According to Bailey, 95% of job applicants forget to follow up with a thank you after the interview As the Dean of Students at the Manhattan Sports Business Academy, Bailey has the privilege of interviewing hundreds of students every summer that want to work in sports, hand selecting 25 students every summer for the exclusive opportunity to join the MSBA family. Despite being an MSBA alum herself and being honored as one of Front Office Sports’ “Rising 25,” Bailey’s entrance into the sports industry did not get handed to her.
