Then, I ask why in the world I hate certain sports teams and players when I don't have any of the talent that they command at my fingertips. I share a hopefully helpful tip for this month's mental health check-in and I recommend Phineas & Ferb. And It's Dark And Hell Is Hot. I forgot that one.

On today's program, I pay tribute to Akira Toriyama and two of the gifts he gave the world: Dragon Ball Z and Chrono Trigger.
