are an abomination to God, and most
of the things that he says he hates, those of
us who love the Lord aren't doing those things on purpose. However,
when you go off course, we are way off by
(03:35):
the time we recognize that's the norm. It doesn't have
to be that way. Pardon me, I sprayed something that's
making my nose tickle. So I want to deal with integrity,
and I want to remind us that integrity before God.
(04:01):
As a matter of fact, integrity has rewards. It has
affect and effect. And I'm always giving us that. I'm
(04:23):
always saying affect and effect, But right now I'm going
to give us the affect. Well, the cause coming through
I was going to speak it into my thing, the
difference between affect and effect. Okay, I guess I'm not
(04:44):
going to go there because definition of affect. Actually, that's
not what I want. I want the difference between dif
between affect and effect. Now, in the Word of God,
(05:05):
we're to have both. However, I want us to see
affect is a verb that means to influence, affect with
an a or to cause cause change, while effect is
(05:26):
a noun that means the result or the consequences or consequence.
So affect is the influence that causes change. Effect is
the actual result, the actual consequence. Now, in the Word
(05:49):
of God him letting us know we're salt and light.
We have affect and we have effect. We go into
all the world. You know what, I'm going to go
back to the Proverbs eleven and how in the world
(06:12):
did I get Proverbs eleven? There we go. I want
us to understand that a false balance is an abomination
(06:33):
to the Lord, but a just wait is his delight.
We're going to deal with integrity, and integrity has both
affect and effect. Now I'm going to read through this
chapter because it's long, and I want us to see
(06:56):
that the whole chapter of Proverbs is a way of
walking out integrity in life, and each of the verses
gives us the aspects of what happens in this way,
what happens in that way, what happens in this dimension,
(07:17):
what happens in that dimension, so that we don't just
make it one verse after another or pull out our
favorite verse. And I'm not saying don't do that. I'm
letting us know that each chapter is a whole thing.
(07:38):
You know how I always I like to give us
the example because it was done with me when I
was a child of a painting where the whole picture,
the whole painting is a scene, and we had these
puzzles and they as a little girl, they wanted me
(08:01):
to be included, and so they would tell me to
put together, get all the green. And because I was little,
I thought when I got all the green, I got
the whole thing. And I was quick, which is one
reason why they would give me the green, because they
thought it would keep me occupied. That's something you want
(08:23):
to notice, things that you have dealt with all your life,
not because of what people think, but because of how
you are. I am quick to gather all of something,
and then think it's the whole of the something. And
(08:49):
then God will broaden out my vision or his vision
and scope and let me see that, oh, out all
the green, and you even got it so that you
can make a difference between the dark green and the
light green, and the green that had some bark, some
(09:10):
brown with it, or the green that had some other
things with it. But then the adults would show me
the whole picture when I thought I was so very done,
and then I would see that, oh, there's a lot
more to it. I want us to understand in Proverbs,
(09:34):
each chapter is the whole aspect of life and walking
out that situation, not just the wicked or not just
the righteous. And I keep wanting to read this other
(09:54):
version that's in front of me, but I'm going to
stick with the version that I'm going to look up
for definitions. And in saying that, I want to remind
us that one of the reason to keep old books,
not to hoard. You'll get to see changes in this
digital age and changes on the new books that are written.
(10:23):
And when you have the old books that were written
a certain way, that's the proof that something else was
said before. And you can then look up what's correct,
what's incorrect, or take notice of what is changing. God
says he's building a house, and we believers tend to
(10:50):
want to put the roof on, and He's building a house.
So I said, I'm going to read this. I'm going
to read the whole chapter and then come back because
I tend to not get finished. And I want us
to see that all of this a false balance, is
(11:11):
an abomination to Yahweh. Lord and all caps is Yahweh,
the ratifier of covenant, the keeper of covenant, the giver
of covenant. And I'm going to read it the way
it is in my Names of God study Bible, so
(11:35):
that I'm letting you know that Lord in all capitals
is Yahweh. So I don't want us to be so
busy saying Lord the way that we do so that
our tradition makes the word of God of no effect.
(11:55):
Remember how Jesus said that, and he said it to
religious leaders. He didn't say it to be abes who
don't know and aren't studied. So I'm going to keep
telling us Yahweh to remember when we're saying Lord. There's
other things about him being Lord, but the first thing
that God revealed when he revealed the name Yahweh, he
(12:17):
revealed it as a compound name, Yahweh Elohem. And the
main thing about that was the relationship to man in
the earth, and not only man in general, but man
ruler in the earth, God given authority and rule. However,
(12:41):
it is Yahweh eloheen gratifies the covenant, who keeps the covenant.
And I generally give the example of Jesus saying I'll
never leave you nor forsake you. And I give the
understanding that the greek of that is as if he
(13:02):
said no, not ever, not ever, not ever, I'll never
leave you. The strength of that. So here we go.
I want to read through so that we understand that
when we're dealing with a false balance, know that it's
an abomination unto Yahweh, the one who makes a balance.
(13:28):
And this is why I want to read the whole
thing through and understand that when God gives examples of
things in his word, it makes a difference what he
starts with the emphasis. It makes a difference what the
emphasis is. And here he starts with a false balance,
(13:52):
and then he says, just wait, So this whole chapter
is going to give us what goes on in our
lives and what's walked out in our relationships and in
ourselves when we are dealing with a false balance and
(14:17):
need to know and remember a just weight and the
thing about a false balance. He lets us know that
before he lets us know the other part of it
that has to do with him. That lets you know
that we're dealing with not just sin, not just unrighteousness,
(14:42):
and all the other things that are going to be
named here. It makes a difference. If he started out
saying a just weight is the delight of the Lord,
then we know that he's giving an emphasis about that.
But here he starts he does the contrast with the thing.
And I don't want to say negative. I want us
(15:06):
to understand factual things that aren't in truth. A false
balance is a is abomination to Yahweh, but a just
(15:27):
wait is his delight. And I'm going to remind you
that when you see I'm using King James, when you
see the italics in the word, it's not a mistranslation.
The italics is not in the Hebrew. It is there
to make the English flow. It's not a mistranslation, not automatically.
(15:52):
Sometimes yeah, okay, so here we go understand that all
of this is what is walked out and what is
part of our lives. When we're dealing with a false balance,
Know that we are dealing with the affect and effect
of what is an abomination to yahway covenant keep, ratifier
(16:21):
and covenant keeper. But a just weight is his delight.
And here I go. I want to read it all
the way through. I want to look at I do
really want to read it all the way through. But
the just weight Salem Salima. I know I'm saying it wrong. Okay,
(16:47):
thank you Lord, it's not letting me go there. Okay, good,
So I can read it all the way through. Now understand,
you're dealing with that which is an abomination to the Lord.
In contrast with that what is his delight. So the
(17:10):
second verse, the Lord, help me to get through the
whole thing. Help us to get through the whole thing.
When pride cometh, then cometh shame. But with the lowly
is wisdom. See that contrast, he's starting with the thing
that that's not supposed to be that way. So we're
dealing with abomination that's pride and pride coming, not just
(17:39):
pride being in place. When pride cometh, and I always
let you know. The etch lets you know that that's
something that was, it is, and it's going to keep
on being like that. Then cometh shame. So God is
guaranteeing to us not just the things that we love
and that we want, or that he loves and that
(18:01):
he wants. He's showing us the affect and the effect
whichever way we walk it, or whichever way the people
were around or dealing with walk it. And so he
lets us know. But what the lowly is wisdom? And
(18:26):
this word lowly here I want to look it up,
but we'll not get through the whole chapter. The lowly
is is more like how the scripture says that Moses
was meek and meet doesn't mean that he was shy.
We know Moses wasn't shy, remember how anyway? Okay, Moses
(18:51):
was quick to action and quick to take up for
and move against things that weren't right. However, he needed
to know before the Lord, not just things that are
an abomination to us, and he needed to know what
is a delight to him. So here we go. When
(19:14):
pride cometh, then cometh. Now mine you not just pride
in place, but when pride is coming. Then comes cometh shame.
But with the lowly, with the meek, that means teachable,
those with hearing ears that are ready to hear the
(19:37):
command of the Lord, ready to hear the word of
the Lord, and not just shut out, not just automatically
shut out things that aren't true and things that aren't good.
You want to be aware. The way the Scripture tells
us to be wise is serpents and harmless is dull.
(20:01):
You want to know the strategies of the enemy. That
way you know when you're in trouble and when you're
out of trouble. And you also know if you're the
cause or not the cause. If you go accusing your brethren,
and we know that the scripture, let says noo that
the devil's the accuser of the brethren. Are you trying
(20:24):
to take his place and be the devil? However, when
we accuse, we want to remember that God's way. God
doesn't accuse, He doesn't blame, and he doesn't shame, and
he will bring out facts and he will straighten out
the facts. I generally give you the example of Abram
(20:47):
and Isaac lying saying that their wife was their sister,
and they figured out how the way I don't know
if it's a popular term anymore, but the way that
it's a white lie. However, when God brings goes into
Leviticus and about the law, the law, the law, he
(21:10):
tells you flat out in detail who to marry, who
not to marry, relation and how close the relation. And
he does not say the way Abram did. He just
lets you know you don't marry your sister. And he
(21:31):
doesn't just let you know, he gives you some details
on it. However, God doesn't blame and he doesn't shame.
So when he corrects the thing, oh, he corrects it. However,
he doesn't bring up the wrong. And one of the
reasons why is because he lets us know that he
(21:53):
puts it into the sea of forgetfulness. And that doesn't
mean like God forgot. I know that that's a doctrine
that we like to think that. See, your forgetfulness is
that it does not come up against you. It's not
that it didn't happen, it's that it doesn't come up
(22:14):
against you, because we have the recording of those lies
in the Word. However, when Abram believed God, it was
counted to him as righteous and We're going to see
here that when things are righteous, things that are unrighteous
(22:40):
are overcome. And they don't stand. I can't. I'm doing
sign language. They don't stand against us, they don't witness
against us, they don't testify against us. The facts are
still the facts. However they have a different affect and
(23:04):
a different effect. Okay, So a false balance is abomination
unto Yahweh. But a just wait is his delight. When
pride cometh then and you can count on this, then
(23:27):
cometh shame. But with the lowly, with the meek, the teachable.
With the lowly is wisdom. And excuse me for testifying.
But I was despairing about something. And I mind when
(23:51):
I despair, because I know that that does not honor God,
and I want to honor Him and his majesty and
glorify Him in all things. But I recognized that my
emotions were taking me to a place of despair. And
I recognize Colossians three, and I think it's a third verse,
(24:12):
but started the first he says, if you be risen
with Christ. But then he goes on to say, set
your affections on things above where Christ is seated at
the right hand of the Father. And one of the
things emotions are part of affections. Affections is a very
(24:32):
large dimension and aspects of things. And I want you
to I want us to understand that emotions earth earth things.
We're going to be delivered, they're earth things. Anyway, when
(24:55):
pride cometh, then cometh shame. It is not God who
shames or blames. Understand here he's studying. There's other things
that shame and blame. And there are things in the earth,
and most of the time it's not the devil. The
(25:19):
devil uses the flesh to do his work, and we
don't recognize when we comply with him, and we're so
busy calling it the devil instead of recognizing that if
we repent, Oh, if we just repent, then God cleanses
(25:41):
all on righteousness. And that means what went before, what
is right now, and what's coming. And that's part of
the weapons of our warfare that aren't carnal mighty through
God Mighty, and pulling down every strong hold that exalts
itself against the knowledge of God. If we move in
(26:05):
what God gave the things that the enemy has planned,
oh it might look like it goes on just like
the crucifixion. Crucifixion, it went on the scriptures. Let us
know that had the enemy understood how that was going
(26:26):
to bring him down, he wouldn't have done it. However,
here again the weapons of our warfare, not just the hosts,
not just the angels, not just God or the god Head.
Our it pulls down, pulls it down every high thing,
(26:53):
not just some, not just the ones you don't like,
not just the ones that you recognize, Every high thing
that exalts itself against the knowledge of God. And look
up the verse. Please, anyway, here we go. Lord helped
me to get through this whole chapter. But with the
(27:16):
lowly is wisdom. Look at James. I asked God for
wisdom when I was lamenting about a thing, and I
was thinking of the scripture where God says that if
you lack wisdom, ask of God. He'll give it to
(27:37):
you liberally, and he won't upbraid you. He's not going
to get on your case. He's not going to fuss
at you because you didn't have wisdom and you weren't moving,
and he'll give it to you and give it to
you liberally. And I was remembering that about that scripture
when I was realized that I was lamenting, and I
want to honor God, I want to give thanks, I
want to give him praise. And then he reminded me
(28:03):
of a thing that I already know is look where
you're supposed to start, and going back to the beginning
of the chapter, count it all joy, not just the
part you like, not just the part that you understand.
Count it all joy. And he said, ah. And now
(28:24):
I was looking. I was dealing with one circumstance after another,
and he says, when you come and I think he
says fall, But when you come into divers temptations, one
thing after another on top of the other, worse than
the last, and coming. And I was lamenting, and I
saw in the word it's in James. He says, count
(28:45):
it all joy when you fall into divers temptations. And
then he goes down and he says, knowing this, this
is what you want to know, not just how bad
it is. Yeah, you understand how bad it is. However,
what you want to know is him. You want to
(29:07):
count it all joy. And he says, knowing this, okay,
I'm want to get back. Go you look it up
to see what he said to know because it's not
just to know how bad it is. Yeah, you want
to know how bad it is and where it's going.
That's why he starts us out here with what's an abomination,
because he's going to let us know situation relation. He
(29:31):
lets us know the things that are abomination. However, he
lets us know what is his delight. He doesn't just
leave us with the great storm. He brings us to
the great calm. Okay, Lord, help me get through this
(29:52):
entire chapter. Verse three, The integrity of the upright shall
guide them. And God helped me to recognize I want
my integrity to put me in the right place, in
the right thing, not just guide me. I remember hearing
(30:17):
myself say enough already, remembering been around this mountain long enough.
That's a scripture if you don't recognize it, from when
they were in the wilderness and about to come out
and here, God says, integrity of the upright shall guide them.
(30:44):
That's the way the Word says that His word is
a lamp to our feet and a light to our path.
And one of the things about that I want to
remind us. To your feet, shows you where you're standing,
shows you where you are, a light to your path
(31:06):
shows you where you're going. And here God says, the
integrity of the upright shall guide them, but the perverseness
of transgressors shall destroy them. And just like the guiding
(31:33):
takes some time, and it takes going through some things, yeah, perverseness, Oh,
it might not destroy them as quick as we want
to see it destroyed. It might not destroy the circumstance.
And one of the things I've learned about that is
because when God brings judgment on something, he's just. He's just,
(32:00):
and he shows his justice when he destroys a thing,
he shows that it was destructive and must be destroyed,
kind of the way that the surgeon when he finds
disease in your body, goes to pull it out. He
doesn't just go do surgery because something's wrong anyway riches profit.
(32:27):
Not in the day of wrath, when we've gone on
into the abomination, when we've gone on to things that
are the pride that causes shame, when we keep on
going on because we didn't realize that we got off course,
nobody's nobody who loves God is being an abomination on purpose.
(32:51):
And there's things that He says that are an abomination
that we don't recognize and practice as if it's supposed
to be like that. However, the integrity of the upright,
it's gonna guide us. It's gonna let us know. Go left,
go right. I just came from an area, deny, I
(33:15):
want to read. I'm want to read the scripture. Riches
profit not in the day of wrath. Yeah, you might
have accumulated riches. You might have inherited riches, and you
might have inherited them from him. However, in the day
(33:36):
of wrath, think of Lot. He was called righteous. Abram
had to pray for him, his uncle had to pray
for him. However, he was wealthy, he had riches, but
when God's wrath came on Sodom and Gamara, his riches
didn't do anything for him. He was even scared to
(33:57):
believe God to have faith. And with the Angel of
the Lord where he told him to go, and he asked, well,
can I go someplace else? Instead of realizing that God
is going to guide you The integrity of the upright
shall guide them. And Lot couldn't even follow the direction.
(34:24):
And he didn't have enough integrity to even allow the
Angel of the Lord to guide him to the right place.
And so he asked for something different. We're not being
an abomination on purpose. We God's people. God the scripture
(34:45):
says a lot called lot righteous. We're not being an
abomination on purpose. And yet instead of taking the guidance
of the Angel of the Lord, he asked for something else,
something that. And because of that, and from that came
(35:10):
a people that are only ever spoken of in scripture
as an abomination to God's people. Okay, I'm only a
verse five. The righteousness of the perfect shall direct his way.
(35:30):
Stop saying nobody's perfect. Look at the context where the
scripture lets us know about our imperfection. And see this,
and this is old covenant, this is way before the gospels.
The righteousness of the perfect shall direct his way. So
we have here that the Ah, the integrity of the upright.
(36:01):
So you have integrity guiding you, your own integrity, and
you also have righteousness. The righteousness of the perfect shall
direct their way. And for people to drive. You know
(36:23):
the difference between being guided and being directed. You see
the signs tell you what direction the road gives you
the guidance. Yeah, the lamp to your feet and the
light to your path. Hello, the righteousness of the upright
(36:46):
shall deliver them. You see the righteousness in the previous verse,
the righteousness of the perfect shall direct his way. Now
he lets you know in the next verse, the righteousness
of the upright shall deliver them. And then he gives
this contrast because he's letting you know there's gonna be
(37:08):
a fork. There's gonna be a fork. You want to
keep his command, you want to walk in righteousness, you
want to keep integrity, because there's a fork here. There
is a fork here, and if you go off the
wrong way, you might know it right away, and you
might not know it till you're in an abomination and
(37:29):
don't know how you got there, and then it takes
coming back to his word to even know that that's
where you are. However, the righteousness of the upright shall
deliver them. It's not going to stop things from happening. However,
it will deliver you. And when I say it's not
(37:49):
going to oh it can, Oh yes it can, I'm
not telling you that it can't. I'm letting you know,
follow God's word. Because the righteousness of the perfect shall
direct his way. But the wickedness shall fall by his
own wickedness, not something somebody put on you, not just
(38:14):
some witchcraft. It can't craft on you unless you're the wicked.
The righteousness of the upright shall deliver them. But the
transgressors shall be taken. Uh huh, it's not that it happened,
(38:37):
shall be taken in their own naughtiness. I want to
stop and look up these words, and I want you
to stop and look them up, so that we recognize
that things aren't as strong and definite as our doctrines
make it, so that we understand how when we walk
(38:59):
this out, when a wicked man dieth, his expectation shall perish,
and the hope of unjust men perish. And it says
perish eth, which also lets you know that things that
people planned for after their death to happen in the earth,
(39:21):
it'll perish it, it'll keep on perishing. The righteous is
delivered out of trouble. This is what God lets you
know and do. I want to go back and show
you when God's given you the abomination, and then he
turns around and He's given you God bless you. You
(39:48):
have called me while I'm live on camera. I will
call you later. I'm doing the Deliverance broadcast right now
in Jesus' name. When the wicked man dieth, his expectation
shall perish. That includes the will, the trust, all the businesses,
(40:12):
and all this set up. Those are things that believers,
people of the Kingdom of God, should have done and
be doing, and have been doing. And when the wicked
do it, even though he died, his expectation and everything
he set up, the hope of unjust men perisheth. Verse eight.
(40:37):
The righteous is delivered out of trouble, and the wicked
comes in his stead. So the wicked not only comes
to their own mess, but they come to the mess
that was set up for the righteous. So they get
what we'd like to call double trouble. Yeah. Verse ten.
(41:03):
When it goeth well with the righteous, the city rejoices,
and when the wicked perish, there is shouting. Yeah, it's
not just emotional. God's letting, you know. Reminds me of
the show far anyway. Verse eleven. By the blessing of
(41:25):
the Upright, the city is exalted. Not just your situation
is overcome, but the city, the borders of your city,
the people of your city, the laws of our city
(41:48):
is exalted. Not just bad things made right exalted. Understand
how God expresses a thing. It's his glory, it's his majesty,
it's his honor, and that is exalted. Remember the weapons
(42:10):
of our warfare. It pulls down things that exalt against
the knowledge of God. And he lets us know the
blessing of the by the blessing of the upright. And
that's blessing. Whether you're pronouncing blessing, that's blessing. Whether you're
moving and blessing, that's blessing. Whether God poured that blessing
(42:32):
out on you. And you don't even know all the
definitions of it, just like you didn't know all the
definitions and all the craziness of the trial. You counted
all joy and the blessing of the upright. Oh yeah,
it'll exalt the city. But it's overthrown by the mouth
(42:54):
of the wicked. Don't go say when you see something
overthrown and you know it's not right, well, must have
been the lord's will. Understand, God is performing his word
Verse twelve. He that is void of wisdom despises his neighbor.
(43:18):
Most of us don't recognize when we're not walking in wisdom,
much less recognized that we despise our neighbor. Most of us.
When we despise anything we think we have a right,
we don't check it out with God's heart and with
God's mind. However, let me finish the verse. This is
(43:42):
verse twelve. He that is void of wisdom despises his neighbor,
but a man of understanding holdeth his peace. Right. Now,
business places, things are going on, and things are being said,
(44:04):
and we think we need to stand up with an answer.
Jesus is our justifier, a man of understanding. Yet when
you understand, you don't have to run your mouth. And
I know certain cultures feel like act like you gotta
say something, you gotta do something. Hear the word of
(44:25):
God tells us, he that is void of wisdom despises
his neighbor, but a man of understanding holdeth his peace. Yeah,
as as much as lies in you, It tells us
(44:46):
in a New Testament to walk in peace. A towel bearer.
Come on, this isn't just social, This is in business,
This is in relations, this is in families. The tail
(45:07):
bearer reveals secrets. And in that et h on, there
they did it, they're doing it, and they're gonna keep
on doing it. The tail bearer reveals secrets. There's no
confidence there. They whisper and say it like it's confidential.
(45:29):
But here the word says, a tail bearer reveal a secrets,
but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter.
God's word is true. God's word is true, whether you're
in the business place, whether you're around the family table,
(45:51):
whether you're God's word is true in church, in society,
God's word is true. The tail bearer reveals secrets, but
he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter.
I don't know why that's bringing to mind a famous
(46:14):
actor and making wonderful speeches. However, AI has him cussing
on it, and he doesn't cuss like that. I don't
know if he cusses, but I notice it anyway, don't
be torn in this. And one of the things that
he was speaking of that I was listening to it
(46:36):
is this matter of a tail bearer reveals secrets. And
his speech was on you just don't tell everybody, You
just don't tell everything yourself, because there are tail bearers around.
Okay verse fourteen, where no counsel is the people fall,
(46:57):
the people fall. But in the multitude of counselors, there
is safety. And please understand God's definition of counselors doesn't
mean that in a multitude of people that agree on
the same thing. Because when you look at the scriptures,
Ephraim could agree on some things that were terrible and
(47:19):
that we're offering that were against God's word just because
most of the people in the tribe agreed to something.
And I know we as believers, we have that kind
of doctrine that makes the word of God of no effect.
That well, if everybody is agreeing to it, it must
be okay. No, No, the leaders that Jesus rebuked, they
(47:47):
all agreed together. The Sadducees all agreed together. And I
don't mean on everything, but on specific things that they
agreed doesn't make it truth, doesn't make it right. Oh
and guess what, the Pharisees all agree together on some
(48:09):
things that are right. Doesn't make it right. The things
that we agree on that are not the word of God. Okay,
he that is surety did a skip. I think I
skipped a verse. Let me back up to fourteen, where
no counsel is the people fall. I remember slamming the
(48:30):
table on that. But in the multitude of counselors. There
is safety. However, you want to look up and see
what God calls counselor, because that's just not everybody agreeing
on a thing. He that is surety for a stranger insurance.
(48:52):
He that is surety for a stranger shall smart for
it doesn't mean you're smart and intelligent. And he's talking
about you're gonna hurt. You're hurting yourself. And he that
hateth suretyship co signing, huh is sure he that hateth it?
(49:15):
M hm, You're not going to get yourself in trouble.
A gracious woman retaineth honor, and strong men retain riches.
I still want to do I still want to stop
and deal with that. The merciful man doeth good to
(49:38):
his own soul, but he that is cruel troubleth his
own flesh. We see that in whole nations. And however,
here the merciful man, not just the merciful nation, doeth
good to his own soul. And right there I want
(49:59):
to do it. Difference between our mind, our heart and
our soul, our spirit and our soul. You you want
to understand the affect and the effect of those different aspects.
The mind the heart, the soul. The wicked worketh a
(50:20):
deceitful work. Now, Uh, that's a whole plan out. That's
that's that's not just a thing. That's the whole planning
of the thing or things. But to him that soweth,
righteousness shall be sure reward. And notice here, him that
(50:44):
soweth you're planting it. That means you're looking for a
harvest later. And depending on what's being planted, some things
come up right away, some things take a while, and
some things according to the season in which you planted them.
So if you planted them when the wicked are ruling, hello,
(51:09):
if you planted when the city's moving in righteousness, what
you've sown can take longer or quicker. However, the word
of God says, but to him that so with righteousness
shall be a sure reward. Believe God, Believe him. Don't
(51:31):
get upset. I've planted some roses, and I know that
some can come up quick and some can take take
a whole season. Don't get upset when it takes longer
than you expect. Believe God. But to him that so
with righteousness shall be a sure reward. And I so
(51:55):
want to look these words up even not looking them up.
There's thirty one versus here read the whole chapter does
only have less than ten minutes left. Here. You read
the whole chapter and understand that the whole aspect of
(52:16):
living life from where that verse verse starts out, all
of that is involved in coming through the circumstance and relationship.
As righteousness tendeth to life, So he that pursueth evil
(52:38):
pursueth it to his own death. Now watch this righteousness
tends to life, Now life, Minister's life, not just to you,
but to others and around you, to ideas and this
and that. However, he that pursue, he that pursueth evil,
pursueth it to his own death. See, righteousness will pull
(53:03):
down the things that the evil. We saw that in
the previous verse of anyway before, They that are of
a frauard heart are an abomination to the Lord. Most
of us we mean well, and we think that because
we mean well, that makes it all okay. No, it's
(53:26):
got to be according to his word, and the word
deserves the thoughts and the intents of the heart. If
we keep his word in our heart. Ah, they that
you'll know when you're against the word, or at least
(53:47):
have an inkling the spirit of God. They that are
of a fraud heart are an abomination to the Lord.
I want to remind you that we believers are not
being an abomination on purpose. However, we're living in a
time where there's so much that God calls an abomination
has become common among us his house, among us his church.
(54:19):
But such as are upright in their way are his delight. Oh,
these things that are his delight. We read it earlier,
and now he's letting us know other though hand join
in hand. Uh huh, that thing I was saying earlier
(54:40):
about agreeing together, Though hand join in hand, the wicked
shall not be unpunished. Oh, they can agree together, they
can legislate. But the seed, remember sowing, sowing, the seed
of the righteous shall be delivered. And I want you
(55:00):
to only have a few minutes in there. Still, we're
only at twenty two, and there's thirty one verses here
as a jewel of gold in a swine's snout, so
is a fair woman, which is without discretion. There's a
whole lot to know and understand there. The desire of
(55:27):
the righteous is only good. Know that being righteous is
being a delight to the Lord. But the expectation of
the wicked, yeah is wrath. Wrath. There is that that
(55:49):
scattered and yet increases, And there is that that withholders
more than his meat, but attended to poverty. The liberal
soul shall be made fact. But he that watereth will
pardon me not, but and he that watereth shall be
(56:10):
watered also himself. I want to stop there. Well, I
got a few more minutes. He that withholdeth corn, the
people shall curse him, But the blessing shall be upon
the head of him that selleth it, making it available.
(56:33):
I want to remind us we believers are the ones
who are supposed to be the heads of business, and
the ones who start business, and the ones who plan
out business. Not leave it to the wicked. Not leave
it to those who don't even know how to hear God,
or don't know how to follow through on all of
what He's given, and only know how to follow through
(56:58):
when it's in my favor. He that trusteth, let me read,
He that dil diligently seeketh good, procureth favor. But he
that seeketh mischief, it'll come to him. It'll come to him.
(57:19):
He that trusteth in his riches shall fall. I want
to go back to the other things about riches, but
the righteous shall flourish as a branch. The righteous aren't
holding more than is necessary. He that troubleth his own
house shall inherit the wind, and the fool shall be
(57:49):
servant to the wise of heart. And these are some
things to pray for. The legislation and the things that
are happening in the earth that are awful on people.
Some of why these things are happening are because of
the things that are God's word. That we're so busy
looking at the catastrophe and not realizing that our praise
(58:10):
and our being upright and our integrity could have prevented
some things, or bring us out believing God like lot,
believing when God says, go this way, believing that His
loving kindness is better than life. The fruit of the
righteous is a tree of life. And he that winneth
(58:36):
souls is wise. And I want to stop there moving
the wisdom of God, because he promised us that if
we ask for wisdom, he'll give it to us, and
he won't fuss at us for not having it before.
Don't fusst yourself either, be wise. He that winneth souls
(59:00):
is wise his word
