Al, a long time listener finally took the plunge. He bought Mike's course and went through a skype coaching session. He pulled the trigger and purchased a piece of land. He had it for a couple of weeks and was able to sell it on eBay for a 40 percent profit. Not too shabby! More importantly, Al had been watching the foreclosure sales from the sidelines for many months and but hadn't been able to break through. Now he's ready to purchase his next property and he's on his way. Way to go Al!
