left and we would begin our summer. So I'm excited about that. You

(02:42):
know, I'm still in the processof planning a sweet sixteen and I'm still
in recovery mode. So you know, it's up and stuck. Baby is
up and stuff. Now you couldtake that however where you own it.
But it's up and the stuff. But for the most part, I won't
get pull. You know, there'sa million of things, million and one
things we can complain about, butI'm not going to yes because most of

(03:06):
y'all don't give a damn anyway.You know, how about that? Let's
just keep its How about that? When people ask you how they're doing,
how you doing, they don't meanit. It's just light chatter. It's
just light chatter. Don't waste nobodytime telling them how you straight up?
That is so true. That isso true. And some people don't ask

(03:29):
them how they're doing because they they'regonna unload on you something. Y'all be
unloaded. I'm talking about a differentunload I'm talking about and you ain't unload.
You just do you do a bestfriends do, because everybody needs somebody
to talk to. I'm talking aboutdumb ones. You be like, how
you doing? And they start offwith the money problems. Uh, they
start off with a chall When youlook at that child, act like somebody

(03:52):
calling your phone escape while you canas soon as you start out chat to
get it. Yes, yes, yes, but now no, you never
we do what best friend to everybodyneed from my eventsive. But some of
y'all be out here dumping and dump, just dumping on people, and base
be mindful of that because like yoube dumping and suppose they already got a
heavy look. Okay, that's adon't send nobody to their prayer closet because

(04:15):
of you. There are things outhere called journals, diaries, therapists,
you know, a plethora of optionsfor you. But just don't be dumping
because I dumped on somebody this week. Speaking of dumping, I went to
took my baby, my grandbaby tothe Garfield screening and ran into one of

(04:36):
my friends who is like becoming likeone of the biggest movie critics and TV
critics in Atlanta, and he's like, hey, girl, how you doing.
I was like, child, I'mout here fighting for my life.
She was like, what happened? That's all you got to do is ask
me what happened there? It isI had her cornered in the bathroom,
like and then google right, letme tell you what happened after that?

(04:56):
So then the first of it withthe lawsuit, then it with Google,
and then you know, like that. I know she was like, I
really have to peek. That's yourbad, girl, that's your bad.
I think she might have been onlyone of the ones that generally like wanted
to hear what's going on. Idon't know, but that was your bad
for that asking. Sorry, ohagree, How was the screen? Then?

(05:16):
God? Cool? It was cool. But listen, movie studios,
stop making movies that are geared towardschildren. Stop making them so god darn
long. Y'all know these babies don'thave no long attention spaying. Yeah true
that listen, an hour is pushingit. Anything over an hour U O
dn Yeah, yeah, forty fiveminutes time, forty five minutes tops.

(05:41):
It could be a short film.It ain't nothing wrong with that. Yeah
true. That a good point.Okay, because as soon as Eve start
turning over in the seat and getup on her knees in the movie seat,
I said, oh it's up herewe go, Here we go,
y'all, time done ran out.Yeah, y'all clocked us struck twelve,
Yes, time to go. Shejust generation the kids too. I have
to say it, but you know, especially they have devices where they can

(06:01):
go to any part of any filmor anything that there was, Like,
come on, they want you allto give it to us. Hurry up,
let's hurry up, hurry up.And I don't know what it is
about animated films that is like melotoninfor me. I think we're fighting for
my life and girl, girl,That's why I'd be so glad, like
shout out to Carlos for that, because every film there was, he went

(06:24):
through it. He Actually I'd belike, I can't do it. I
don't know if it's as an adultgetting older, I can't. I hate
to sound like this, but Ican just can't do animated anything. Oh
my gosh, man, it's melotonin. I mean, they're fighting for
my life, fighting for my life. But anyway, but shout out to
uh, you know, auto marketingcompanies who send me screenings. I promise

(06:45):
I won't go to sleep in y'allscreenings. I promise, all right,
So, Carla, we do havea lot to unpack today. Of course,
we would be remiss if we didn'ta dress the whole Diddy and Cassie
situation. I do also have anupdate in the Kobe minor case, the

(07:06):
case with the Atlanta police officer whoshot the lift driver. I have an
interesting and disturbing update in that case. We also are going to spend the
block and give you an update onthe teacher who I have now deemed mister
aka unbraid my Hair. So wedo have an update on him, and

(07:28):
we're gonna tell you about this.Cameron interview on Sanna has everybody buzzing this
morning. We're gonna tell you whopopped out with Donald Trump last night.
Lord have mercy. But yeah,it's an interesting time out here in these
internet streets. So we're gonna goahead and take an early break, and
then when we come back, we'regonna jump in and unpack all of this

(07:49):
Diddy and Cassie stuff. So we'llbe right back. All right, guys,
we are back Carla Friday. Youknow I had to call you,
yes, So on Friday, I'mdoing my work. I'm chasing waterfalls instead
of sticking to the rivers and thelakes that I'm used to in these internet
streets. And I'm just posting contentand hoping y'all come read it because I'm

(08:11):
in recovery mode, right and Iget a bat signal from one of the
ICC friends, and the bat signalhad no caption, it was nothing but
a URL. So when I looked, I saw the words Diddy Cassie twenty
sixteen assault in hotel and I said, oh my god. I ain't never

(08:33):
clicked the link so fast in mylife. I was like, I knowicing
what I think it is. Iclick the link and I go in and
now I'm scanning the article. Thefirst thing I looked to see was how
long ago was this published? Right, because you know time is of the
essence and with certain stories, soI'm like, how long ago is this
posted? So I found out howlong ago it was posted? Maybe like

(08:54):
five minutes. So who shout outto the ICC friend who ali ooped that
story to me? Because I literallywas lunching. I was writing about Clay
from Love Is Blind Child. That'show bad I was lunching. And I
go in, I hit play, and I see Cassie trying to make her

(09:15):
way to the elevator barefoot. Shestops, she tries to put on her
shoes, and Diddy comes running outof a hotel room with nothing but a
towel around his waist. And whenhe gets to Cassie. He knocks her
to the ground. And when heknocks her to the ground, she's almost
like laying there a little bit likeshe's knocked out. And then he starts

(09:37):
kicking her, and I'm just like, this is not like it was almost
like I read the lawsuit. I'veheard the rumors over the years. I've
heard everything there is to hear aboutDiddy. I've heard Jeane Deal tell me
everything. I heard the other bodyguardtell me everything. Freddie Pten told me
that Diddy trash. Everybody has toldme Diddy is tre Okay. I get

(10:01):
it, I know it. Iknow I felt like Diddy was trash in
my spirit. But it's like, girl, let me tell you about this
movie, and then you actually sitdown and watt visual, you actually say
it, yeah, yes. Andso when I saw that visual, I
just bust out in the ugly cry. And I don't and I don't know
why I bust out in the uglycry. I mean, maybe it was

(10:22):
just the empathy and the sympathy thatI had for Cassie. But it's not
like I was triggered or anything, because I've never been a victim of domestic
violence. But it just that thingbroke my heart so bad. Yeah,
it's disgusting. It broke my heartso bad. And it didn't break my
heart in the sense of like,oh my gosh, Diddy, let me

(10:45):
down. I didn't expect this ofyou. It broke my heart for Cassie
like that. Cassie went through this. That Cassie, because you could almost
tell by her demeanor she was usedto that. And I mean absolutely that
was that. You know. Itwasn't like, oh my god, I
can't believe you doing this to me. It was like, okay, time

(11:05):
to go in to like go intoprotective mind. You're small. She just
smacked small up. You had theguard like, yeah, when you said
you saw her like she was knockedout. No, that's the I surrender
like I'm not trying. Yeah.Yeah, it was obvious she was leaving
like I ain't even trying to fightback. Yeah. So then he like
he kicks her a couple of times, then he grabs her and starts dragging

(11:28):
her. Then he I guess hetakes her belongings back to the hotel room.
Then he comes back out again. He gets her in the corner.
I don't know what he did toher in the corner. Then he's throwing
stuff at her and the yes yes, And when I tell you that,
the way she detailed that incident inher lawsuit was literally like verbatim, almost

(11:52):
like they watched the tape and waslike and then this happened, and then
this happened because it the recollection ofit was so like literally the detailed,
oriented recollection of it in the lawsuit, and I'm just like this poor girl.
And then I start thinking back toremember I found that picture when the

(12:13):
lawsuit came out, and I waslike, Yo, remember the time that
Cassie said she was in Dubai andshe had an ATV accident. And I
went back and I searched, andI searched and I searched, and I
found that photo. Bestie, shegot a cut on her head, her
nipp is busted. Everything. Youlook at that picture, that's a that's

(12:39):
not an ATV accident, that's Igot beat up. Yeah, And how
convenient would it be to say Ihad an ATV accident in Dubai because then
no one is going to expect youto have medical records in the US for
said accident, no type of reportfor said accident, because it happened out
of the country. So this manhas been brutalized in this girl. I

(13:03):
mean, she's already documented it,but for us to see it, that's
when it felt like the table wasshaken, you know what I'm saying,
because it's like, we done heardthis stuff. You know, we got
it, We have a grand ideathat he's trash. But it was like
the moment everyone saw it is wheneveryone became outraged. Yeah, because it's

(13:26):
still just hearsay until you say it, because we don't know them personally.
You know what, you understand whatI'm say unless you were involved in a
situation or the people personally. It'skind of just like here saying. It's
like with anything else until you actuallysee it. When you get a visual
and you see something, it's noway of going around it. And then
also you have to remember that thereare he also denied these things, so
you had we've never seen it before. All we have is Cassie's word,

(13:48):
and I hate the fact that, like I'm not saying the word against her
word, his word against her word. And then you know now that that's
why this was so funny. Whenthey say everything in the dark w always
come to light. Amen. That'slike one of the perfect examples of it
because it's like we all kind ofknew. I felt bad because like I'm

(14:09):
all over the place, but forthe for those who were against Cassie,
because you had absolutely yes those this. I hope this teaches people are lesson
also that like until you really reallyknow, don't discredit what someone says.
And when someone, as far asI'm concerned with someone says their abused,
I'm believing it until I until Isee differently. I'm not saying I'm attacking

(14:33):
to anyone, but I'm just becauseI feel like for you to come out
and say that you were abused, there was something there and had it whether
it happened fifty times or happened once, it was something there for you to
because no one wants to omit thatthey're that's not a comfortable thing to do,
to say I can beat up orI've been abused or I've been whatever
whatever your type of abuse is,right, right, So, but that
was it was it was. Itried to avoid it, but it was

(14:56):
like so hard because it wasn't hardto avoid and and it was the way
he kicked Like what was for meis that kick? Was that kick set
a lot number one? I knewhe never did it. For him to
do that the way he did it, that's been done, so he has
beaten her. Probably that was probablylike the fifty of sixty he was.
Yeah. My question to you, though, is like, do you feel

(15:18):
like, and I think Lunell saidit if that wasn't Cassie, if that
was I'm not gonna say j Lobecause I think that's what Une. Of
course, the reason why I'm sayingj Lo' is because j Loo is like
in a limelight too, Like doyou think like if this was let's say,
just say a white a white woman, a random just not someone of

(15:39):
celebrity status, just a white woman, do you think this is do you
think the hotel takes the money orhe easily pays this off and we don't
hear about this until how many yearslater? Because I feel like there's other
people that should be like, whyaren't the people at the hotel accountable for
this? Like yeah, not reportingright now for like wouldn't she have well,

(16:03):
I don't know, statue of limitations. I guess it's up. But
it's like she had a lawsuit againstthe hotel word word from what I understand
that hotel is not right. Yeah, because I would have I would have
spun the block on that hotel too. Yes, i'd have spun the block
on the hotel. I even wouldhave spun the block on what she did

(16:26):
in her lawsuit. She did nameother members because it wasn't just did other
member, other people on his teamthe record label and she got all of
them. Yeah, she got. That's why he had hurry up and settle
it because she did get at sheshe listed everybody, and he knew he
had that, you know what elseto now, it makes sense that he
settle because he knew that tape,he knew that footage was around. Let

(16:48):
me, let's start at the beginning. Let's start not at the beginning beginning,
but let's start at the beginning ofthis particular video. Okay, So
the rumor is that he paid aboutfifty thousand dollars to have to get have
this video suppressed. I don't knowif he paid fifty thousand dollars to have
it suppressed. Get I believe itmakes more logical sense that he got possession

(17:11):
of it. That way he cancontrol where this video goes. But then
how do you get possessions. I'mso confused because this is like twenty sixteen,
right, don't the average like Iwould imagine hotel security cam footage goes
to a cloud in twenty sixteen.I believe it was still them VHS tapes,
remember them old movies when they goback to the convenience estor and they

(17:32):
pulled the Vyard tape out twenty sixteen. I don't know if it we're talking,
but the type of hotel then they'realso talking. We're not talking like
no, we're talking like almost it'snearly twenty years ago. Yeah, we're
talking nearly twenty years ago. Istill believe, depending on the sophistication and
technology at that particular time, itmay have still been a VHS tape.

(17:56):
Okay, a drive at the veryleast. Okay, that's Whitely was.
Yeah, that quality wasn't given rememberbeta that quality about how far ago?
So that makes sense. I'm like, okay, I'm going I'm he had

(18:19):
possession. I think it was definitelya possession thing. Okay, So he
paid fifty thousand dollars he got possessionof the tape. Now, the timing
of the release of the tape thatI feel like strategic. I feel like
Homeland Security found that tape when theyraided his house. I do too.
It had to be you know what, you know what I when I really

(18:41):
really believed it was it was definitelythem because they didn't go to TMZ.
You want to get up and walkaway from this microphone? You understand you
about to make me get up andwalk away from this microphone. That's when
I was like, nah, governmentfeeding government, Yeah, yeah, you

(19:03):
are so right now? Also government, we wanted to also now because to
me, the whole goal is totaint the jewelry, entertain a jewey if
we if we get this rico gettingif we get off on this rico right,
So now, like what audience wouldlet would more likely be on the
Jewelry a CNN audience or AMTMZ audience. Girl, this is why you my

(19:26):
co host, because you're so smartand you're smart just everything. I appreciate
it. But I was just likeI was just thinking, like why because
it bothered me, Like where thetape? Who the hell we like,
who could have possibly? Who getsmotive out of like who gains from this?
And you know what though, Okay, I might be a little bit

(19:48):
smart too, because I told JBI was I said, once this video
come out, they are going tohave to scorch the earth to find a
juror that's not biased. Now whereyou going to go? It's World New
CNN's World, International, World World. Yeah. I saw people sharing that

(20:11):
video and other languages on Twitter.Oh that's ugly other languages And it wasn't
because you know, black people thinkeverything that ain't English is Spanish. It
wasn't even Spanish. Friend, itwasn't even Spanish. It wasn't even Spanish.
They was in other languages. Iwas like, I don't even have
my own idea what this is.Yeah, I've never seen an entertainment this

(20:32):
was an entertainment thing, like wellwe got to say Viddy's entertainment rights.
Yeah. Like if that was anybodyelse, you'd be like if this was
something different, TMZ, TMZ,TMS just like that, Like, that's
really sitting on the my frontal front, what is it? Frontal low?
Yeah, my frontal quartex something,my lace front. Yeah, this is

(20:56):
really sitting on my my my lacefront. Because I'm like the fact that
TMZ didn't get it, it didnot go to TMZ because you know TMZ
a paid top dollar, they wouldhave paid with the harp, would have
emptied the safe. Okay, okayfor that thing, the same way empty
the safe to get that Solange videowhooping jay Z in that. Yeah,

(21:21):
and hm, this is different. We're starting to watch too. It's so
much behind all of this, likethis is a whole nother show. We'll
be talking about this so much moretoo. But there's a bigger I mean,
the assassination of his character. We'rewatching the process of it right now,
and I'm not saying yeah, andI'm not saying it's not deserved.

(21:42):
Oh, it's very We're going tosee a lot, do you My question
to you, do you think we'llsee an arrest Madson? No, that's
the thing, And you know that'sthe most disturbing part about all this.
I do not see Diddy sitting behindbars. I don't. But I see
future settlements just like cassies. Youknow that, because before he had deniability,

(22:10):
right, he still had a sectorof people who was still buying the
bs, who was still like,ah, y'all, just the money grab
all y'all, hoes just want money. Rod Lion, Cassie Lion, the
girl from Detroit Lion, the ladyfrom New York lion, all these people
lying, the lady who said him, and Aaron hall Raper, everybody lion

(22:33):
and then you This is where Diddyfed up. He should have just sat
there and ate his food. Yeah, you know you did wrong, right,
and it's on tape, and youknow that there is video evidence you
said wrong. Right, Just sitthere and eat your food. Just be
quiet. And we are so weare such a society that is like,

(23:00):
oh, squirrel, our attention spanis so short. I'm still tripping off
the fact that even after that videocame out, twenty million people were still
following Diddy. Oh. I expectedto pull that up and see it drop
down to three and the three wouldbe his twins, Justin and Christian.

(23:25):
But twenty million people. But well, here's what I did notice. He
did lose one million followers. Hedown to nineteen point nine. That ain't
even a million, I don't butI was like, I'm out. And
some people were like, well, you know, people still want to be
nosy or whatever, be nosy withoutfollowing somebody. I think that's what a

(23:47):
lot of it is. No,it's a lot of different factors. With
that, I think, but yes, at this point, anybody that's supporting
him is it's kind of hard toespecially if you're a woman. If you're
supporting him, that's hard for y'allwill unfollow an artist who break her leg
and can't do her concert on Saturday, y'all will follow her because y'all mad,

(24:07):
y'all, y'all call Anita Baker ballheaded because she left y'all hanging in
Atlanta on mother's dad. Y'all, well, people telling me to free r
Kelly, y'all can free these buttcheeks and pick which one you're gonna kiss,
Like, what is so? Okay? So the video is out.

(24:30):
Deniability has been completely erased. Sonow let's let's look at the other cases.
Do you feel like now that hiscredibility, as if it wasn't already
awful, but now that we haveseen video evidence of this man putting hands
and literally brutally beating a woman, which he put out a full statement where

(24:52):
he denied all of that, doyou now feel like going into these other
lawsuits he gotta pot the piss inlike he basically would have to just go
ahead and just settle out each one, or do you feel like if he
does settle out each one, thenit almost adds more scarlet letters to his

(25:14):
He still gotta fight because even thoughand I'm not defending him, even though
like his credibility is shot, there'sstill some holes. I feel like Little
Ride in particular. I don't know, it's certain things that just don't add
up. But that's not for meto I mean, you still gotta you
still because there may be some thingsthat just aren't true, and you still
just gotta fight, Like I,he gotta fight at this point. He

(25:37):
gotta fight because if you settle witheveryone number one, that's gonna be a
whole lot of bridget And you stillgotta save money because I still believe that
the Fens, somehow, some wayare going to build a recoquse on the
city. Somehow they don't read yourhouse or nothing. They don't, they
won't, they just don't word.Hmmm, So my bread to fight that

(26:00):
that federal case. Yeah, Imean, that's why I would keep my
beriod because and then you also haveto think, with everything going down,
we're probably watching the crumbling of anempire. Because I don't see any more
money coming in now because I havea friend who works for Music Choice,
and she was like child thanks toDiddy, I got to stay up all

(26:22):
night because we're removing all his musicfrom our catalog. Wow, they've already
started pulling his music. It's gonnabe hard for him to have relationships with
anybody because the mayor the marriage thinkingabout sending the key to the city.
He can't even say, Pete Diddy, you know you got the keys to
the city. He ain't gonna beable to say that no more. So

(26:44):
it's like, so, I guess, all right. So we talked about
the future lawsuits as far as likehow he should handle those. So you
said you definitely believe he should fight. I feel like he already lost.
I feel like he already lost. Now it is at this point it's for
the plaintiffs to lose the case.Yeah, because at this point, I
feel like he's in a position wherehe's so fed up right now. It's

(27:07):
because it's like your honor x yz x y z, we have this
video evidence he did. It showsa pattern or a history of blah blah
blah blah. Yeah, I feellike he already lost those cases. Yeah,
it's I get what you're saying.Too. Yeah. Yeah, but
like you said, he came out. You know what, You've got a
good point because the fact that Ikeep forgetting the fact that he came out

(27:29):
with adamantly said, like I didn'tdo this. Yes, you put a
whole statement out when you should havein writing and left it up. Yoh,
and left it up and left itup for people come back and examine
it and repost it after the video, because you know that's what I did.
I reposted his statements and he ain'tdo none of that junk right alongside
the video. What do you got? Don't be forget? You had to

(27:49):
let him know, never forget becauseof the squirrel what you say? Would
you say? And I'm so glad, like shout out to you because that
stuff is extremely important in this timebecause how we forget like the tension span
is so short. Yeah, like, don't don't get an fd up.
This man just told us. Hejust told us, all of us,

(28:14):
me, you and the people whowasn't paying attention. He told all of
us. So you know it's it'sunfortunate. So then Sunday, so social
media is buzzing, right, youhave everybody speaking out. You got sed,
You're the entertainer speaking out saying thatit was disgusting and diabolical. You
had d l hugely speaking out sayingthat don't start that trying to take a
black man down mess, because thisain't you know, they left Hobi.

(28:37):
They love to tear a black mandown. What y'all gonna tell me next?
Did he was trying to buy NBC? Leave me alone? Wait for
them to say it was AI ifhe didn't come out and apologize. I
know somebody was saying the video wasn'treal. Ain't nobody say that? Whether
anybody, I ain't catch up,but I'm sure somebody way in the back
was hollering AI. I'm pretty suresomebody all the way in the back.

(28:57):
Who else spoke out? It wasjust a number of people. Erica Campbell
spoke out. It was a numberof people who just spoke out and supported
Cassie D Barnes. And you knowit's funny because I talk about the trickle
down effect. The trickle down effectof this video is like it triggered so
many other people who have been victimsof domestic violence. Right, so then

(29:18):
you have D Barnes. D Barneswas like, yeah, I got a
log off because I'm triggered because Igot punched, slammed, blah blah blah
blah by doctor Dre. Doctor Dreleft me with a concussion. So it's
like, okay, so now we'reabout to put doctor Dre back on the
summer jam screen. And then it'slike because, but then you have to
think about d Barnes. Doctor Dregot a pluck on the wrist. He
didn't even get a slack at therisk for what he did to D Barnes.

(29:41):
He got a pluck, right.Oh well, I mean Emily b
probably still put her denters on thenight stand that night, you know,
And it's I'm sorry, sorry, but I mean the way she you know.
I I don't condone any woman beingbeaten in any way, shape or

(30:03):
form. I just will never forgetthe visual of her out there standing tintos
down with Fab when Fab was tryingto fight her daddy and her daddy was
trying to protect Yeah, that's ayeah, that was horrible, and her
daddy was trying to protect her.But again, I don't understand how.
You know, I've never been avictim of abuse. I don't understand the

(30:26):
intricacies involved in like, you know, just the dependency and all. I
don't understand all of that, butfab like, there are so many people
who have been or are documented asabusing women who we just we still jam
into the tunes because we got ashort attention span. Yeah, and poor

(30:47):
Chris Brown, y'all won't let itay. I know now, so that
Chris Brown live please. Oh okay, but that's my question to you.
Okay, that's another that's another questionwe need to he was no, no,
no, we need to take abreak. We need to take a
break because, yeah, this oldestis so deep. I knew that this
was going to be deep. Listen, let's take a break. And when
we come back, and I gotto make sure I stay on point because

(31:07):
right now my brain is rubbish andI feel like we just hopscotching all over
the place. But we're gonna eventuallyget everything, all right, We'll be
right back, all right, Besty, I'm back, So listen, I
said I'm back, like you ain'tback too, Okay, hold on,
Let's let's talk about the trickle down. And then I want you to put
a pin in Chris Brown. Sothe trickle down, So Dee Barnes spoke

(31:30):
out, Tamar spoke out, saysshe was triggered, And I'm like,
why is Tamar saying she triggered?Totally forgot all about Vince allegedly biting her
finger down to the Atlanta Hotel.Remember that when yeah, Vince allegedly jumped
on Tamar and bitter finger. Yes, and then so it was a whole
bunch of stuff. Then Rocky Thunderand some of y'all like, who is

(31:51):
that? Well, Rocky Thunder shewas in the entertainment industry, but I
remember her, and I was introducedto her through Love and Hip Hop.
She was on Love and Hip Hop. Her and Joe Button was tight.
There was two peas in the pot. They eventually fell out because I think
she didn't get along with one ofhis girlfriends. I think he was with
Tahiri at the time, but Iremember I think her and to hear he
got into a fight at a poolparty or something. I might be remembering
that wrong, but I remember somebodyjumped on Rocky Thunder at a pool party.

(32:15):
Anyway, So Rocky Thunder was like, okay, Well, since we
exposed in the truth, I toldVan Laythan in twenty nineteen that did he
was abusive and he didn't listen.Wow, And I was like, oh,
not Van Latham Lathan. And youremember Van Leathan used to work for
Timse and she was like and healso told Joe Button where his baby mama

(32:37):
was when she was hiding from him. So now she done killed two birds
with two stones. Wow, shedone went after, she done went after.
She don't put Van on blasts right, and she put Joe on.
So I'm like, hold on,Joe, wait, Joe, Joe donet
caught a bullet to right. SoVan comes back. And one thing that

(33:01):
I do appreciate about Van is thatVan faces Van faces everything. That's what
I like. I like Van.I like Van a lot he because I
feel like he really wants to bea good dude, and just like all
of us, he is. He'sa flawed human, but at the end
of the day, he really wantsto be a good person. And so

(33:22):
he came back and he said, you know what, let me explain,
and he gave me the longest thesisstatement to ed talk I have ever seen
in my life explaining. But itwas all good because they gave me clarity.
So he said that Rocky Thunder cameto him with Gina. Gina is
Diddy's other former girlfriend girl. Itis all connected. I promise six degrees.

(33:44):
The separation is a joke. Itis three degrees. Gina is the
former girlfriend that did he had thatwent to Tasha K. She went to
Tasha K I think in twenty nineteenand told Tasha how did he allegedly beat
her up? How he used topunch her in the side of her head
because her would cover up the bruisesrather than hitting her in the face.
Okay. She also said that hestopped her stomach while she was pregnant.

(34:06):
She also said that she had backand forth with Cassie because he was bouncing
back and forth between her and Cassieat the time. And then she also,
you know, just detailed the numberof things. So Rocky wanted to
book Gina with Van, but atthe time Van showed the red pill was
under TMZ's umbrella. Now Rocky wantedto get Gina with Van because Van is

(34:31):
under tmz umbrella, which will amplifywhatever she says. Right, So Van
like he watched Tasha K's interview,he was like, you know, I
really don't I mean, honestly, you know, so at the time,
Diddy was still in a very strong, powerful position, right, and let's
just keep it a bean. Heain't wanted flat out say it, but

(34:53):
I ain't messing with Diddy, LikeI'm not getting involved in that. This
ain't my circus, this ain't heHe ain't my clown. And so he
was just like, well, youknow, I really don't want to do
the interview. And plus, youknow, me and Diddy cool, like
he talking to me about coming toRevolt. So she took that as,
oh, you're covering up for afriend. Okay, understandable though to a

(35:15):
certain degree. All right, Sothen she says that Sin Santana wanted to
do an interview with Van and thenSin was going to do the interview with
Van and then Van as a courtesyto Joe, because he knew that at
some point the conversation was going togo to her relationship with Joe, So

(35:35):
as a courtesy, he wanted tocall Joe and be like, Hey,
Sin is coming and just wanted tokind of give you a heads up that
you know, I know the conversationmay eventually go to you, and you
know, and I just don't wantyou to think I was trying to kick
your back in. Here's why I'mgoing to call cap on Van because do
the interview with Sin first, becauseSin, if you ask her about Joe,

(36:00):
Sin may say no comment, right. True. True. He said
that when he called Joe to tellJoe that Sin was coming to do the
interview at the time, he hadno idea that there were allegations of abuse
and Joe's relationship with Sin. Nowthis is news to me. I didn't
even know that there were allegations ofabuse and their relationship. I thought he

(36:21):
was cheating, Okay. I didn'tthink there were allegations of abuse his relationship
with Sin. To hear he yes, yeah, yeah, all everybody before
Sin. Yeah. But I thoughtshe got. I thought Sin got not
put my hands on women, nomore Joe, right right, I've been

(36:43):
right. I then cleaned up myact dot and did some therapy Joe.
I thought that's the joke she had. But we all know Joe Gonna loved
him hoes. Okay, so Ithought she was dealing with I'll be cheating
Joe. I didn't know there wasa point in time where Sin was literally
high from Joe. Oh wow,and she was hiding according to Rocky Thunder

(37:05):
and according to Van because Van said, I apologize for that because I was
not aware that there were allegations ofabuse. But I'm gonna call cap On
Van because Van, what allegiance didyou have to Joe to call him ahead
of time? Like typically do theinterview. If the interview goes left,
then you can right call. LetYeah, that that'll make sense. That

(37:30):
only give Joe a courtesy call.Hey, she haven't even said anything yet.
You didn't do the interview. Shecan't say nothing yet. It's like,
hey, something I interviewed Carla. Some things were said that may not
be you know, shed a verygood light on you. I want to
give you the opportunity to listen tothe interview, give me a statement,

(37:50):
or you decide if you want tocome in and share your side of the
story. You don't blow somebody upbefore they even open their mouth if you
have no idea that something's going on. Yeah, cap On van on that
Yeah, yeah, me too.I'm calling cap But anyway, I do
appreciate him taking accountability. He didapologize to Rocky. He said, if
you know, if she felt likehe didn't listen, all right, So

(38:12):
then Meanwhile, Joe Joe has kindof skated through the cracks of this alleged
abuse stuff with Sin Santana. Buthe did come under fire because his podcast
came out on Saturday. They recordon Friday, that video dropped on Friday,
and there was not a peep ora word about Diddy on that podcast.
People was like, Sir, SirJoseph Joseph Buttonator, what is going

(38:38):
on and why because in the timestamp, the time stamp said that they
talked about Diddy, but if youlisten to the episode, it's not there.
Because I was I will get questionedearly Saturday morning because I wanted to
hear what he was going to sayabout his boy Diddy, because he has
he ever said anything about Diddy.Though I thought he kind of stayed away
from the whole thing, he hadbeen skating. He definitely been skating.

(39:00):
Understand how it can get murky ifyou have relationships with certain people and then
they do they do things that arethat's my question, all right, So
it's my question to you, rightall right, if you're I guess podcast,
I can't say I guess. Thiswould be more for a journalist,
like, isn't it your job, though at a certain point to report it,
whether it's your friend or not,the report what's going on to your

(39:22):
audience or discussing. Even as apodcaster, people look look at Joe's a
big voice. People want to knowJoe's opinion, right, right? What
about Okay? So what about this? So say, for instance, I
don't want to put this on yourjacket, but say if you did something
really really bad and it's a reallyreally big deal, guess what. That's
why I want to be No,you would just have to talk. You

(39:43):
probably want to talk about it.That's why I couldn't do. I couldn't
be a journalist or something or beall right, this is what I'll say,
okay, especially in a celebrity realm. I couldn't put myself in that
position because I know at one timeI wouldn't be doing my job if I
couldn't say anything about I think it'sthe line. I don't No, it's
weird because then that doesn't make youa good if you only speak good of
someone and you don't speak the badof them too, Like, doesn't that

(40:06):
make you Nike? I don't know? What about this? What about this?
So in the event that you foundyourself in a tough position, a
bad position, and everybody know me, and you've been podcasting together for over
ten years. We've been besties evenlonger, right, right, So if
it becomes a situation where there's astory and people looking at me like what

(40:29):
you're gonna say, is Aviira right? I could see myself or do you
feel like this is acceptable? Ireport the story and then I say something
to the effect of I'm sure allof you are fully aware that I have
a very close relationship with Carlos,so I want to keep my personal thoughts
of using opinions. That's all.You still have to discuss it though,

(40:50):
right, Okay, So then afterJoe, I agree with that. So
after Joe got called on the carpet, he spun the block, he came
back, he went on like Twitterspaces or one of them little spaces where
you'd be talking to people, andhe said that they did like it was
breaking news. While they were recordingthe podcast, they gave their immediate thoughts,
views, and opinions on the situationin real time, and after the

(41:12):
pod was over that I think itwas Imani pulled him to the side and
was like, hey, because ofthe magnitude of this, y'all may want
to consider like like letting I guess, like basically like letting its sit in
your spirit and really think about whatyou're going to say versus just flying off
the cuff and just speaking off thetop of the dome. Be more responsible

(41:37):
and commentary, be more responsible andyour responses to it. Now, I
understand both sides of that, butI feel like if we had got that
breaking news reaction, that was thereal reaction. Now you've got time to
go home and sit up and thinkabout how to politically correctly say these certain
things and how not the step onthis and how not the step on that.

(42:00):
Listen, y'all can give me firstreaction, go home, and then
come back and then say, hey, I thought about this right right.
Maybe I shouldn't have said this.Maybe I was irresponsible and skipping over this.
I should have addressed this part.I should have because now it seems
contrived. It seems like you wentwomen put together a nice little script to

(42:22):
make sure you don't say the wrongthing. Blah blah blah. Take but
I know what that was about. That was about you can't be saying this
that and the third when niggas outhere know that you you pop all and
kettle, so you've got to becareful and mindful of what you say.
Yeah, that's true because people gotthe same the same letterman's jacket that did

(42:45):
he just put on. You've beenwearing it allegedly for years. Yeah,
that's true. Eat him down club. That's why a lot of them are
quiet too. Of course. Listen, I implore all y'all, and I
told you guys on my Saturday nightchat and go watch that on YouTube.
I told all of y'all to goto Ditty's page and look who in the

(43:05):
comments. Yes, King putting, putting crowned emojis putting hard love. I
could call off about five people rightnow that are at the top of their
game that be in them comments goinghard for Ditty, and I think it
was one of those things. Theywere going hard for him because they was
like, Hey, if he comeout unscathed, I still need a track,
I still need that collab, Istill need that juice, I still

(43:29):
need that endorsement. I still needthat of course, So let me stay
alive. He ain't stepping we ain'tsaid, I ain't going to sever the
bag. Ain't severing ties, andthat's the truth. A lot of them
are that way. And you knowwho I was very disappointed with, because
of course I told you everybody wasreleasing their statements on and so forth.
But I was really really disappointed inmc light, And I just got to

(43:50):
say it. And as much asI love Light, like ass up,
I love me some mc light, but I was so disappointed in her because
there's a lot of performative stuff goingon right now with all these statements and
so on and so forth. Andmc light put out a statement on behalf
of her hip Hop sisters or something, and the statement was basically, you
know, the same chat GPT statementa lot of people putting out, we

(44:13):
don't condone domestic violence. We standwith victims and so on and so forth,
and it's unacceptable and we we sendour love and our prayers to sister
Cassie and so on and so forth. But mc Light, I pulled up
on social media four or five timesyou was in bally with Russell Simmons.
I mean, I don't know. That's kind of tricky though, because but

(44:37):
what I mean are the friends.Yeah, she's friends with Russell Simmons,
but Russell Simmons got over twelve sexualassault laws. I mean, can you
just cut a friend off because ofaccusations? Like that gets tricky? That
gets tricky. I told her,I told you, I get out there
doing some dumb shit, then youjust hang with me at the house.

(45:00):
We won't go outside and take pictures. And well, we've never seen russ
I mean, he was accused, but we we didn't see. It's different.
I think the situation is different. We've seen did he be in Cassie?
Okay, all right, you're shootinglights and Bill, Okay, I'll
rock with I don't think. Ijust think what that's tricky because like,
think about it, like somebody canaccuse you of anything. I'm not saying

(45:20):
that he didn't do it, butanybody can accuse you of anything, and
you just gonna separate your time.We don't know how long they've been friends.
That could be a lifelong friendship.I'm just saying, all right,
I'm still like I was just likeall right, Like I was rolling my
eyes at her and everything. Iwas like, all right. So let's

(45:44):
circle back around to Chris Brown, because we done have him sitting on ice
for a minute. The video ofDiddy. Did he puts out this apology
on Sunday of apology video the mosttrash ass apology video I've ever seen in
my life. Definitely Hall of Famertrash ass apology video. In the video,

(46:07):
he matter of fact, let mejust play it for y'all because I
ain't even drawn to Yeah, Iwas to reflect on the darkest times in
your life. Sometimes you gotta dothat. I was fucked up. I
mean, I had rock bottom.I make no excuses. My behavior on

(46:30):
that video is inexcusable. I takefull responsibility for my actions in that video.
I'm disgusted. I was disgusted thenwhen I did it. I'm disgusted
now when and I saw our professionalhelp got to go into therapy. We're

(46:53):
going to rehab. I had toask God for his mercy and Gray,
I'm so sorry, but I'm committedto be a better manage and every day

(47:15):
I'm not asking for forgiveness. I'mtruly sorry. Okay, first of all,
you ain't got to ask for forgivenessbecause you ain't getting it over here.
Secondly, did you peep Pale, because now we're putting on our judge
matthis law and order had did youpeep how he kept saying in that video

(47:38):
and that video he's setting he's basicallysetting the stage for it was a one
time occurrence, and that video andthat video, and so one of the
criticisms that did he received after puttingout this apology video was that he never
directly apologized to Cassie. Right,he can't. Yep, that's right,

(48:01):
I can't because their settlement, Iguess had some type of NDA A street
and the NDA clause that says thathe and Cassie cannot discuss or mention each
other's names in public. Oh wow, she can't either. That makes sense.
Yeah, of course she would haveto. Yeah, because that's that's
that's gonna stop. You can't runyour mouth and get the bag. You

(48:22):
can't. Okay, that's gonna stopher book, her memoir. That's gonna
stop her everything on the tamer andHall trying to get everybody. But it
makes sense because once you settled,it means that we've all the damages and
everything, We've paid for everything youyou can't be compensated anymore for like that
makes sense. Okay, Yeah,I thought he couldn't say I thought I
remember, he couldn't say her nameor something or talk about her either,

(48:45):
so he can't mention her name orwhatever. But so this apology comes out,
and I just feel like the apologyis just drenched in narcissism. But
there are some certain people like KellyPrice who jumped out there and wrote prayer
for him and told him to,you know, go to God and all
that and listen at the end ofthe day. I was raised under the

(49:08):
Bible, okay, and I wasraised in church, and my grandma taught
me about the love and the forgivenessand all the great things that come from
our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. And I understand the Christian thing to
do for somebody is to pray. But guess what Kelly Price, Peter Thomas,
all, y'all performative ass negroes whogot on social media trying to basically

(49:30):
send Diddy the bat signal to lethim know that we're still in your corner
if you survive this, because Ineed a track later on or I need
an investment, y'all can keep that. Because to pray for somebody, if
you sincerely want somebody to pray forthemselves. First of all, y'all,
Kelly Price you ain't got Diddy's number, right, That's what I was gonna
say, Why are you coming out? And that's where that's where they lose

(49:51):
me. But it it's bullshit becauseif you gonna pray for somebody, you're
gonna pray and you can you callthem on Okay, You're not gonna put
it on social Okay, like aboutDM if you you don't have to d
why you got to put it tothe front for all of us to see
it because you trying to be performative. And I feel like y'all need to
shut the hell up. If Cassieain't coming out saying that she forgive him
or were y'all how about this?Where the prayers for Cassie though? Right?

(50:15):
Straight up, Kelly Price, where'syour prayer for Cassie? Peter Thomas,
where's your prayer for cast? Straightup y'all sitting up writing all these
prayers and for redemption and prayers youknow, for for atonement and this that
and the third for Diddy and theLord. Let Diddy and Jesus talk that
out in the corner. You mind, y'all got dn Kelly Price, you
had us thinking you was missing Theykidnapped. Word, you have yet to

(50:38):
tell us where the hell you wasat. Straight up, Cloud's a hell
of a drug man. Listen,Cloud, don't because why y'all come me
and you all the time, allthe and I'll be on the phone and
plenty of people I prayed for,and I've never done it over social media,
Okay. I never wrote a fullon ass out prayer for nobody on

(50:58):
social media, especially somebody, somebodywho has done something so egregious that it
will literally turn the stomach of ourLord and Savior Jesus. Come on now,
miss me. Like Kelly Price wasjust and she always seems this.
It's a reason why she got meblocked. Yeh, she just so.
And then Nicki Gilbert, Nicki Gilbertgonna turn around and blame the media tearing

(51:22):
up black and brown family. Youknow, Niki Nikki, you know Nikki
Like, but let me talk, let me talk to the black Let me
talk to a sector of black Now, let me talk to a certain sector
of black people right now who truly, honestly get on my nerves and get
under my skin. There's a sectorof y'all black people who really really get
on my nerves and y'all are thewell, what about such and such people?

(51:45):
If if Diddy is caught on videoputting his hands on Cassie, don't
talk to me about Shia buff talkto me, but y'all talk about r
Kelly. Don't talk to me aboutHarvey Weinstein. Harvey at my business exactly?
You know what that mind you?I ain't mean to cut you off
when you tell your mama, butmama, such as such did it?

(52:07):
They got to do with what theytried to do with me? What?
No, what do that got todo with the price of tea in China?
That one? Yo? Yeah? That order old way. So such
as jump off the Brooklyn Bridge,Like y'all, why was it always the
Brooklyn Bridge? And I'm sorry allover the place? Why was it always
Brooklyn? I guess it was apopular bridge. I don't know, I

(52:31):
don't know. See how easy wesquirrel? Squirrel? What about the bridges
in the architecture? Yeah, Soit's like that is so annoying to me
because number one, I feel like, stop always can just because somebody white
committed a crime and somebody black committeda crime, Just because someone white committed

(52:53):
crime and didn't and wasn't held accountable. Don't don't Does it make a black
crime right? It doesn't make ablack crime right? Or will we trying
to equal things out when we're goingand I don't like that? I'm so
happy you said this. This issuch a needed conversation for the whole community
that goes on a lot. Ihear it, probably we all hear it,
probably twice a week. Try hereit twice a day. It is

(53:15):
absolutely ridiculous. We would have beltsuch and such, we would have about
such and such. Well, guesswhat that is not As far as I'm
concerned, he is not my problemin the black community. Now, if
Harvey Weinstein was over there trying totouch on Nea Long or Angela Bassett or
something as man, we got ourown battles, like we we So this

(53:37):
is why our community is in disarraybecause we won't even police our own community
because we comparing the crimes of othercommunities to ours. And if they get
away with it, then then whyare we on this preach? That's facts,
and that's going on all over inso many different parts of life.
Come on, now, grow up, But you thinking cap on and it

(54:00):
up? Put your what is calledput your poosheisty on right. Word,
it's so stupid. Okay, SoI've been trying to get to this Chris
Brown. Yes, So there's asector of people who feel like this video
is from twenty sixteen. Did heput his hands on Cassie? Did he

(54:22):
claim he went the therapy? Heclaimed that he went to rehab. He
claims that he did soul searching andthis, that and the third, and
that he's that he changed him.He working on being a better man every
day. So you look at peoplelike doctor Dre, you look at people
like Diddy, You look at peoplelike Joe Budden, people who have been
accused and or proven to have abusedwomen. You look at people like fab

(54:49):
right, you look at people likeChris Brown. So doctor Dre is out
here thriving so much so that BThas given him his own award to give
out the other people. Meanwhile,Chris Brown ain't even looud to come on
stage and dance like word. Somy question to you is who who is

(55:09):
eligible? And I just I feellike as Brian Brian Simpson's gonna always live
in my head when he that questionis flawed. Brian, he told me,
he told me in our interview,he was like, that's a flawed

(55:30):
question. So from now when I'mlike, every time I'm getting ready to
ask him, I hear him inthe back of my head like, and
I know this is a flawed question, but I'm gonna ask it anyway.
Who is eligible for forgiveness and whoisn't? That's like who is there?
I know where you're going with itnow. I feel you. I feel
like I feel where you're coming fromwith that, because it is it makes

(55:51):
you question, like y'all act likesome people are able to be forgiven us
something, not like who made thislist? Where's it at, who's a
charge of it? And are weallowed to And that's what the type of
I don't know when this started. But first of all, everybody is I
believe able you should forgive everyone. It ain't about you, it ain't about
them, right, we all knowthat. But I think more of your

(56:14):
question is do you think that right? And that's what it is, forgiveness
go to God. But I thinkdo you know what? I think the
question? I think what you're tryingto say too, like can you come
back? What? What? What? What are some offenses? Are some
things that you can do? Thatyou just can't come back from. Is
that is that right, Michael? For R Kelly Ie R Kelly can't come
back? Right, Yeah, becausethat's I think pedophild anything with children me

(56:38):
personally, these are just my things. Anything with children that involves that a
failure. It's no, it's reallynot. No comeback like that's between you
one guy, like like I justeven with extensive therapy, I think that's
just one thing. I'm trying tothink of. What else? Yeah,
rape is probably another one. Welldid you check that box to a COORDI

(57:01):
yeah, But I just think thatthat's a question for them and their God.
But I do believe that people can. But listen, Okay, you're
right, You're definitely right. Butlet's look at it from a society standpoint,
right, Okay, is there achecklist of things that people must pass
or must fulfill their obligation or theiratonement checklist in order to be forgiven.

(57:22):
Now there's an argument. There's anargument regarding Chris Brown because one argument is
Chris Brown was eighteen nineteen years oldwhen he did what he did to Rihanna.
His front told his lace front wasn'talready wasn't fully grown at the point,
you know what I'm saying, Atthat point, he made a poor
decision. Right, So they're like, y'all still holding him accountable for something

(57:45):
he did as a teenager. AndChris Brown, damn near almost forty years
old. Right. But there's anotherargument of people who says, okay,
Chris Brown did what he did toRihanna. But Chris Brown has had multiple
infractions sent Rihanna, which keeps hiscar Fax report with dings because remember Caruci

(58:05):
had to get a restraint in order. Yeah, and you know, if
you let some people tell it,he tried to put hands on Tianna Taylor.
He's just angry, yeah, andhe's any And it's a history of
violence with Chris Brown. It is. Wasn't his mother abused? Right?
Yeah? But I mean it's justa history period, even after wh threw
the chair through g m A ohmy gosh, that was after he threw

(58:27):
the chair through the gym. Especiallyviolence and public too, like right or
the aftermath of it. Because Ifeel like after the Rihanna thing, if
Chris Brown had put on his haylevel and just danced down and made them
tunes, he would have been good. Fact money facts that's true. I

(58:49):
agree it have been good money. But it's like you your repe you know
what I'm saying, and I think, and that's going to upset some people,
but I just I mean, let'sjust be honest. You have a
very good point. Let's just behonest about all the perspectives on it.
This is why some people are stillhollering. It wasn't just Rihanna, this
is his person. This is acharacter flaw right because doctor Dre and and

(59:17):
this is in no way, shapeor form intended to disrespect D or to
Michelle A or whomever else because Idon't even know what Nicole got in the
tug Nicole his wife, Nicole Young. But after I don't know was D
before or after Michelle A? Ithink after after Okay, after D.

(59:39):
There has been no record whatsoever ofdoctor dre none true, no record whatsoever.
So then that's what allows people toforget or not even so much forget.
And it's a bad choice because Ifeel like one time you made a
mistake, two times it's a choice, so or Warren. And So I

(01:00:00):
think that's where a lot that's wherea lot of it comes from too,
because I believe you can miss,But you can redeem yourself from certain things
if you work hard at it andit's not done again, and you put
in the work and you kind ofyou try to show. I mean,
listen, when you go to jail, they give you a sentence, They
give you a certain amount of timethat they feel like will be that is

(01:00:24):
fit. What is the word I'mlooking for that is comparable to whatever crime
you committed? But jail we forgot. But jail is supposed to be a
place of rehability, right, that'sa joke, But that's what it's supposed
it is. It's supposed to bea big ass time out for you big

(01:00:45):
grown, grown people who do bad, bad things. Jail is supposed to
be the ultimate timeout. But someof y'all go to jail and hone your
crafts. And some of y'all goto jail and learn and pick up new
crimes, or come worse than comingout than you did going in, or
you just don't change at all andyou just come back out do it again
and go right back. But thatis what it's supposed to be. So

(01:01:07):
I feel like, as someone whois very you're famous, you have a
lot of eyes on you. Youmake a huge mistake or a huge choice
that was not the right choice.I think it's best to try to walk

(01:01:30):
the finest line that you can. It's almost like Tiffany had to get arrested
for drunk driving. Oh tiff comeon, damn tif come on, you
gotta do better. Sis. Oneyear later, Tiffany Hattish arrested again for
drunk driving. It's like, yo, okay, just take her keys,
take her keys. At this point, it's an addiction. Like you said,
it's a choice. It's a choiceat this point. So it's like

(01:01:52):
the first time it could have beenYo, we all done got caught snipping
and everybody remember that one time y'alltried to make it home from the club
knowing good and god darned well, you should have been in a yeah,
yeah, yeah, but it's it'sjust But again, my question is who
was eligible for forgiveness and who isn'tbecause some of y'all let certain people make

(01:02:14):
it and who you love. Itall comes down, like we always say,
more popularity because listen, Robert DowneyJunior was the biggest crackhead in Hollywood
at one point in time. Yeah, now he iron man, Yeah yeah.
His story is so amazing. Itis that because he put in the
work and you have to yep,let me find an example of a black

(01:02:39):
man, because they'd be like, sure they wouldn't. Got to wait,
but it's white or black. That'sprobably one of the best comeback stories.
I well, maybe Samuel l right, but Samuel wasn't in his career during
his diction. Was he was heon that issue when he was Gator?
I don't know. It's a goodquestion. Hmm. I can't think of

(01:03:00):
black, but Robert Downey Jr.Is such a great example. I don't
care whether we don't care what y'allthink about as far as black white were
speaking, as far as people ingeneral, we gotta stop black and white
and everything too. Some things itis black and white. Don't get me
wrong, We have to separate. But some things are just just like you
were saying earlier, stop comparing onecrime to the next, you know,

(01:03:21):
because they're white or you know,but nah, that's a that's that's the
hell of a comeback story. It'sRobert Downey Jr. But I feel like
everyone that's between God as far asforgiveness, But I agree with you.
You know, if you're a peatdefender. It gets people. Don't forget.
People just don't forget because it's likeyou just adding on, you piling
on. It's like, yeah,to work your way back. It does,

(01:03:44):
you know. And as talented andas amazing as Chris Brown is,
I mean, Rihanna wasn't the onlyblemish on his car. And again,
we are all flawed human beings. But when you are in the public eye
and when you have a spotlight onyou, baby, you under a magnifying
Yeah, whether you like it ornot, whether you like it or you

(01:04:08):
chose that, you chose that life. Yeah, you chose that career.
Truth. All right, let's takea break. When we come back,
I want to talk about this CameronCNN interview, and then we're gonna just
go ahead and wrap up the Diddyand Cassie segment because you know, I
could go on and on and ontalk about just shout out to all y'all
who out here doing dirt. Yes, Kat Williams doesn't set the tone,

(01:04:29):
baby did me. He doesn't setthe tone. And people ready to out
your ass. You best get onthe good foot, getting your prayer closet,
ask God to the speak to myheart. But as the Lord,
tell you better talk to Jesus. You better get him on the gain line.
Get him on the main line, because I got him on the main

(01:04:50):
line, and I ain't about topray for none of y'all little tragic ass
people. Y'all better get your livestogether, because people telling now telling,
and I keep telling you. Weare done creating safe spaces for people who
do wrong. We done. Weoff that right, So let's take a

(01:05:10):
break and we'll be right back.Okay, I seec, friends, we
are back. Thank you so muchfor tuning into today's show. We invite
you to be a part of theshow by dropping down in the comments wherever
you listen to share your thoughts,of views, and opinions on the topics
discussed today. Let us know, what do you think about the video of
Diddy abusing Cassie? What do youthink about the apology video? What are
your thoughts on redemption? Like whatare the prerequisites or what are the markers

(01:05:36):
that need to be met in orderfor someone to move past like a huge
or major transgression or blemish? Goahead, Carly, got something you want
to say. I was just thinkinganother person I was thinking about we never
I don't remember him having a secondoffense. Why we don't forgive Michael Vick.
M he was one of the onesI think. I think black people

(01:05:56):
have forgiven Michael Vick, Michael Bay, He've been at the barbecue for been
at the barb for years. It'sstill the white people that be hollering what
about from it? It beat thembad, It beat them bleach blonde,
bat body women. That's stillid Yeah, that's true. But it was just
it was more than them. Itwas it was it was the industry,
really, because what is Mike Vicdoing now, Like Mike Vic should being

(01:06:17):
somebody's front off like they on myfront office job with something, some some
ESPN something Sunday some I saw,Well, he did share pictures he was
with his mom and then on Mother'sDay. I didn't see that. I
was like, he's still chuckling andfine, though, yes, right,
the Lord is my shepherd, youknow what. I'm yeah, so,

(01:06:38):
but you're right, Michael Vick.Wow, he was another one who really
but it was a big, big, one time offense and he even went
to jail. Yeah that's a wholenother but I'm not but I'm like you,
it was I think it's more.It was more. It's more white
people that kind of just didn't letit go and dog lovers that ah yeah,

(01:07:00):
yep, got them. You gothurt children. Bro, It's a
whole nother show. I just thoughtabout that too. There are some people
who love dogs more than humans.Yeah, humanout they dog. I don't
remember them getting this upset about someof these child abusers. I'm just sitting
thinking, okay, all right, sick but all right, girls, look

(01:07:24):
that's a whole nuther us all overthe police. So last, but not
least, we want to talk aboutthe most current event was Cameron appearing on
CNN last night. Shout out toAbby d Philip because she is one of
the most professional and beautiful black menthe way she handled Cameron throughout that video.
So basically, Cameron was invited onCNN, and I said, first

(01:07:47):
it was James Brown, then itwas Glowrilla, and now we got Cameron
because you know, James Brown wasliving in the very and then Glowriala was
like at the end of the day, the day got the aid. I
was like, okay, And thenCameron went on there last night and they
were trying well, Abby was tryingto ask him about the Diddy video,

(01:08:10):
the assault video, the apology video. She was trying to ask Cameron,
you know, just about Diddy's demeanorand behavior in the music industry. And
Cameron basically was on some y'all brotherhere to talk about Diddy like I wasn't
around Diddy, Like y'all should havebrought Mason here to if y'all wanted to
talk about Diddy like that. Butit was Cameron's antics. Cameron ingested some

(01:08:33):
horsepower of live erectile. Was thatlive? I believe it was live?
Wasn't me? Or was he shakingthough when he took the horse tied his
head he was shaking. That wasso many different things that went on when
I saw that video. I didn'tthink Cameron looked his best. That's what
he definitely, But you know whatI this is what I noticed about Cameron.

(01:08:56):
And I don't know if this isjust me or if it's a telltale
sign anytime Cameron is not fully onehundred percent comfortable and whatever antic he is
pulling off, either his bottom liplip shakes or his hand shakes, his
eye the horsepower to go back andlook at when he drank the horsepower so
years because I was concerned. I'mlike, he is he great? Explode?

(01:09:18):
Like he was trembling, like ishe? So that makes sense.
Then he was uncomfortable and he it'salmost like it's almost like one of those
things like yo, I know,I'm about to show out stuff, but
I don't feel one hundred percent indoing it, Like I'm not one hundred
percent confident in it. Try totry to regulate itself. That's what it
looked like. The man listen therace was shaking his hand. I'm like,

(01:09:39):
oh, gosh, is he greatexplode? The first time I saw
him do that was when he wason one O six in Park and he
was trying to uh send a warningdisc to NAS And the whole time he
was talking, his bottom lip wasshaking, and I was like, you
trying to talk tough, but youdon't even feel fully confident in what you're

(01:10:01):
doing. And so here's just alittle bit of a CNN interview. Hold
on the video was egregious. I'magainst I don't support all the charges that's
alleged against him. I don't supportany of that, trafficking minors, domestic

(01:10:21):
violence, I'm totally against it.So when I seen the video. Yeah,
I was kind of upset with it, not being that I know him,
He's not necessarily a friend, butyeah, I was upset when I've
seen it. But did you recognizeI just said, did you recognize that
kind of anger at all? Fromyour experience like that? What do you
mean do I be recognized? DoI recognize him? I've seen him?

(01:10:43):
What do you mean my experiences?I've seen them, and I thought it
was disgusted. I didn't do itzooming to see if it was really him
or nothing, But he admitted itwith him, so yeah it was him.
What did you think about the apologythat he gave in that other video?
Ain't me for this apology? Ain'tfor me to decide for Cassie when
I think about it, don't matter. Ain't doing nothing to me. Cassie

(01:11:06):
need to need as Cassie or sheaccept the apology I told you, I
feel I said what I said.I want to play a conversation that you
had on your podcast. Then thisfast forward to the very end when he
starts questioning once she gets sick ofhim. All right, I mean I

(01:11:28):
might get some more information out ofMacee from there, But for me,
to tell you how puff acting order. I don't know another was signed to
him. Yeah, what about theindustry in general? I mean so many
people have pointed out that did hecouldn't get away with this stuff if there
weren't a lot of people protecting him. Do you think that's the case?
Who the talent agent for this dream? Like? Do you think I'll be

(01:11:50):
sitting around watching what did he do? And all this? I didn't know
this was a Diddy joint that wasinvited me to Yo? Who booked me
for this joint? All right?I don't and that Thanks thanks for joining
us, Thank you for your timetonight, thank you, thank you for
having me being here. Hood thatwas so Yeah that I feel different ways

(01:12:14):
about that. There was Cameron couldhave handled that interview better. He could
have at his age. Now,I get it, because Cameron has always
gotten and showing his ass in frontof like the press. I get it.
That's that's the thing, that's whathe's Yeah, but I feel like
when you get to a certain age, it's it's not cute, like you
could have handled that more professionally.I understand like him feeling some type of
way like you brought me on here, to. But that's something to take

(01:12:35):
up with whoever, like you said, whoever booked you were, She's doing
her job, bestie. I'm gonnaI'm gonna call Cap on all this ship
and I'm gonna tell you what I'mcalling Cap. Seeing him calls Cameron to
ask him to come on here.Okay, he don't know why he going
one that you think it? Definitelydon't they like? Yeah, because what

(01:12:55):
else would they be bringing you on? They're not bringing you on here to
talk about that. It is whatit is. You don't know why CNN
call you don't have an inclination. If someone called me right now and said,
hey, javierre We and we reallyare fans of ice cream conbos,
we would love to have you onCNN. I'm expecting to go on there
and talk about Diddy or talk aboutwhatever. The latest hot time is just

(01:13:15):
like the times of you you've guessedon TMC. Yeah, they bring me
on to talk about whatever. Yeah, So sir, don't act like you
don't know why you was there. You knew why you was going, and
you had a plan. You wasn'tfully confident in the plan. That's why
you was shaking. Yeah, Iwas about to ask you what was the
endgame for that. The plan wasnumber one. He promoted his horse power.

(01:13:39):
That's that's his brain, which nobody'sstill not going sup. And then
he also promoted that it is whatit is podcast and noted that it comes
on eight am every week days onYouTube. So he got that. He
squeezed that into so you knew whatyou was going on there. So I
had, like you said, therethey come out of this feeling you come

(01:14:00):
to come out of it fill inseveral different ways. The N word in
me thought it was funny, rightright in the N word in me,
it's like typical Cameron, because weknow Cameron to be. Somebody was like,
get Rico off of CNN, righttrue. The N word in me
thought it was funny. The adultin me was like, bruh, like

(01:14:21):
this is embarrassing. Yeah, that'show I got I felt more of it.
Yeah, this this the secondhand embarrassment. Come on. Lastly, someone
else pointed this out that Cameron provedexactly what's wrong with the hip hop industry
live on CNN while Abby D Phillipwas trying to ask him about another problematic

(01:14:44):
man in the hip hop industry. He's asking you about a man who has
abused a woman. It is onvideo. He released an apology, but
that lawsuit also said he sexually assaultedthat woman. So what do you do
in the middle of that interview? You in jes wow right to get some
chance and said you're going to goget some cheeks. So you sexualizing women

(01:15:09):
in the middle of the interview. That's a lot about women who are being
abused. That's crazy, that's nuts. Hmmm, ignorant, That's what I'm
saying. Like I really feel,I don't know, I feel a little
less of a fan of Cam afterthat, just not even you just brought
even more points. So it gaveme, but I didn't like how he
dealt with Like it's a better wayto handle that. And then let's talk

(01:15:30):
about the tone. How you're talkingto an abusing black woman. One,
that's what you got intelligence accomplished blackas television as what you mean? What
you mean? Like who you talkingto? Yeah, and check this out.
You had a wrong audience. Ithink it's failed. Number One,
you promote horsepower on the audience thatain't stunting. Really don't even know who

(01:15:50):
you are. I don't care tobe looking at black people actually exists.
Keep it a bean. So allof that and promoting your podcast, it's
not the right audience. I reallyneed, I really need to have a
meeting with CNN because we need topick him. And no, no,

(01:16:12):
no, I see what CNN tryingto do, but it's blowing up in
their face. CNN is trying totap into a certain demographic and a certain
culture, but it's blowing up intheir face. You brought Gloilla on CNN
to talk about the upcoming presidential election, and she looked at you and like,
well, I mean, at theend of the day, the day

(01:16:32):
got an end. Don't don't bringLorilla on to CNN to try to to
try to draw black voters, right, that's what it is, and her
and her age her young Black voters, too young Black voters. It's almost
like y'all going for low hanging hiphop fruit because that's what the young people
are attracted to. Well, well, don't be surprised if they go live

(01:16:56):
into the prison to find out whoblue Face think is the best. Yeah,
straight up, because that's where it'sheaded. Yeah, yeah, no
for real, come on, yeah, but you know, seeing then at
this point, I feel like theykind of making a fool out of themselves
at this point, and they're strugglingtoo. Everybody's tapping into that. It's
not just them, they're all doingit. Seeing them better off just starting

(01:17:17):
a blog right now at this ablog on Instagram. Do what the rest
of us doing. But I'm gonnabe honest with you, like that's the
because of the blogs. I guessthe major news stations gotta kind of go
tap into the space, you right, they got to take it down.
But it's crazy, isn't it.Who would ever think though? Think about

(01:17:38):
it like CNN Cameron glow realer andthis is no offense like to them,
right, I love Glow, butthat's if you want to have glow on
every Let's talk about rap, let'stalk about hip hop, let's talk about
you know, to ask her aboutpolitics? That definitely was we know what
y'all was trying to do? Seeand then yeah, y'all kind of the

(01:17:58):
kind That's why I want to knowwho? Who chose Cameron? Why did
they choose Cameron? Who chose him? But guess what I wanted to know
Cameron? While you went, yeahyou know why you said why? I
went, I'm just curious like allthe people they could have reached out to,
maybe everybody turned them down then too. I mean, and Cameron just
call me next week. I canat least I can at least act articulate.

(01:18:21):
I can. I know that's right. Put together a thought. I
might get listen, I might geta little nervous and start stuttering or fumbling
over my words. But I willarticulate, articulate the thoughts. See there,
I go right there. But thenews gone news, right. You
know, you can see a beautifulwoman in a business suit and you see
another one with a bonnet on herhead and missing teeth. They gonna they're

(01:18:42):
gonna interview the bonnet in the missionevery time. Yep, I ain't have
on no shoes nothing, Jesus, that's what they want. They're gonna walk
right past me and interview. They'regonna interview the girl that started out like
all right, boom so look. But that that just brings up though something
on a serious note, that themedia always the image that they want to

(01:19:05):
feed of us. Right, Ohwell, then that sounds that sounds like
Nicki Gilbert, Because Nicki Gilbert blamingthe media for destroying black and brown families.
But at the same time, I'mlike, well, guess what the
media can't report with the black andbrown families ain't doing no, but I
feel they do have a hand.I'm not agree with Nikki gi that's something
totally different, but I do agreewith the media does pick and choose to

(01:19:26):
put us inception? Yeah? Absolutely, I've seen it. You can see
it in real life too. Watchyou they go for when they interview.
That's when we need to start policing. When they be out there and they
be going over to Shaquana, belike, I know, miss Brown,
Miss Brown is right here being innNope, uh uh, Miss Brown can't
speak today. No, no,look, Shaquana can't speak today. Let's

(01:19:49):
go out here and talk to MissBrown. Yeah. I see what y'all
trying to do. You wold, but I see the different. I'm just
like, I have so many feelingsabout it, but I'm so disgusted with
Cameron after that interview. That's thethat's the main feeling. We're kind of
disgusted. It's that mouth, likeyour tone. I mean, even if
the was different, I probably wouldhave left. I think the tones is

(01:20:10):
what kept me from laughing at Idid chuckle, but not like I feel
like if his tone was yeah,I think I think my chuckle was more
like, no, we did.Yeah, that's yeah for real serious right
now? Oh wow? Oh well, okay, Amber Rose popped out with

(01:20:30):
Donald Trump last night. Oh gosh, another attack. Another here we go,
attention seeking at his best. Okayfor what? Thank god? Ain't
nobody really looking up the Amber rollsthough she endorsed me looking up twenty twenty
who's following? And here's what's funny. People on Twitter is like, that's
why Jocelyn beat you up on CollegeHill. You know, I'm living in

(01:20:54):
the world right now where Joslyn isthe hero in the story. That's crazy,
right, what is happening? Youknow? Last night I was laying
in the bed and I was like, you know, I really really missed
the mark because every single month Ishould have went and wrote something that was
like, okay, well it wasn'texpecting to see this in twenty twenty four.
I mean, we could start inwe could start in January. Wasn't

(01:21:15):
Cat in January? Yes? SoCat Williams that interviewed twenty twenty four.
It was just a number of thingsthat went down in twenty twenty four,
that was just like, really, okay, bingo, card So sambor Rose
endorsing Donald Trump, I'm gonna addthat to my twenty twenty four bingo card
I know she's an ultimate cloud chaser. I know that. Yescuse the did
you say she's an atheist? Too? Like I think a lot of Amber

(01:21:38):
Rose doesn't even believe herself. No, she says stuff just to get into
Didn't she say she was an atheist? Yeah? Yeah, So it's just
a woman ain't been right since whizlaftfacts facts, Now that's the truth.
She's standing next to Donald Trump anda photo with him and Milania with a
tattoo cross her foe head by,that's like, maybe discuss Yeah, thank

(01:22:02):
god she's not a mean Yeah. And then but you know, Cardi B
has also said, you know, she she's not voting for either candidate because
she doesn't like either candidate. Andit's like, and I definitely listen.
I feel like everyone has the rightto feel how they want to feel.
But if you know that you havepower and influence, it's irresponsible to make

(01:22:23):
statements like that, especially when youknow, at the end of the day,
okay, you don't like either candidate, but guess what, one of
them is going to end up there, right, so you're going to have
to just if you want to stayhome, that's an unfortunate decision that you
made, But okay, that's yourchoice. But if you have fans,

(01:22:45):
legions of fans who some of themborderline into Minyonville, don't put that messaging
out there. This is the realityof it though the average I believe the
majority of people are not that votethat know about they're not voting because their
favorite celebrity. Yeah true, wholepatrol, right, hold patrol because we

(01:23:05):
learned that even with Bernie, remember, and social media said Bernie was gonna
win, you know, so yougotta be that that and he didn't.
So I like that kind of stuffis just I mean, I still feel
like they have a voice. Don'tget me wrong, they haven't, but
I think most of our voice goesto people that can't. Like the ones
that will follow them are people thatcan't aren't at the age to be able
to vote yet anyway, right right, Yeah, that's a that's a great

(01:23:30):
point. So the people who arededicated to casting their ballot ain't listening to
these dow fees anyway, not doofeesthough, but yeah I need j I
still need them to stop though.I still need them to stop because there
are potential voters who may be listening. Yes, we still exactly right that
if you are embedding their head rightand then by time they are able to
vote, Yeah, don't be doofy. Yeah. I do have two updates

(01:23:54):
that I definitely want to touch onbefore we get up out of here.
The first update is miss or UnbraidMy Hair, the teacher who went viral
after he posted a video on socialmedia of his female students unbraiding his hair.
Karl and I did a deep diveon that last episode, so you
definitely want to go back and listento that if you missed it. He

(01:24:15):
is now admitting that it was highlyunprofessional. Finally, thing, and here's
what's really crazy. He wrote thatit was highly unprofessional and I shared the
content and people were like, no, it wasn't and he said it child,
y'all go somewhere and go get alife, please please. I'm like,
y'all are hell bent on supporting nonsense. But it just like again,

(01:24:45):
like we said, it just goesback to your personal beliefs. Moral standards,
whatever or wherever you set the barin your life, because the man
is telling you now, he justsaying that because he he needed to get
find another pressured and he need toyou know, he need to make sure
that's all that's public opinion is notlike law core a policy. Goddamn.

(01:25:10):
Okay, okay, y'all, Andthen y'all wonder why we got to have
somebody in charge of y'all as becauseeverything you got when you're like to get
away, oh my gosh, thankgod, there's some type of order in
life, because can you imagine,y'all? Okay, so yeah, so

(01:25:30):
if you want to see the video, but he is still going, I
said, sir, your fifteen minutesof fame has expired. We are on
to the next let's wrap this up. Listen. And somebody said he went
through all this for braids that don'teven hang past his ears, right,
Yeah, yeah, One thing Itell you about them, these people on
social media are pure comedy and mindyou up. Yes every time. The

(01:25:56):
last update that I want to sharewith you guys before we wrap up today's
show. We also talked about thepolice officer. His name is Kobe Minor,
the former Atlanta police officer who fatallyshot a lyft driver. The lift
driver's name was Reginald Folks. Wepreviously reported on this. Oh no,

(01:26:18):
did we're talking about this? Wedidn't because it happened after that night.
We didn't talk about on the podcast, but it's on Ice crenconvos dot com.
Oh snap, thank you, Carla. Yeah. Well, let me
go ahead and tell y'all real quickwhat happened. Former Atlanta police officer Kobe
Minor fatally shot a lyft driver whosename was Reginald Folks. Not last Wednesday,

(01:26:41):
but the Wednesday before. He shotFolks while Folks was taking him from
another officer's house home, and everybodywas like what in the world, Like
why why did a former police atthe time, he was still APD when
he did the shooting. Okay,he was still a cop at the time.

(01:27:01):
Well, now Kobe Minor is sayingthat he fatally shot Reggie Folks,
the lift driver, because he believedthat the driver was in a gay fraternity
and he was trying to kidnap andrecruit him. Oh man, that's what
it turned into. That's what itturned into. Mister Minor claims that let

(01:27:27):
me just read you this excerpt,it'd be much easier than me trying to
paraphrase. It says during the ride, folks started to talk to someone on
the phone in a different language.Per the arrest Avidavid affidavit child, What
am I talking about? During thattime, Minor told investigators that he heard
a voice. He did not revealwhat the voice said to him, The

(01:27:49):
report said. Minor then asked theride share driver to stop so he could
exit the vehicle, but folks didn't. When they reached a red light,
attempted to open the door and getout of the car, but he couldn't
because it was locked. Minor allectedthat then folks tried to reach into the

(01:28:09):
backseat, and he opened fire onthe driver and struck him multiple times,
including in the head. Moments later, the Atlanta Police officer broke the window
and left the vehicle. Minor toldauthorities that he did not have confirmation that
the driver was gay, but awitness said the former officer believed that the

(01:28:33):
driver was in a gay fraternity whotried to recruit and kidnap him. Y'all
might as well just go ahead andset up the hate crime charges now,
so, all right, because Ikind of I read like the earliest one.
So he's saying this now he's turninginto that. So because I think
he just got paranoid, yeah, kill and killed that man. He got

(01:28:55):
the paranoid and killed that man.Yeah, because even before you told me
that, when I looked at likebecause it was like one something in the
morning, right, Yes, SoI'm sure he's over there. He's uber
and so I'm sure like they weredrinking or something, right and just listening
to the story like when he saidit just because you hear someone speaking in
a different language, Okay, whyis that making you feel any type of
a way. And then here's thispart that ivey on. I need clarity

(01:29:18):
on the part where they said duringthat time, Minor told investigators that he
heard a voice. That's why hedid not reveal what the voice said to
him. Was the voice on theother phone or in his head? Yeah,
that's what I was going to askyou, because that's where I'm confused.
It sounds like a clear place ofparanoia, right, and he just

(01:29:39):
killed that boy. But how theparanoia jump to gay fraternity? Yeah that's
what that's where did you talk witha twang? Like? What gave you
gay fraternity. That's what if Iwas listen, I need to call Fanny,
because Fanny, we need hate crimecharges because you assumed this man was
gay and you I feel like byyour there is something you even mentioning the

(01:30:01):
words gay fraternity you placed into play, that you killed him based on a
prejudice of his sexual orientation rights. It's stories just I wish I could hear
more. It seemed like some stuffmissing because I can't understand, like number
one, why would he reaching thebed. It's so many different things that

(01:30:23):
don't make sense. But did hereach in the bed? Right? I
just think he got paranoia, andnot even against stuff. I think drugs,
alcohol, whatever. Once he toldthat guy for example, I've been
in the uber before and I'll neverforget. We were in like it was
flooding me and were going to anappointment, and I was great to get
out, like the guy act likehe wanted to keep going through. I
felt like the water was getting toohigh. It was raining. So like

(01:30:45):
twice I said to him, I'mlike, you know what, I think,
maybe we should get out. Imean, and he twice he ignored
me. He was a different differentYeah, And that's ethnicity yes, thank
you, I'm sorry. But Inever felt I felt he didn't hear me.
I never felt like I was innapin yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
I never felt like I was indanger. Number one. Let's keep

(01:31:06):
it isft, Isn't it tracked likeit's cheep? Like I just feel like
in so many holes. This guyjust got high, drunk something yep,
and went off. It's unfortunately Ineed I need to look up too.
I was trying to read something.Didn't they say if there was something prior?
I don't want to say. Okay, I got you there, let's
go. I got it. Igot it. In terms of Minor's background,

(01:31:28):
he was hired as a APD inJuly twenty eighteen. At the time
of his arrest, Minor was onunpaid administrative leave after being arrested and Milton
in December twenty twenty three. AnAPD news release said warrants for that arrest
show that he was accused of possessingtwenty Xanax pills and scheduled I and in
scheduled five on him in his carand in a personal bag. The arrest

(01:31:54):
occurred after Minor was driving and gotinto a single vehicle accident. A warrant
stated it was believed that he wasimpaired at the time of the accident,
so he has a history of impairmentand and that paranoia carent case. And
I didn't even know, but itjust made when I thought about the time,
Like, you're like, all right, if a cop is ubering,
because cops don't, like really copswant to drive because police can always police.

(01:32:16):
You get what I'm saying. Evenwhen they all threw do they want
to be scoping to yeo. Likewhen I saw the uber, I'm like,
all right, he was getting hethey was partying. Then when you
start hearing about the lefferent Land,I'm like, let me find out he
just got paranoid and killed. Likesound like he got paranoid and just killed
that that Yeah, And I listenedto it is and it looks like they're
from the I don't know about him, but the mom's like from Delaware.

(01:32:41):
Wow, really, Yeah? Iheard an interview from her name was calling
her she's in Delaware when she wastalking to the little news clip that I
saw, Wow, the victims,Yeah, it's his name because I don't
feel like last name is folks.I know Reginald his mother. It was
just to hear her, but yeah, because I was like, I wonder
if he was just. It's howlong he's been in Atlanta? Was he

(01:33:03):
just? But they said he came, Oh he came to Atlanta to go
to college. Oh my goodness.See that's heard. That breaks my heart.
I don't know what it is.I gregsm work for someone to lose
their life anyway, but when theygo somewhere else. Right, he was
driving, he was driving lyft totry to make additional money, and you
were thinking of the picking up acop though a black cop. And see

(01:33:28):
that's why I want to hear nothingabout you know, from us? Yeah
right, yeah, yeah, yeah, I don't want to hear nothing.
But that's such a sad story. But that gay for I'm like you though,
bring on? And now it turnsinto should be a hate absolutely absolutely
right now he's currently charged with murderand aggravated assault. But child baby Fanny
finny is it funny? Right?I think it's fine to call somebody Fanny.

(01:33:50):
Is that you know that she's switchingup to because we get funny?
Right? Yeah? Yeah, wedon your call call, We're call on
calling you sign draw all your life. And now you say, Andrew,
yeah right, okay, sign yourclass sign. I'm just like man,

(01:34:15):
but this is such an unfortunate situation, and just listen. Just special prayers
of protection for all of the rideshare drivers and for the people who are
riding in the cars. You knowthis, this was just awful. This
is just awful. And you firedthree like I don't and shot him in
his head. Yeah, he knewwhat he was doing, you know.

(01:34:36):
You know he's paranoid too. Andthat's how cquickly because even after you shot
him, right, I know thissounds messed up. You could have easily
unlocked reached You could unlocked the door. Why you bust the window out?
Did you see where they like?He kicked the window out unless he wanted
them to believe the kidnap. Iguess that. Yeah, that's horrible.
That's horrible. YEP. One ofsomething I didn't expect to come out of

(01:34:59):
this story when I initially reported thestory on ice creamcombos dot com. Uh.
Kobe Minor, the former Atlanta policeofficer, has a striking resemblance.
Oh child, yes he do to. That's his cousin. He can lie
if he wants they first cousin, they first caused. It is an uncanny

(01:35:21):
and striking resemblance to Columbus Short,so much so that Columbus Shore ended up
coming onto our Instagram page and waslike, y'all leave me out of this
ship. I ain't got none todo with it because peoples like Columbus is
that you, baby? He said, leave me out of it. If
you do have to do it,you have to do a double take.
You literally have to take a ifyou don't, if you don't even care
about the story, go see howmuch this man looked like Columbus Shore,

(01:35:45):
