Warum verhindert Gott Leid nicht?

Schmerzen, der Tod lieber Menschen, Trennungen, Streit, Krankheiten, wir erleben im Laufe unseres Lebens verschiedene Formen von Leid, und die Liste ließe sich noch sehr lange fortsetzen. Und die menschliche Reaktion ist in diesen Umständen häufig von Gott weg zu laufen und ihn vielleicht sogar anzuklagen. Doch warum verhindert Gott dieses scheinbar so sinnlose Leid dann nicht? Steckt vielleicht etwas Tieferes im Leid, ein tieferer Sinn und Absichten Gottes, die wir so leicht übersehen? Tobias erzählt von seinen sehr persönlichen Erfahrungen mit Leid, beispielsweise von dem Tod seiner Mutter, warum er diese Zeit trotz allem nicht ungeschehen machen möchte und wie Gott ihm in diesen schweren Zeiten begegnet ist.
