In this conversation, Coach Baethke discusses why he wanted to become a football coach, being willing to take risks, and being recognized as the Division 3 Assistant Coach of the Year. Coach Baethke helped lead the Kohawks to a 9-2 record and a berth in the NCAA Division 3 Playoffs in the 2024 season.
