Kun jij gooien? Weet je het heel zeker? Pols naar buiten draaien ook? Anne heeft weer op z'n kop gehad van zijn tennisleraar, hij blijkt niet te kunnen gooien. Hij zoekt op zijn beurt de aanval op gymleraren (heb jij vroeger eigenlijk iets geleerd bij gym?) waarop Nynke, Alex en Hanneke de aanval inzetten op Anne en z'n fancy gymnasium. Verder, Nynke leerde een waardevolle sociale les van een crossfitter op een kringverjaardag. Hanneke doet een oproep voor haar one kid club en we komen tot de conclusie dat veel van wat we in de jaren 80 zagen als een spelletje, we nu zien als een rugzakje.
