Today you are going to learn how Karl formulates his diet.  We will discuss how moving to a high fat diet unleashes incredible mental abilities.  How we are able to switch our primary fuel mix to one that is predominantly fat, and this is like giving rocket fuel to our brain!

What You'll Learn:

  • How fat is a much cleaner burning fuel than carbs
  • How eating very low amount of carbs and high fat maximizes the brain chemicals (serotonin, dopamine, adrenaline, etc)
  • How eating more fat builds more myelin, which dramatically increases our capacity to learn
