In today's podcast, I talk about the recent report that had the internet buzzing the other day.  The National Obesity Forum in the UK released a report challenging almost all of our longest held beliefs about what is bad and not bad for our health, and they are demanding that the English government revisit their health guidelines.  I go through the report and tell you basically what it says, and I go over the science that is now proving our longest held beliefs wrong
